Not impressed

The customer service isn’t helpful. I bought credits over a week ago, they were never added. I’ve had to talk to customer service every single day. I’ve turned in receipts, and bank statement showing proof of purchase. Still nothing! They finally sent an email stating they found the missing credits and they would be added shortly (that was yesterday), contacted them again just now because still no credits, now they are saying 48 hours. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE CREDITS FROM THEM AGAIN! Oh and don’t expect Apple to refund your money because they won’t.

Cheap and lazy app. Developers should be ashamed of their work.

Not even sure where to begin on what to complain about with this app it’s very poorly designed and made. nothing feels real on it. There’s many other apps of its kind that run way better smoother, and with way better and more accurate games. As others have stated the wheel spin every few hours doesn’t give you anything over 400K. I’ve spun it thousands of times now and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve landed one off from the 1 billion.. just take it off?? it will never hit. These reviews are paid for if you look at any of the most recent ones they are all 1 star. But some how this shows 4.7 stars. My longin streak is at day 24 and has been for over 100 days now that doesn’t update I don’t get any of the bonus credits and when you do challenges there’s no way to track them. Like if you’re going to make an app where people can spend their hard earned money at least make the game payouts realistic with actual casino games. This is just a scam you guys should be ashamed that this is what you made for your job.. take pride in your work and do better.

What’s going on

I have been playing this game for a while. You get offers to play certain games to get free spins, but then the games the want you to play can’t be found. Like today was play roulette for 60 free games. Low and behold there is no roulette game so I figure let me play all the games with wheels to see if that works so I was unable to get the free spins. I buy coins and they get taken sure I understand it’s a gamble you win you lose but the amount of loses to wins is crazy cause by the time you start having fun the coins are gone. You always get the lowest jackpots and like someone else said the free wheel spin every four hours ain’t even worth playing cause you only get up to like 400k which after about 4 spins is gone. I play this game because I visit the casino and what’s the point of adding my players card if I don’t get no perks anyway. I like the slots but the coins and free games are bogus.

Glitches and Lost credits

I have been playing this game for months and every time I purchase a package and increase my wager to a larger wager, it will give me a big winning hand, like a 4 of a kind at max bet that should award 2.5B credits but it shows the 4 of a kind and then doesn’t pay. I have sent screenshots to them but they treavyou like you are making it up, and then not ever pay the credits for the win. The support team says this is a “one off issue” but there are multiple reports from other app users in the Facebook page community as well as reviews in the App Store with the same or similar reported issues. They just keep telling me that it has to be escalated to a third party support team and I have to wait for days before the game is restored or credits are awarded IF they ever are. I have emailed the support team, which is the only way to contact them and each time I get a generic response of troubleshooting steps to follow that NEVER work. Do not spend your money on a credit package.

Lose, lose and lose.

I lose 99% of the time but I expect that. My problem is when I get locked out do to sign in issues. For some reason even when I put the correct password in the system does not accept it. I play on different devices and that seems to bring on issues for whatever reason. I finally win a large jackpot and because I get locked out, and it takes a few days to get back in I find my points are gone, and I have to start all over. I have written to get my points back but I have never recovered them all yet. Another problem is getting signed out while playing. It seems to happen often. Lose when I play, okay, but losing my points because the administrator locked me out for signing in issues is not okay.

Developers not updating when they should

The loyalty program is great. But the app developers are lazy. They will put out a new game that cannot be loaded or played, which means customers and players miss out on the challenges and opportunities to win additional points and credits, because it needs an update in order to load the new game and by the time they get their act together to put out the update AFTER the new game launch, the challenge to gain free credits for playing the new game is already over. Someone needs to pay attention, get rid of the lazy developers in this world with qualified people desperate to work and actually get someone in there who can figure out how marketing and deadlines work so that the users of the app aren’t the ones constantly on the losing end. It’s getting annoying!

Read the reviews

To anyone reading the reviews, pay attention to them and save yourself time and money. This app is awful and has outdated slots and doesn’t have “grand” win coded into their slots. Example: most slots have a mini, minor, major and a grand coded into their payout system and this app doesn’t have the grand payout coded into their slots. Meaning you can spin 20 million times on the same slot and you’ll never win the grand. And this app is so expensive and give you nothing in return. Most slot apps will have 100s of billions or trillions of dollars for $99 but in penn play, $99 will get you a few 100 million. Please read the reviews before being scammed with false advertising. They advertise a grand but the grand is not coded into the app. I’m not 100% sure but I don’t believe a major is coded into the slots as well but don’t know for sure on the major.

Embarrassing

The company should honestly be embarrassed to put their name on this game. I feel like I’m back in 1987 using the arrow keys to maneuver the Oregon trail! In fact if the screen were black and green it would be exactly like that! The graphics are non existent, games all the same, not to mention all the glitches and issues I’ve had. I play several casino games owned or sponsored or however they do it, by major casino names and this is awful. Have you guys seen the competition? I can’t even call it that because there is no competition at all. This game loses. Now if you guys could figure out why I’m not getting the points I’m supposed to and make it even the tiniest bit worth playing I might spin a couple times a day. But for now I’m going to go play another game set in 2020. Embarrassed for you.
