Only 5 stars because I want to make people aware. They pay out winnings for a bit and then withhold winnings to attempt to get you to give up personal information (which you should not do). I am pursuing legal action against them currently. They will send you blanket statements when you contact customer service stating they request your information for legal purposes to protect you, yet when asked for direct laws regarding it, they cannot supply and relevant legal reason. I have requested to speak to legal department and get the same auto-generated responses over and over. No justification as to why they need your full SSN. They claim to make sure YOU are not money laundering. Do not give them your full SSN! They will pay out for a couple of redemptions and then require it and hold your winnings from you. Run unless you want to join the fight for consumer rights!

I generally don’t write reviews. However, I feel one is warranted here. I won money on two different occasions within a few hours of each other on this app. I submitted a redemption request for both at the same time. After four days of not seeing the deposits, I reached out to the customer support team through the contact function in their app. It turns out that they had one number wrong in my deposit account and sent it to the wrong place. The team told me I needed to fill out another verification. This makes good sense. However the link they have sent me now 10 TIMES has not worked. Each time we’ve tried multiple steps. My camera permissions are correct in my phone. The app itself does not allow for camera permissions. I have literally spent hours going around in circles with the customer service team, following the same steps, sending screenshots, etc. Half the time it feels like it’s an automated response. The other times it feels like real people may be involved but are not demonstrating competence in being able to escalate to a new solution. It is starting to feel like this is a scam. What started out as fun has turned into an energy drain.

Let me start by saying I have had this downloaded for a while and never hit over $100.. but then I finally hit $200 a few days ago. I was just spinning a few more times before I planned on redeeming. Well to my surprise as I was on a game and betting 60 cents, the game said “ sorry, you don’t have enough money for this bet” knowing I had over $189 at the time, I was so confused. I checked my balance and it said $89!!! And the bet amount was $100!!! I would never in my life bet $100. The spin amount was preset to $0.60 since that was the last amount used. The system changed it without permission to max bet. You can clearly see there is not a “max bet” button next to the spin button that I could have “ accidentally” hit. The customer service was absolutely no help at all.. they made it seem like I intentionally did this. Even after admitting I never have betted over $5.!!! So why in the world would I just randomly INTENTIONALLY bet $100??? That doesn’t even make sense. After looking into this issue, I can see others have had similar stories. They will refuse a refund for the spin and tell you that it’s your fault. So please be cautious using this casino app!

So I am not kidding when I say I downloaded this game and won $200($198 after the $2 fee) but $198, on my first time playing. I will say I did put $7 on it but seriously $198 for my first time playing. That’s insane. When I tried to redeem I had a hard time getting verified but I contacted support and just kept trying. I even got a little bit grouchy with them thinking I was being scammed cause I had read reviews where some ppl couldn’t cash out! Which by the way I apologize for. I guess I expected it to be instantly. However it still only took about a day then once they sent it to my bank it took my bank another day. I just now checked it and sure enough it was there. I apologize Cider Casino I had my doubts but you came through and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ppl download this app!!!!

Honestly, when you first download the game it does take like 2-3 days to get your money but after that it’s like a day. They have a lot of fun games but I would suggest if you don’t want to lose hella money whatever you put in double it and then get your money back and play with the money you had left. I have at times would win big then lost like 70 percent of it so make sure you pay attention to your money meter. Also there are some games that are wayyy better and easier to earn money on. I’ve been playing Cider Casino for probably 2-3 months and in total I’ve probably made over 3k and it helped me build my savings. It’s not a scam that I can promise you just have to be smart and not be greedy. You have to know when to stop.

Just another shady app. Downloaded this as it was on the Freecash app. The first few awards for completed tasks were honored immediately. However, it seems as the award amount got higher for completed tasks, they stopped paying out. I bet HUNDREDS of times trying to complete the tasks (and lost in-game money)—to the point that I began counting the bets until I eventually exceeded what was required, but still was not paid. Their OWN WEBSITE says “email our support team for a full bet history” which I did hoping to get proof of the completion, but I received an automated response that the email chain is only for people who can’t log in, and to try the in-game chat support. Ok, not at all what your website says, but I’ll the in-game chat… and only talked to an AI robot who told me a representative would help. That was days ago and still no response from a “”””representative””””” Still no money that is owed to me. Whatever BS response they post to this review, is exactly that… BS. avoid this app

I have tried to contact the customer support via app and they keep telling me the same thing and nothing is getting resolved. I am trying to get verified so that I can collect my redemption but every time I allow access to my camera it just keeps saying connecting and it NEVER does. My ID verification went through but the face verification is not connecting. This is the second time this has happened to me and the first time I had ended up putting the money back in and losing it but this time, I WANT MY MONEY!!! This is very unprofessional and I have NEVER had this problem before with verification process through other online casino games. They need to fix this issue and give me my money!!!

Users should know exactly what they are being charged upfront, not after the fact.
