Weak and disappointing

It’s says I wagered $500 . Of the $500 I wagered I only had 5 wins over $10 on slots. I bet between .60-$1 per spin I maybe had 4 bonuses in that span. Disappointed. Lost trust in the site

I’ve been playing this for awhile and I’m on the diamond level of play. I’ve spent and won much money. The other day I was playing a Slingo game and tried to cash out an $80 win and the game froze. I contacted their customer service with the issue. 1st contact they said delete the app and reinstall it, didn’t work. Next person said I need to find the game ID number, didn’t that and it shows the game is stuck. Was told they have to contact the game provider. I get an email saying there is an open case. The next day I get an email saying there’s an update to the case but it’s blank, no body of text in the email. Contact customer service again to see what’s going on, again no help. How can I trust this site if I’m having such an issue for $80? My advice play a different site that has better customer service and pays out for a win. At this point I’d figure they’d apologize for the inconvenience and issues and at least give me the $80 or at least offer $80 Free play.

Terrible odds

I play on all of the casino apps in Pennsylvania. Let me tell you something, I am playing all the same games on every single app and this has the absolute worst odds. Fanduel completely is 10 times better. BetRivers is 10 times better fanatics sports book casino is 10 times better. I’m pretty sure they have all their odds turned down on here.
