Fun to play

Although I haven’t won any cash, I am still having fun playing. A lot of it has to do with speed and being able to make the decisions quickly because the games are timed and you don’t have a lot of time to get through.

Good but need help.

I like playing this game with the chance to win prizes. The amount you pay should win at least twice as much in cash and points towards gifts. Also I when playing others it seems to allow them more higher outcomes to win although you do still win about 50% of the times. It seems the auto can get over 5000 points and I’ve never reached that about no matter how quickly I complete a full hand. I lose at times even though I completed the round much faster and that shouldn’t happen considering you up against the clock as well.

Unwinnable games

This is the worst solitare game ever. Out of 10 games played, only 1 was solvable. All others were impossible to win regardless of time limit. 3card draw is messed up, if you play 1 card another is put behind it so cards are always restricted and blocked in 3s. The deck doesnt reshuffle when you re-draw so it decreases points but doesnt give you any new cards. Even the Non-cash games still require some points to play so if you loose enough, you cant even play the free games This game is designed to make you loose, and to push you to spend money to keep playing. There are better solitaire games out there that you can at least play for free

Do not play this game!

Whatever you do, do not play this game. I’ve been playing skills games for years, and I cashed out weeks ago and was told my withdrawal was under review. When I followed up with support yesterday, I was told that I had multiple accounts they helped me to close out the duplicate accounts, but I was told that I violated their terms and conditions, so I forwarded my winnings. It’s very unfortunate because I had been a loyal customer for years, and I did not realize I had multiple accounts. I guess this is how they make their money. Stay away.

Don’t download

To start off they give you an option to withdrawal directly to bank or to your mail. They claimed my bank info was incorrect even thought I used the same information after to log in and it went through. Then only way to make money is if you buy the cash. There’s no way to use the Z dollars to enter an actual prize pool and even then they only give you life 5. The graphics aren’t the best either so if you came from the ad looking for money, you aren’t getting it without adding money yourself.

Scammed and no customer service

I got involved with this app by a promotion and it has been nothing but a bad experience. At the very first offer I did, they expired about 15 to 20 days early when it should not have been expired and I’m losing out on money money that I invested in that other app the game that I was playing. Then I’ve been messaging them every day for the past five days and haven’t even had the courtesy to get a response back from this company. Do not waste your money and do not waste your time. They are horrible.

I’ll continue to play

Matches can take a while but I like playing solitaire so I’ll continue to play. So far it’s been better than other solitaire games I’ve played. I like the player vs player instead of player vs 6 players. Chances of winning just seem higher.
