Worse app ever I lost my job over a month ago so I decided to download the app to get couple of dollars for any extra stuff I needed money for I seen it was taking a while to even accept me to get 40$ I made I started asking about the payment then the costumer service put as if I had a gambling problem and they suspended my account for no reason I spoke to them and they didnt make it any better they suspended my account for 12 months for no real reason and they asked me to send them my PayPal email I did and they told me my state doesn’t do PayPal but the app is from the casino from the state I’m at they made it super difficult for me I do not recommend to anyone unless you want to waste your time

Customer Service

Long time gambler here, short time using this App(less than a month). A notfication appeared on my phone stating a deposit deal of "Get a 100% up to $500 Deposit Offer Bonus.." I thought it'd be a good deal and I looked through the in-app notifications, promotions section, and email... nothing. Thought, okay maybe a mistake. Then another notification 3 days later stating "Time is running out..." for the same offer. Checked the same things, nothing. Confused, reached out the the customer service reps. which seemed like they were helpful, but failed to elevate my case until after a week. Then they simply state the offer is expired.. well yes, of course it would be expired since they neglegently delayed over a week to assist my situation. Customer service needs to overhall a re-training on professionalism and courtesy. I'm honestly not even upset I can't use their bonus offer. I'm disappointed in FanDuel and any Application that utilizes them as they do the bare minimum and delay then "hang up" when you still had questions. If a customer service "Agent" emailed me stating it was an error within the first 24hrs I probably would be less upset, and if they floated me a smaller deal to smooth over a "misunderstanding" then honestly that would have made me stay with this App. But because the situation played out this way, no I will avoid using any FanDuel poducts in the future and so should every other individual.

Won’t honor promotion that was offered and fulfilled

So I used to really like this online casino and we do go to Mohegan Sun quite often so it is nice that you get the points for stays and such. HOWEVER, I recently opted into a promo to wager a 100 and get 150 in casino credits. I have never had any issues with this casino before. Except maybe that they don’t pay out anywhere near as well as DraftKings does. So anyway, I opt in, wafer somewhere around 150 (I got the notification while playing). So naturally, I keep playing. When I’m done I check the promo, and it states it’s been played through 0%. So I got ahold of customer service. I get an email hours later stating there having issues with CT users using the promo and playing on iOS. Since then, nothing. I have reached out to customer service multiple times. No answer. I even had a “agent” end the chat when I explained I’ve reached out multiple times. If they’d just check my play history, they’d see it was moooore than sufficiently played through and I am entitled to the credit. Anyway, long story short, be cautious! I’ve spent easily 3,000-3,500 on the app, winning maybe 1,000 the whole time. The least they could do is give me the credit I am owed. I guess not. Go on Draft Kings if you really want to play, MUCH better pay offs, just takes longer to get your money. GAMBLERS BEWARE!

Scam promos

So I’ve been playing the online gambling since it began. Mohegan has 10 times the problems you ever run into on DraftKings. so there’s a group of us that do it and every one of us are consistently blocked from depositing whenever they have a deposit promo. I deposited yesterday no problem today I’m being blocked because there’s a deposit promo. I will not be able to deposit again until the promo expires. None of us will. We all get different promos on DraftKings and that’s something Mohegan should try if they don’t want to give you a deposit bonus- then don’t offer it, but don’t block the deposit an blame your bank. My bank actually put it in writing that they were not even getting requests from the casino during the last deposit promo which is how I knew they were intentionally blocking us. Went down in person to the casino an the person at customer service couldn’t help us told us we had to come back and login on the app after we showed them the documents on no deposit requests To the bank for the bank to even deny as Mohegan claimed. Did they really think people would not investigate if their bank is declining a transaction?

This first part is just a part of personal experience the rest is for everyone. But for started i had gotten locked out of my account then it got suspended. They unsuspended my account almost 24 hours later and gave no compensation or anything for the time that i wasn’t eligible to play for. Blackjack is the biggest scam they have. I can promise any high bet you do is guaranteed to lose expect for one out of approximately 17 high ones. If you do low ones you will win ever at least 1-7 turns guaranteed. Most computer based gaming is based on algorithms due to the fact that it is a programmed system. This isn’t in dealer favor either. I’ve lost over 1k in one day and if i went to the casino I’d make my usual 5k. Never using any “casino”app again these are just scams for your money unless your playing under $1 draws up to about $50-$100 of your profit Gain. I hope everyone reads this that plans on downloading this app specifically and does rethink to relocate to draftkings. Much more reliable gaming and actual probabilities.

Used to be Good

I’ve had the app a few months. I have no issues depositing money to the app or taking it out. Technically the app works well for me. In the beginning I was winning enough to keep playing for a while. Even if I lost in the end, I got to play quite some time, got a few bonuses and it was fun. This changed about 2 weeks ago for me. I’ve put so much money in and not a single bonus or hit. Not even a little to keep playing. Something definitely changed with the algorithm. Also, it was hard to link the app with my physical Mohegan account, but I did it. But none of the money I spend in the app has transferred to my physical account so all the money I’ve spent has done nothing to improve my casino rewards. Draftkings was way worse for me. I deleted that app. I’m afraid I may have to stop playing Mohegan too.

Customer service on this app is awful. I reached out multiple times for various issues and they never get resolved. I ply daily and spend plenty on this app and when it comes to promos or the referral promotions they will literally give any excuse why you don’t qualify for any of them. I referred 3 people and have yet to get the promotional credits, yet each person I referred received them but when I reached out to ask why they claim ineligibility. If that’s the case why did my newly registered friends receive their part?? Also have complained several times that games are down for multiple people not just me and they keep insisting it’s my device when it’s impossible when it it multiple people having the same issues with the same games. Step up your customer service Mohegan!!!

Gambling or something more sinister?

We like to do some small scale gambling wether in person at the casino or using an app occasionally. We have had two identical experiences while using “live roulette”. In both instances using a certain method/style of playing the same event occurred… spin was made and somehow the ball didn’t make it around 3 times. In both instances it was after black had come out approximately 15 or 20 times in a row (of course you bet red) what’s happens? Red comes out… we win right? Nope! right away they say hold on we need to review it and then recall the spin… anyone who’s plays knows you’re all in at this point… next spin? Black again…the exact same thing happened twice within a one week period. How come a spin never gets recalled when you have a small bet? Customer service said they would review the video and get back to us… we never heard from them. We are grown ups and understand the risks with gambling and also understand the odds. We do it for fun… winning allows you to play longer. It becomes something else when things like this happen. We can go anywhere and get robbed… one would think a big name would lend itself to more integrity… We don’t need a generic response that says “well that’s gambling” or “we’re sorry and we will blah blah”
