Better than Wordscapes (so far). Rewards are issued later so it’s comforting to stock-pile them for future use should I get stuck. Other games like Wordscapes keep you stuck and cornered into either having a miserable time OR spending money for coins to get yourself out of a jam. This is a great game (so far)

Really like this word game, but for the past 4 days when I attempt to load my free daily tokens, the screen just keeps loading, with the loading wheel spinning, but no tokens given and screen freezes, requiring me to close the game. I did click your support link below, in an attempt to contact you. Sadly, there is NO CONTACT LINK, no way on your website to access support; no way that I could find to reach you for assistance:( Again, fun game, but ongoing token issue and lack of support is a major issue. Hope you contact me with a solution.

When 1 App Turns Into 3 - Scam!

It all started with one App, a game just like this one by the same people or company. Then one day after beating several levels a notification popped up to update the game. But that is what they want you to believe…. Until you’re forced to download a new App and lose ALL your progress. The new App wound up being this very game!! So I beat a bunch of levels, earn a bunch of coins. Then today the SAME message appeared to “update “ the game. But it is NOT and update, but yet ANOTHER request to download yet another App. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME!! Do not download anything from whoever or whatever is making these particular games it is not worth it!!

Inescapable ads

At first the ads were very minimal, and the gameplay continued after the ad finished playing, but after a few days of play, the ads appeared after every round, and they remained on the screen even after the ad finished playing. There was no option to X out at the end of the ad, it just stayed on the screen and does not allow the player to move on to the next level. I’ve tried closing out the app entirely and opening it up again, but even upon opening it again it just plays another ad that doesnt allow you to X out. A never ending annoying cycle. I will be uninstalling this game.

Started of great. No pop up ads. That was the whole reason I downloaded it and stopped playing the other one I was playing. It had pop ups after every round. One of those ads is how I found it and it said No pop up ads. There was the ad banner at the bottom but that was fine. Didn’t mind it and didn’t affect the game play. The a few days ago, pop up ads started. The whole reason I started playing it was because it didn’t have them. I am uninstalling it. So annoying.

Only been playing this word game a few weeks-so far I’m very happy with it-a variety of ways to make words -from relaxing to competitive - I definitely recommend giving it a try!

You can't even get through one level without having to go multiple ads. And each ad is ridiculously long, sometimes freezing so that you need to close and reopen the app (which makes you watch the ad all over again). I would not consider this a free app as it's not usable without paying for the ad-free version.

after completeing a game, I was presented with the same letters in the next game. However, none of those letters are relevant to the words needed for "the puzzle" I have a screenshot but cant post it here. tried to contact "support" via your website. No joy, just an error message. I suppose I could remove and reinstall the game, but I will wait to hear from someone.
