It’s fun but…

You guys need to change the photos that you are using to preview this app. Because that IS NOT how the game is, and I’m tired of seeing apps that false advertise thier games. Like it’s so annoying. You guys are conning players on a completely different game and idk why. However the actual game itself when you download it is pretty fun, it’s your typical build your camo and heroes to be a powerful player and dominate an area. But it’s not like how the pictures are showing you. But it is fun. There’s nothing wrong with the game so idk why you aren’t showing pictures of the actual game.

First of all, the game is incredibly formulaic. The game is absolutely unlike what you see in the advertisement, and this format of game has been done a dozen times over by better distributors. But if that was all that annoyed me, I wouldn’t be writing this. When playing the game, there are times when the games tutorial will direct you to a particular button, and is the only thing you can select at that moment. Click anywhere else, and it clicks on the thing they highlighted, regardless. This is fine…until I was looking for info on additional resources, and it brought up a purchase window and AUTOSELECTED a $4.99 package. And regardless of where I pressed on the screen, it selected that and tried to complete a purchase. I cancelled it IMMEDIATELY and uninstalled the game. I do NOT recommend this game to anyone, ESPECIALLY those with kids that might accidentally click the wrong thing out of curiosity.

Game won’t even start

So I was playing a much better game when this games ad was given to me and I liked the ad and decided to download the game on my iPhone 14 that works great and every other app is working great as well. However, that is where the problems start as soon as it was downloaded I pressed the icon to play and the game supposedly started to load but it just didn’t. It then shows a message on screen that says “Signal lost in space. Reconnecting…” but after a few seconds more it pops up a message that says “Network Error. Please check your network.” The problem is that my network is fine all my other apps connections to the internet and network are all fine and great. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but the problem persists. All I can think of is that this is a terrible game and won’t work because there isn’t even a way to get any support help to fix it. ITS TERRIBLE!!

I just downloaded this game maybe a couple days ago and so far the most annoying thing is that this game constantly prompting me to change my name and every name that I change it to it will denied access due to 3 to 15 characters. I have also tried every combinations possible and still get denied. Please help or atlas make it easier to change my name

Fun game but don’t download it until they start transfers or you love being frustrated

Love the game have been playing for a year but they don’t fill the states enough and they’ve been promising transfers for 6 months while states are already dead or dying quickly. New states are ok but until they start transfers it seems really likely they will suffer the same fate. So unless you have a love for deep frustration and wasting time and/or money go to an older war game that’s already implementing transfers or wait until this one does it. Because they really don’t seem to understand how dire things are. It’s a demise of their own making. Too bad because they’re onto something but they rushed too much and we the players are paying for new states and paying for early mistakes too.

Find an offensive name and want to report it? Nothing will happen. Find a bug and want to report it? Nothing will happen. See unfair gameplay (buying accounts, multiple alternate bases on the same server, name calling, etc) and want to report it? NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. Developers have promised th ability to migrate around the game for over 3 months. NOTHING HAD HAPPENED. We did get a lovely bundle of graphic updates no one asked for though. The events are stale and come around so frequently that they all blend together. No ability to spear in rallies so counter troops are ineffective. Can’t speed a rally march once it starts walking. This game is barely held together and the older servers are dead. Stay away from this money grab.

I followed the instructions to delete my account and was told to wait for a system message for the next step. After 5 days I received nothing and reached back out to support. I was then told that the process had been “temporarily halted” because they saw that I signed in! But I can’t check the messages WITHOUT SIGNING IN. Then when I tried to restart the process, there is a cooldown of 84 days! EIGHTY FOUR DAYS. THREE MONTHS for THEIR misinformation! This is absolutely asinine and terrible customer service. How are you holding someone hostage for wanting to delete the game??? Not to mention that they want you to take pictures of your purchase history for some verification process that also wastes time! DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND PRIVATE INFORMATION.

Hello, humans. I see that you’ve played Planetbase… or perhaps, I see more clearly that you haven’t. The icons for linking platforms, the platform placing mechanic, the leaving that exact looking dropship with colonists who have that exact looking robot… I see what you are. I see how you’ve monetized and lengthened a game I can say was brilliant. You’ve done horrific things to the idea of Planetbase, slapped play to exist mechanics on top of it, and then you’ve gone and marketed it. I had a strange sense of “I know what comes next.” At every point in base building, and I might be the only one alive who happens to play both this game and what it was stolen from. If you want to genuinely make this sell? Make Planetbase but realtime. That’s a game you can sell.
