Played game and won over $300. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the redeem button and of course first thing came to mind was that they won’t let me redeem my winnings. So I contacted support and the first rep replied within a few hours and advised me that it’s probably because I didn’t complete the verification process yet is why there’s no redeem button. In that same email, he sent a link to the verification process. He stated that my current address needs to match my driver’s license and other requirements that were needed. Now I moved and my address didn’t match the address on my driver’s license so I responded to the email with that concern. A different rep responded maybe an half hour later explaining what I needed to do to prove that I lived at my current address. I provided documentation from the options given and a 3rd rep responded letting me know that my document was accepted and my redemption was ready for cash out. Sent another link where the redeem button was now available. I completed my redemption and received the last email from support by the 3rd rep within minutes advising me that my redemption was accepted and approved and I will receive funds within 5-7 business days. Well it was in my account the next morning. I never experienced support to be so attentive and helpful. Made me feel as though they cared about the customer. You won’t find that no where else in the casino world. Thank support! You were literally the best.
I went to withdraw the $30 I earned and had to complete the KYC verification. No problem, I understand it’s the law. Well I couldn’t change my preferred name automatically filled in by my Apple account to match the name on my driver’s license, so that’s one reason why I was instructed to contact customer support. The name on my account didn’t match the name on my documents and there was nothing I could do about it. I admit I also misread something for submitting my proof of address, so I submitted an outdated bank statement and that was my fault. Well fast forward to when I was instructed to contact support. The agent was very helpful with telling me what I need to do, but then they IMMEDIATELY CLOSED THE TICKET BEFORE I COULD RESPOND TO THEIR QUESTION. I tried to contact support a second time, but it’s been several business hours and I haven’t gotten a reply. There are easier apps to work with on the App Store. Do NOT waste your time and, for the love of God, do NOT waste your money!!!
I’m not sure if the app algorithms have changed or what, but the win percentage is DEFINITELY not what it used to be. The app used to be pretty fair as far as maintaining win percentages comparable to a brick-and-mortar casino. You would win some and lose some, but it was possible to win and cash out fairly regularly. In the last 4-5 months, it has become entirely impossible to reach the payout minimum. I know luck fluctuates - I spend a great deal of time in casinos and I accept that I’m not always going to win. I do, however, recognize the difference between when I’m down on my luck and when the settings on the games have been tampered with. I’m sure that Pulsz will say this is not the case if they reply, but I assure you that the win percentage (and definitely the dollar amount of the rare win you’ll get) have GREATLY decreased in recent months. My advice is: if you choose to use this app, play with the free credits they give you everyday. It’s next to nothing, but it’s better than throwing your money away. Save your cash for a real casino. You’ll have more fun and at least have a decent chance at cashing out.
I downloaded this and so did a hand full of my family and friends. Everybody has been playing. I played for a whole day (without betting) to get a feel for the games. I then verified my account with my ID and a bill. It accepted it because why not? I added my debit card (which is also my fiancés we SHARE an account and I’m listed on said account) our bank instantly texted us asking if there was a fraud. We replied “no” and to accept all charges for this app. I played a whole day spent 100$ (no wins btw) and THEN they shut off my account and wouldn’t let me play anymore? I contacted customer service via email and they responded saying they turned my account off and I couldn’t get another one and they didn’t even list the reasoning but said I violated the terms and conditions? How do? You accepted my ID, my bill AND my banking and also TOOK MONEY! now you all of a sudden turn my account off for NO REASON? I suggest not downloading this app and go somewhere else where your valued and not wasted. The response I got was rude and very short with no detail. Crappy customer service.
Was pleased with this game app at first like most people I’m sure however after playing it for awhile and investing tons of money and of course losing every single cent that I’ve decided to rte it, write a review on it, and next I’ll be deleting it. There were a lot the slot games that I was not able to play due to it locking up causing me to either have to back out and return to the Home Screen or it forced me to have no other choice but to refresh the page. There was also multiple times while in the middle of a spin it would lock up and be stuck there which caused me to have to refresh or restart the game which meant I lost the money that I spent if that spin. Also found that after a certain hour central standard time zone that none of the slot games would pay out…all this game did was take my money and turned out to be nothing but a disappointment.
I’ve lost hundreds of dollars on betting . Game is super rigged. I finally win 100$, now it seems like I can’t get my winnings . I’ve added 2 different bank account and it’s still Saying that each bank declined the cash. On top of that CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! Just imagine how much people they do this too. The US go by laws and I’m pretty sure this is against the law . If my situation is not resolved “I will be seeking legal assistance, I might lose more paying but it’ll be worth it. I won $750 on this app and played it down to $650 attempted to verify myself by turning in my id and whatnot. After I turned everything in it told me to allow time for processing and when I check back in an hour or two, they had locked my account and when I proceeded to email them, they said it was due to the fact I tried to open or play under another account which is completely false because I only have one email, at this point they said that they had closed my account and forfeited my winnings and since then I have emailed them multiple times with no response! So basically they gave me some false reason as to why they did not pay me out and have not responded since ! what a joke! play at your own risk! They could have at least gave me the money that I put in back as a nice gesture but instead they robbed me all together… A single mom of four kids!
I downloaded this app and was given $2.70 of free cash to play I won a total of $110 from the $2.70 I was given to play so as I proceeded to redeem my money it asked me to verify my account and identity so I uploaded a picture of the front and back of my ID and took a selfie like the app told me to do and after that it logged me out so as I proceeded to log back in it told me my account was locked and to contact customer service. I reached out to customer service via email and was given the response that my account was permanently closed simply because they have the right to close any account at any given time without reason so I advise anyone to not download this app or spend any money because if you win they will close your account and not pay you your winnings simply because they don’t want too even though you didn’t do anything wrong!!!!!
