The best way to figure out which online casinos are actually reputable, ethical, and respectable companies or just money hungry pigs is to contact the support of whichever business, let them know of some sort of small issue, and see which ones will actually resolve it (my point is proved a lot more when it’s a problem involving money that they would need to pay out) great example, I had issues in the past with both Bally and PrizePicks new user sign up bonuses, did identical things to try to resolve both issues and the difference…. PrizePicks would not lift a figure not even offer to assist or compensate me in anyway for their apps mistake, which ended up causing me to not end up getting the sign up bonuses of 50$. Basically instead of fixing a problem there system caused, they basically tricked me into depsiting and betting 10$ with the false expectation of receiving 50$ in bonus bet money for completing the directions. Instead I only received 10$ bonus dollar, and customer support basically said they won’t help me or do anything. You know what Bally did though, they did everything possible to fix the issue or at least at the minimum throw me a small gift for not getting the bonus I should’ve received. Bally is head and shoulders so much better than PrizePicks. Do not spend your money on a company that thinks they are too big and important to resolve simple customer issues especially revolving money

Terrible

I joined the app a week and a half ago. I deposited $40 and had nothing but problems with app. The games would just stop and an error would appear. After several attempts I decided to give up and withdraw my funds. The site sent me an email that my withdrawal was being processed. I then immediately got another email that my account was closed not due to my request? I week later I got an email that unfortunately they could not issue my refund for reasons unknown. But that they kindly put my refund back into my Ballys account. I sent several emails stating that my account was closed with out my consent and I was unable to log on to access my funds. I have yet to hear back from their “Support Team” what a joke! I reminded them that taking money, withholding money and not allowing access to someone’s money is illegal. Didn’t seem to faze them at all. So in the mean time I have lodged a complaint with the Gaming Commission and the BBB. So be aware before using the pitiful app that you may have your money stolen with no response or help!!!

Win at your own risk

This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this app dispersing my winnings. They take the longest of any app, give you the run around in chat by having you go through AI and practically refusing to let you speak to a human. Once you’re finally “connected”, nothing happens. No one joins chat. It’s been about 2 hours and there’s no indication of how long I’ll be waiting or if someone will actually help me. I won yesterday and withdrew to my debit card. I didn’t realize it would be over my daily deposit limit, and it sent the withdrawal back. I then chose to pick it up at the cage. That request was made at 5:24pm yesterday. This morning around 8, I got a request for my ID so they could process the withdrawal. I found this odd for 2 reasons: 1) they’d already approved it once and 2) you need to show ID to get it at the cage anyway. I responded immediately and heard nothing back. Around noon, I’d also sent it to their email for documents. It’s now 4:30pm and there’s been no resolution. No one has answered chat, there’s no support phone number to call, and no emails have been responded to. Again, THEY’D ALREADY APPROVED THE WITHDRAWAL PREVIOUSLY. They play games with your money, and it’s despicable and I can’t imagine this is legal, especially not having support readily available to people. It’s a good app with great games, but I’ve never seen an app be more hesitant to pay out. They withhold your winnings from you in any way possible and it’s disgusting.

Read this before you download, Worst online casino

I went on vacation to NJ over the weekend and due to restrictions I couldn’t play my usual online casinos. I deposited about 25$. Ended up winning a tad over 100$ on slots. Withdrew to my PayPal account on Monday, as of today(Sunday) they needed documents such as pdfs of my PayPal bank statements, my drivers license and a photo of me holding my drivers license to show proof it was me. Then when I finally got in touch with someone they said it was PayPal’s fault but they didnt realize I submitted that other documentation before that. After I told them that my withdraw was cancelled and funds were returned to Bally online casino, and now they have to review my documents I sent today. This has been going on all week just for 70$. So now they told me to wait to complete my withdrawal(again for the third time)until I hear back again from their online support team(good luck getting in touch with them) when they are done reviewing my documents. I never had this issue with any other online casino in my life, it’s crazy. At least they put the funds back in the app that I can’t use now since I left the state, so ridiculous. PS as I’m writing this I just withdrew from my local online casino and the funds are already in my PayPal account, so I withdrew, wrote this and 5 min later my funds are available. It’s not right. I hope they get it squared away for me because I can’t even play it now since I’m out of New Jersey.

Garbage and thieves!!

Garbage is to good a word for this site, currently im locked out of my account going on 6 days now, i also might add they locked me out while owing me 3500 dollars. The customer service is a joke virtually non existent, as a vip member here i do have a host if you even want to call them that they do nothing whatsoever so not even sure why they exist. Ive been trying to get help for the past 6 days to withdraw my funds and be done here but so for thats been beyond a challenge, keeping in mind im a vip here and have done hundreds of withdrawals they finally answered me this morning saying they need about 8 forms of id in order for me to withdraw my funds and unlock my account cause its standard procedure, my response is if its standard procedure why don’t you ask for all of this when i make a deposit, you don’t mind taking it but make people jump through hoops to withdraw. All is i can say is this site and monopoly real casino which is owned by ballys are the lowest of the low, i play many sites have hosts across multiple platforms and this site is the true garbage site i urge anyone who enjoys online gambling to never spend a dollar here, once this situation is resolved my next call is to the state gambling commission to file a complaint and hopefully the least i can do is help someone else not make the same mistake i did which was using the platform. Again GARBAGE is an understatement!!!

Worst Sportsbook out there

Bally constantly changes odds during the bet to where you are unable to approve the odds change like other sports books resulting in you talking unfavorable odds without you even knowing. On top of that the real nightmare with Bally is if you come out on top and decide to cash out your amounts. I started a withdrawal on Sunday and today is Wednesday and not only have I not received my payout (from a method stating in under 24 hours), but I haven’t even received any notifications about it being delayed. Today I learned there was a problem with the payment method I chose, but I was alerted, emailed, or even attempted to be contacted instead I had to reach out to them for this. And this is just the tip of the iceberg, I decided to do research to see if this happens often and to my surprise I saw hundreds maybe even thousands of people claiming scenarios the same of even worse than mine, where accounts are sometimes becoming suspended for winning or rightfully asking where your money is. Bally is a nightmare to work with and as soon as they pay me out I’m never using them again and I advise anyone looking at this to never use them if your looking to use a Sportsbook, places like DraftKings, BetMGM, and Caesar’s are all more supportive, transparent and overall polite when it comes to these matters.

Pay attention when signing up

I don’t remember if the app asked me to submit ID’s right away, but if you don’t please be aware that when you want to withdraw, they might close your account until they receive verification in the form of drivers license and whatever they require. This is what is currently happening to me. I never received an email or text stating I needed verification. They just automatically closed my account. I tried calling their customer service and that was a joke. I was on hold for about 20 minutes before I hung up and reached them through live chat. That took awhile too. They only requested my drivers license and told me it would be 48-72 hours until they verify my account. I am not sure why they close your account without first informing you of why they did it. Other online casinos will either send you an email or tell you immediately that you need verification. They need to fix that problem, because closing your account without reason leaves a bad taste in your mouth. As for the slots, they are very tight, but that is just my personal opinion.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Biggest scam site on the internet! They promise if you deposit $25, they will give you $150 in free bets. They do not add the free bets and they would not allow you to even cashout. After writing to them for a week, they finally respond and say “it’s too late for the bonus. It’s been 7 days”. I was waiting for hours each day in a Fake chat lineup that kept me at #7 in the fake queue for over 3 hours everyday. On top of the theft and false advertisement, they also take 20% rake , instead of 10% , double every other betting site. All in All, it’s an illegal , scamming group of kids who are laughing after stealing your money. This App should immediately be banned from the AppStore and reported. This group should be in prison. It is not okay to steal. Every single review on this scam app is 1 star and somehow they Have a 4.6 rating from their own fake reviews and because everyone is choosing 5 star, just to have their voice heard by having it up top to expose the scam. 99% of their 5 star reviews are 0 star reviews. It makes zero sense that the App Store allows this and zero sense that Massachusetts Gaming allows this. These kids should be in prison.
