So far it’s the best casino I’ve played. Put in $20 and got up to $400 within an hour. I just redeemed $350. Now we’ll see how long that takes. Only problem was that it took forever to get verified. I even had to send in more documents. I had already won up to $200 but couldn’t redeem bc I had to wait until I was verified. So of course I blew all that away. Finally got verified today. Put in $20 and now I just redeemed $350 out of the $400 I just won. And it’s already being sent to my bank account. Sportzino Silently Limits Winners, Blocks Withdrawals, and Hides Behind Fake “Counter-Offer” Excuse.

I made a few bets on Sportzino, but after winning some they silently limited me to $1 bets across all markets. I contacted support a few times and only got the same copy-paste response about a “counter-offer” and “coin value being reduced,” which is just a way to avoid admitting they limit winning players. Now I’m trying withdraw my money, but they’re holding my balance hostage, requiring a utility bill or bank statement most places will be OK with just taking a bank statement. But no, this goes well and beyond. It is crazy though no ID was needed to deposit. This platform is shady, dishonest, and punishes users for winning. I want to be able to bet more than a dollar it takes away the whole experience. I initially enjoyed this platform before this. If I can wager over a dollar I will change my review. I feel like I’ve been treated unfairly. Also, I wrote a review on trust pilot and got flagged as defamatory.

Don’t waste your time and please don’t waste your money

They gave me like 6 free dollars as soon as i signed up and on my first 1 dollar slot spin i won $51 (convenient huh). Then when trying to withdraw they ask for government id (fine that’s normal), a bank statement (a little overkill but not unheard of), and a utility bill in my name (bro what). I emailed support telling them i rent and the utilities are in my landlords name. They sent me back a list of alternative documents i could use including like SNAP benefits and stuff. After i told them i didnt have any of they either, they literally copy pasted the same email back to me after i said i dont have any of those. And i’m sure they’ll reply to this review telling me to contact support but that’s just to make themselves seem like they wanna help but they won’t. This app is a scam and they will do everything in their power to prevent u from ever withdrawing a single dollar.

Avoid at all costs

This “book” is a scam. They often leave bad lines up for a long time then limit you when you hit those bad (+ev)lines. That’s not unusual for a book but what makes this a scam is the withdrawal process. You need a utility bill in your name and the customer support is entirely AI. I think it’s hilarious that in the responses to these reviews they make it sound like they have some strict laws and regulations they have to abide by which makes them have to have such a ridiculous and shady withdrawal process. We all know that isn’t true considering these social sportsbooks are actually extremely unregulated. They also will wipe your funds from your account if you don’t place a bet within 60 days (which seems to be how long it will take to get through their verification process). Entire thing is a scam and extremely gross

Avoid

Just another shady Sportsbook, I deposited money and placed a $140 bet. Well they only took part of the bet and did not tell me only half of it was accepted until after it was submitted. I wanted to bet the full amount so I went to cash out the amount that I submitted I had to forfeit $15 to do that. I then decided to try and get my money out of Sportzino because I realize I do t want anything to do with this Sportsbook and they won’t allow me to withdraw my money. The only Sportsbook that hold your money hostage are ones that will limit you and do everything they can to make sure you don’t win. Avoid at all costs.

Verification process

I like the app the only con’s are the verification process. They want to much that other apps don’t ask for. As you should only need your identification card and bank information, they want utility bills which is to much to ask for. Then on the other hand the process takes 3-7 business days when other apps do it in less than an hour. Other than that I like the app but they need to fix that or they will loss customers quickly.

Scam?

The only way to withdraw is to submit an entire bank statement. This is all operated through META and I was already hacked from them before. You have to agree to have your info shared through a third party, um nope! Now the winnings I have I’ll need to play through or lose it. Why not off PayPal or Apple Pay…why, because they have fraud protection and will block scams. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS OR SUBMIT AN ENTIRE BANK STATEMENT AND UTILITY BILL. Hell, you could even be hacked through your drivers license. And I already know that the response I’ll get is the same BS that everyone else gets, copy and paste dribble with absolutely 0 results.
