Honest review!!!! This is hands-down, the best social casino out there. Over a period of time I have been playing this game and it has been some ups and downs but on today I received an email that made my day. It is completely up to you how much you play when you playing this game. I have a written some pretty bad reviews when I was upset and lost a lot of money but it was completely up to me to make that decision . suspicious glitch

i was playing and finally hit a bonus, but during the bonus round the game mysteriously glitched and kicked me to the lobby. now typically when this happens, you can just go back to the game and it will resume the bonus…however, in the time it took to glitch me back to the lobby, the game had lit disappeared from the site. super suspicious. i have sent a number of messages to chum a, but the have not responded. this made me even more suspicious, so i contacted the DOJ as google recommends and they have an assigned agent that is going to work with me i seeing if he perhaps can get someone to respond. the bonus had a high potential of paying quite a bit, so this is the only reason i can think of as to why the slot just disappeared in the span of 10 seconds. hoping with the doj assistance we can get someone insight and have things handled accordingly.

Will not give me my winnings

I played this site a lot really liked them. When I won my winning after a few days went to my bank account. But for some reason they stopped then started sending my pay to PayPal. Then twice they paid right away the next day. Then it was back to waiting several days. This was fine until this time I asked for them to send payment to my bank not PayPal. They said I was approved and my money was on the way. I told them I still see the money pending. I checked again it was gone. It has been days and they still have not paid. It does not take that long to put money ACH into a bank account. They have not responded back so I guess they will be keeping my winnings. Be careful using this site I won’t use them again or recommend them to anyone just worn to stay away. Lesson leared

Save you self the trouble I have been playing for over a year and they have had several user agreements and updates what I have noticed is every time they user agreements happen it gets a little more difficult to win since the last update I have not won one time they just keep taking my money never gone this long with out winning I’m convinced Chumba casino updated has finally fixed the games for there profits don’t waste your money Now they respond claiming not to give out real cash prizes lol well I have proof they have deposited prize money into my bank account numerous times over the last year except of course when they updated there terms this last time

I like the online version of Chumba a lot, it’s one of my fav gambling sites but this app is nothing compared to their online version. It’s glitchy and awfully put together. It wouldn’t even let me log into the account I’ve been using with them for over a year. It’s also ridiculous that I would have to wait another month to get verified when I already have been verified. This app isn’t worth it in the slightest just look up Chumba on google and that’s much much much better. Honestly run this app into the ground, maybe they will realize they just need to actually make the two similar instead of trying to cash grab. Do better Chumba, smh.

Scam and frauds don’t waste ur time

This and their affiliated website is a glorified scam. You would have a better return lighting your money on fire in your yard. The win percentages are so low that if your only goal is to watch your money and free coins, dwindle into a pop-up asking you to spend more money then this is your deal , it’s a complete joke. Wish I had the time of my life back that I’ve spent on this !
