Fun but expensive. The right way to do no forced ads.
Sat Jan 03 2026 Joseph von Carstain

It’s a fun little game to lose yourself too. Big bonus is it doesn’t force you to see ads like at all, no playing the game for a bit then show you ads or when you get to a certain level to show you ads, nothing like that in this game. It can. The biggest negative, is how may things the game trying to get you to buy things. It wouldn’t be that bad, but the prices on some of the things are overkill. Want to get some extra resources from your run from a game season pass? $30, you want that new ship? Another $30. Even the events has season passes too. There’s too many systems that they try to make you pay for by giving you the option to pay for the premium path. It wouldn’t be so bad if everything in the game didn’t cost you $10-50 to unlock A premium pass. Cut out some of the systems or at least lower down the price on the things and I’m sure more people are willing to buy things.

They lied on the ad, but overall not a bad game

To summarize the ad that I watched made the game a lot simpler than what it is. This game has a lot of loot boxes which a lot of players do not like due to the fact that the chances of getting the thing you actually want are very slim as well as the fact when you first start up the game you get a $30 price tag pop-up which is a little arrogant on the game develop considering I could’ve made this game in my sleep and I’m not even a developer I might be a hypocrite for saying that, but I want to say it Owen and all of your ads that played in the game to get double XP and what not break the sound so you can’t hear the killer music the developer made I always wonder why James that wants you to spend money inside them play ads about other games from other it seems counterintuitive, considering I might like the ads of those games and then go play them instead of the game play through your ad it seems like it would be better like grocery stores and things that are not game related at least from a profit margin stands

Not bad

I have literally had this game maybe for a few hours now and yeah, there is no forced ads, normally I’m not too worried about it because I play a game for a few minutes and if I don’t like it, I’ll delete it. 100% honest opinion, it’s a decent game but as you can see, I’m only giving it a four star and the reason why is I have Maybe less than 10 games given them a five star review before and the reason why is just a personal preference. But good job, developers, or developer.

I don’t normally write reviews, this might be my only review ever — this game is fun and you don’t have to watch a single ad or buy anything if you don’t want too. It doesn’t force ads and everything is mostly obtainable through raw time. But there is a point you reach naturally where the game purposefully scales incorrectly which causes any upgrades and all previous maxed upgrades to apply no difference to the current planet you are on and the game becomes incredibly boring and time consuming just to move on without purchasing anything. You can be maxed out on every previous stat and the planet will literally block you/damage you on round 2 when this should definitely not be the case (considering the past 20+ planets I did didn’t do this) its actually ridiculous and ruins the game once you reach this point. PvP is 100% pay to win, if you don’t pay for the latest stuff or special ships with extra weapon slots you will get dusted.

Overpriced microtransactions, too grindy too fast

The game itself is satisfying and you don’t have to watch ads if you don’t want to, that’s good. However to make any meaningful progress or to speed up anything within the game, that requires you to buy either the double mined resource package or the no ads package which are $10 and $30 respectively. $30 for a no ad package??? Jesus Christ, why so expensive? Most games charge around $10 for their no ads package, I have never seen a no ad package so overpriced. And my other major grievance with this game is that I’ve already hit a roadblock 6 planets in, that was about 12 hours of in game play time before I hit a roadblock that takes days to level my skills past. You don’t earn enough in game currency to get any good upgrades in a timely manner either. This game has a loooong way to go before they can justify charging $30 for a no ad package. I would barely consider paying $10

Thoroughly Enjoyable Experience!

This game is very well put together! It is very aesthetically pleasing. Your input controlling the actions *actually* matters, unlike many other games popular today. The progress made in-game is pleasantly rewarding, resulting in noticeable changes to how your ship acts. Even after over 50 hours of gameplay, the variety of what I encounter is still more than enough to keep me coming back for more; it feels like every time I play, I discover a new aspect, mechanic, feature, or method! Overall, this is an absolutely brilliant game that does not require money, ads, or ridiculous amounts of time to truly enjoy!

It’s very rare to find a game on iPhone with no forced ads and after over five years of iOS, this is only the third game that I have found that is both well-made and fun without forced ads. The gameplay is engaging and creative. Although yes, there are paid to win items which I do think are overly expensive. I am fine with it because it doesn’t force you to buy them to continue playing and they are optional. All in all this game is a gem in a sea of games made by voodoo.

I’m enjoying the game so far. People complain about the pricey micro transactions but they are optional so I’m not sure why they are complaining. The game is entertaining and leveling / progressing is easy. The events are very fun too. My only issue is that the game introduces crafting. Although, the inventory takes over the crafting button. I can no longer craft. It’s necessary for upgrading too. At this point, I have to get the items from loot drops only which does hinder the game play a bit. Still playable though. Please fix this!
