This release has bug fixes, performance improvements, and exciting new features!
I do recommend if you’re looking for a new game. This is a clean easy to use version of Farkle. I paid to get rid of ads because they were annoying me. Warning if you do it only removes the forced ads, you still have to watch ads for the spins and things that are optional. I have no idea what the coins are for. One thing that bugs me is that when you play a game you have to wait for the player to “think”. They’ve already played their game and it’s not a live game so not sure what the thinking time is. If it’s required for the dice to load I guess I’ll have to deal but if it’s by design please get rid of it. It’s annoying to wait. I know it’s jn it that long but it gets annoying when you’re playing.
Game is not registering. I’m a game tester all it’s worried about doing is showing ads. It’s promoted through a partner platform, but yet not registering people’s progress to the partner platform because they obviously are one of them games that wants to make money pushing ads and running in banners, then not paying what they need to be paying towards partner progressions but they obviously are profit off of all their ads that they’re running because they’re nonstop, but they don’t want to send progression progress to the partners who are testing I’ve noticed it is quite a few bugs to the re-roll the wheel no way to check amount of tickets when you do win those this is looking more and more as a gimmick and a for profit for having you play towards their selves they’re not even sin in progression to their partners that are having their games tested. I will be sending a ticket in and then they will have a limited time for partner to fix it. Also, I’ve noticed when there is a constant banner running it will drain your devices battery at any time they offer to get rid of ads for a price of money. It’s a gimmick when there’s a banner that’s constantly gonna be up or pop-ups for a wheel with features that don’t even exist such as re-roll this is looking more as a advertise to you get paid, but then not send info back to partners who are having tested.
I’m reading the reviews and it seems like I’m not the only one. So these are AI bots and not real people. There should be a mode where you can play against other real people. I’ve only lost 5 games so far and have played like 50. So it’s still possible to win against the bots. The amount the game makes you pay to re-roll so you don’t Farkle changes depending on how many gems you have. It’s unfair. I just played and needed to re-roll and the game made me pay 40 gems (the most yet) which was half of what I had. So if you had about 150 gems you will probably owe like 80 or something. It’s a gamble if you decide to re-roll because if you run out of gems and can’t at least roll 1 or 5, you will have to Farkle and watch more ads on the next turn to earn more. I’ve only had to do this once. I saw a very helpful review below about the plays and to save your gems until the end of the game since you’re playing against a bot. Point has been proven so you might be able to beat the computer by maybe trying to confuse it and make random uncoordinated turns until the end.
I like this game a lot. It’s similar to Yahtzee but not enough to make me feel like I’m playing a knockoff version of it. But there are two ways it could be better. 1: the diamond bonus is in a very annoying place, blocking my dice from view when I first roll. If that was somewhere else, I’d enjoy the game more. 2: I don’t mind ads in free games. I understand the developers need them to make money, and I’m willing to pay a one-time fee on occasion if the price is right. But the fact that ads will pop up in the middle of this game when I’m about to roll is the most annoying thing ever—more so than the diamond bonus blocking my dice. I wouldn’t mind watching the occasional forced ad if it happened after I finished a game or before I started a new one. I also find it annoying when the prize wheel pops up in the middle of a game for a spin, especially as it’s not free and you have to watch an ad in order to spin it in the first place.
i’m frustrated that if you are the second person to play in a match, you automatically lose when the first person to play gets 5000+ points. realistically, we should have an even playing field where i am able to get more potential points after they reached 5000, so long that the order we played in aligns. secondly, i’m playing against bots every. single. game. but i can’t play on the road without cell service because the game isn’t accessible without cell/wifi. please!! if i’m going to play offline BOTS, why do i need wifi?? finally, ads should only play after the game is over, not during gameplay. it ruins the flow completely and makes me want to shut it off entirely. it’s even more infuriating when you come back from the ad and the bot is still “thinking” about their turn. i think i’m watching ads no less than every 60 seconds, and i’m required to press the ‘x’ at least 3 times to continue to the game. i wish there was solo play so i didn’t have to wait for a bot. i just want to see how many points i can get in x amount of rounds without playing stupid bots. the design of the die are cool, and the app layout is very nice. if the other farkle games in the app store had a better UI, i’d play those instead, bc of minimalistic advertising.
I’ve spent a fair amount of time playing Farkle Dice Roll and wanted to share a concern that’s become increasingly noticeable — and frustrating. While the game is fun, polished, and offers a decent amount of variety with modes like Duels and Journey, there seems to be an issue with how outcomes are generated during matches. Over time, I’ve observed a very consistent and suspicious pattern: • If I take the lead in a match, the opponent almost always comes back immediately on their next turn with a high-scoring roll. • If I’m behind, the opponent tends to get only small gains — until I close the gap or take the lead again, then the cycle repeats. This happens far too often to feel like true randomness. It gives the impression that the game is algorithmically rigged to keep matches artificially close — possibly to increase player engagement, tension, or even pressure to spend money. While I understand the need to make games exciting, manipulating outcomes undermines player trust. It takes the fun out of the experience when your skill and strategy seem to take a back seat to scripted catch-up mechanics. I’d love to see the developers be more transparent about how the dice rolls work, especially in competitive modes. Fairness and integrity are essential if you want long-term players who feel respected, not manipulated. Until then, I recommend playing casually, avoiding purchases, and treating the game more like entertainment than a real competition.
I love Farkle but this game is definitely rigged. To test this theory I deliberately only scored small scores and saw the computer score the same amount. Then I switched to larger scores where I was in the lead like 2000 points. Sure enough, the computer ALWAYS gets the same amount of points to become even with your score and usually gets bonus rolls ALL THE TIME, which puts them over your score. I end up leaving the game because the game cheats and is rigged. If you score little, the computer scores little. If you're in the lead, the computer is placed in the lead, all of a sudden, because of the way the game is coded. At the beginning, to get you hooked, you win a lot, but as you climb levels the computer beats you every single time and you hardly get any more wins. And I'm barely level 4. Since this is rigged, I'm deleting the game. If you want to play Farkle, just buy 6 dice and play for real. At least you can't rig the game that way.
ADVERTISEMENTS ARE HORRIBLE. DON’T download unless you want to be forced to watch there ads. I used to like playing Farkle and other games but not anymore. In fact, I downloaded the game to give it a try but turned around and deleted it because of the advertisements. We have gotten so used to advertisements that we just tolerate them because it’s common. I’m not tolerating it anymore. I have deleted the app because of the advertisements when games stop forcing ads I will play again. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to watch them. The exit arrow is tiny and hidden, one minute it’s on the left conspicuously hidden in wording the next it’s on the right. You select the exit and go into anther screen to exit and another and another. I’m not going to be forced to watch your ads and will leave that to those who don’t care. App deleted!
