Great App

I enjoy using this app and truly believe it has the potential to stand alongside major players like MGM, Borgata, DraftKings, and others. However, there are a few areas where I think it could improve. First, I feel the selection of slots could use more variety. Expanding the options would help attract and retain more players. Secondly, my main complaint is the structure of promotions. Many of the bonuses require a larger deposit, usually between $50-$100, which might not seem like a lot to some, but for me, it’s a significant amount. The issue is that these bonuses often come with high wagering requirements, meaning I need to bet through hundreds of dollars before I can even think about withdrawing my winnings. This, in my opinion, creates a barrier to enjoying the app, as it feels like Playstar is making it harder to cash out and encouraging players to deposit more. What I’d love to see is the introduction of more inclusive, lower-deposit bonuses (like $10-$20), as well as a free daily game to keep things exciting for everyone, regardless of their budget. These changes would make the app much more appealing to me, and likely to others as well, which is why I don’t frequent Playstar as often as I’d like to.

Decent App/Competitive When Compared

I enjoy this app and I believe that they could be side-by-side with the likes of MGM, Borgata, DraftKings, etc…my only complaint is their they need more variety in their slots and they need to offer promotions that do not always require a large deposit. $50-$100 may not be large to some but it is to me. I say this because I personally do not like depositing $50-$100 on a bonus because then I need to bet through $500 before it’s even available to withdraw. I feel like this is Playstars way of making it harder to walk away with winnings and ultimately end up dumping it back into the casino. So, with that being said, I wish Playstar would allow a free daily game and a $10-$20 deposit type bonuses that appeal to everyone. That’s the main reason I don’t frequent this app. The incentives are LACKING IMO. Thanks for allowing me to share!

WELCOME CHANGE/SHIFT IN FORMAT & PACE

Downloading the casino application I was greeted with the obligatory, welcome promotions, and headed into the app for some risk and pleasure. This app is the online casino gaming worlds sixth attempt at creating an iPhone application that streamlines the online casino gambling. If I were to rank it against previous attempts, I would place it in one of the top spots because of how simple and easy it is to navigate. WHILE, however, it is still not a perfected product, it is a welcome change in format/ improvement upon it’s predecessors. Eventually, the online casino gambling platform will find and achieve the perfected and desired outcome—the innovation will become static and the platforms will become the same across the balance of the online gambling community, but for now the change and innovation running rampant throughout the industry indicates development is only in its Infancy. Here’s a real review, I’ve played at Playstar quite a few times and the first time I won but I haven’t won since and that was quite a while ago, it seems fair at first but like the rest you’ll just keep losing, I gave them one more try and of course won nothing ! I played several different games and didn’t win, it’s a joke, all those “good” reviews are not real, I know that because I was offered free spins for a review, of course people feel the need to post a positive Review for the free spins or they just haven’t played very much here. You may win once or twice but that’s about it, don’t waste your money because that’s what you’ll be doing, there’s no way you lose every single time you play here and I play several different games, how can you lose every single game every single time , this casino is definitely one of the worst ones by far! They can say they are fair and regulated but they definitely are not! They are all rigged to some degree and you’ll see that if you are a seasoned player, at least some give you wins every now and then buy Playstar will definitely not!! You may get one usually the first time playing but after that forget it, run and run fast !!

Good starting promotion

Good to start out on, try out a new casino. A rep called me asking if I would try which was a first, I must have given my info somehow though. Very nice, has a lot of the games I like. I had to come back in to edit my review because I have a few things to add. First off; again with the support on this site… they have to be by far the most easy and quick to have to deal with of ANY site I’ve had to connect support for. Succinct, and right to the issue and resolution and it wasn’t for a problem it was qualifying my info and getting a promotion. Also I just noticed the app they give spins for, stardust; plays the lines from BOTH directions and I really like that: then I noticed there’s an option that if you don’t know what to play and want something new from your usuals- there’s a play a random game button. Also I like the graphics/interface of this site a lot - they’re fresh and fun. Give this one a chance. I know when I first started playing and used my promotion and deposited I was playing a game that could easily take all of your money quickly and I got mad and spent all of it quickly and blamed the site, but then I realized it was something I was doing on my usual apps too and I wish I had played something else my first time and given this more of a chance and I think I will be. Just a shame I think my second and third depsiit bonuses expired.

Disappointed

I have been playing for three days anyway apparently it’s a new one around first transfer $500 so they gave me 500 bonus to play. Of course I lost them in 15 minutes then I tried to transfer again and somehow I couldn’t transfer money anymore because my bank somehow block everything, then they ask me to send them a statement of the last month then they asked me to send them my personal data which I send everything after two days I’ve been able to put money on the app again I’m putting another hundred dollars, I’m playing I’m winning $500 but when I try to withdraw the $500 my account was not working again and I called them and I’ve been told that my account is not a checking account (it’s only checking when they receive money) so I cannot use to withdraw money so basically I have no choice but lose them all because I cannot get money back so this is what I’ve done I played until I lost them all. This app and 888 app I don’t the same direction both of them make me losing $500. So by saying that I wish you guys good luck

I’ve been playing this app for a few months now. No complaints with the winning and losing, it’s gambling that’s expected. But man is this app just really bad, I’ve never experienced so many problems with a online casino app, it constantly crashes, has loading issues, games randomly crash then won’t reopen, will randomly log you out then not let you back in for a extended period of time, if you like getting updates on withdrawals this is not the app for you either. I’ve done both cage and withdrawals to my card, they don’t send you emails for either like they say they do for the cage withdrawals (it’s not going to spam or junk folders, I’ve checked those). But they’ll email you if you cancel your withdrawal no problem. I got tired of the buggy crashes and everything so I just cashed out, hopefully they’ll fix and do better with this app cause right now….. it’s bad if not one of the worst online casino apps for NJ .
