I absolutely love this game I’m addicted to it I love. The graphics the levels are challenging but not to complex I love that its a puzzle matching game and not those dumb like candy crush games cause I can’t stand those it’s a lot harder for me I’m 12 and I have a lot of games on my phone that I’ll quit playing in less than an a week or. Even 2 days but I’ve been playing this nonstop and I really love I have nothing bad to say about it I’m on level 101 and it just like the add shows you put the puzzle things down match them up and you help the people in need the only thing I kinda wish they would let me do is pick the clothes or let me pick the furniture they put down but I love this game I totally recommend I’m playing this game while I’m on a road trip and it says you can pay 💰 for no adds but there’s hardly any I CANNOT STAND games with adds like every 5 min but this game only gives adds about every two or three rounds but there usually very short and the stories start out really sad at first but when you start helping them out it makes me feel good because on one of the levels a little girl is sitting in her room and it’s all burnt like there was a fire she was saying how she missed her mom and I thinking her mom had passed in the fire but at the end of the level she got a call from her mom and the little girl was like “mommy your feeling better your coming home from the hospital I can’t wait till you see our house now” and I just felt said happy but I totally recommend and if you read this far I’m a little surprised lol 😂 but I totally recommend this game get it if you like helping people out and puzzle matching games thank you have a good day.❤️❤️❤️♥️♥️: V.V.V

I have been playing Tile Family for about 6 months now and thoroughly enjoy this game. It is challenging, fun and relaxing at times. I even paid to not have ads, would buy tools and coins. If I like a game I don’t mind paying some. I had gotten up to about level 639 or somewhere around there and in the middle of a game it froze. I got out of it and thought I would just start that level again but when I tried it would not load. It would go to the Tile Family screen and then the screen where she is on the swing it would say LOADING… and then nothing. I sent a message to your company support through the App Store. For about a week I kept trying hoping it would load but nothing happened. I hadn’t heard anything from your company so reluctantly deleted it. I have started over and it downloaded without a problem. I am on level 16 again. I spent a lot of time and money, and I’m not complaining, because as I said earlier I REALLY love this game, but when I deleted it I also lost a lot of coins and tools. I am going to give it one more try and hoping if I ever get back to the 600’s it won’t happen again. Is there anyway I could be compensated for my loss? This is one of the games that have me coming back after taking a break from it every now and then after trying out others. Definitely one of the best f2p games that is not a cash grab. I can also see the subtle improvements over time that makes quite a difference for the player. You can tell that the developers actually care for the player experience. My reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is listed below. I have only a couple of suggestions that will make a huge difference for me. 1. Please add an option to disable animations. They are unnecessary in my opinion, but wastes so much time, especially when you have a time limited bonus active. 2. Please figure out a way to differentiate the depth levels of the tile layers. Too often I picked a tile, expecting to use the tile underneath to clear the set, only to find that it's actually several layers below. This is extremely frustrating with no way to undo without using a valuable undo tool, and quite unfair to the player. A possible suggestion is perhaps using a different gradation of darkening for deeper tiles.

I really enjoyed this game! Great levels, challenges, generous rewards, etc! Like some other reviewers said - after a certain amount of levels, things got pretty frustrating. Hard and Super hard levels started popping up, which of course made you use power ups and special skills - all designed to make you purchase more power ups. Then at a certain level ADs start popping up after every level. Most of the time your choices are: automatic ads *sometimes with the fwd arrows to end it earlier, OR you can choose to watch the full AD for extra coins, OR you can choose Home button which takes you to ADs between levels, there is no longer levels without ads. There are race and timed challenges that are interrupted with ADs so sometimes it’s impossible to win against people who obviously have paid for no ads… or bots. A developer response to someone who posted earlier was “we rely on ads , etc… thank you for your understanding.” Well, so many ads all the time makes it really frustrating to play. I had to delete due to lack of enjoyment because of so many ads that even interrupting gameplay in the middle of puzzles. Please reduce the ads. Thank YOU for your understanding.

I’m addicted to this game! Downloaded it a month and a half ago and play about every day! I’ve noticed though for the past two weeks it’s been glitching like CRAZY during the moving of the tiles or when tapping on them. It does a couple seconds, I kid you not. It takes a solid 3-6 seconds for it to move and it happens every other game:/ Also it’s incredibly annoying whenever they have a side story whether you’re helping build a cake or save a bird in the fence you can never fully beat the last one after you finished every level on that little side quest because by that time you will have maxed out your watch ads and then you will have to resort to using your coins, which makes you run out of money and it’s incredibly frustrating. It feels like I can never beat those little side quest specifically I’ve tried this numerous times even on my days off and you have about three days to finish that little side quest story but it’s almost pretty much impossible because the last mode is to beat 13 super hard levels or something and I can only get up to about eight or nine before the story expires! other than that a great app.

I love the game but the ads they play for this game and another of their matching games are abusive towards women and children. Both ads show the husband /father aggressively hitting the wife and/or the female child and even literally kicking them out of the house. THESE ADS MUST BE REMOVED. Children play these games and see this behavior modeled through the ads. The man’s face is gloating as he hits. In one the mother and newborn child are sitting cowering in a chair while the father lays comfortably in the bed. The woman asks something of the man and he responds by slapping her in the face. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I hold the game maker responsible for allowing these ads to repeatedly show in their product. On top of that within the game play it is only females who need to be saved. Women and children are seen chapter after chapter trying to survive in dire circumstances. They are often seen freezing with sores, live in dilapidated structures with live electrical wires crackling. Never is a man or boy seen in distress. Only females need rescuing. This also is unacceptable and unnecessary to the game play. The game play is fun and easy to level up while still being challenging. I’d love to turn off the chapters inbetween. I have no need to be confronted by females in dire distress with the undertone that they will only be healthy if I play and win at this game. There are just as many males in the world who live in distress- if not more. Why don’t you show something more positive in each chapter such as building a house or a garden, or a car, or anything but lifting women from the depths of death.I downgraded my rating because of this. I think the ads within other apps showing the physical abuse are gone. This company gives the impression that they are all men who hate women.

Update: The highest level changed from 6701 to 6801. I took away one rating star because the developers are doing the bare minimum to improve Family Tile. I’ve spent a lot of money on this game but it is not fun anymore because of the meager number of levels and scenarios, and the fact that a person cannot start at the first level again without losing previously accumulated points. Previous review (3 stars): It was fun while it lasted but I’ve completed the available games. I keep looking for new games to drop. It seems a couple are added after around two weeks. I have to keep looking at the App Store because there is not an update button within the app. I wish there was a way to replay past games but once they are done, that’s it. I kept playing the game because I enjoyed it but I reached the last playable level which is Level 6701, and the game has locked up. I wish the developers would enable going back to Level 1 without losing accumulated stars and coins, and also increase the maximum number of levels.

I downloaded this game for ONE REASON; to say how debasing and disgraceful the ad for this game and the game itself are to women and there are many women making good comments about this game. Don't you have any shame? To show a woman being beaten and put out into a storm which shows how little the devs feel about women and they lap it up! I cannot imagine ever feeling good about playing this game, much less paying for coins and shortcuts. Paying anyone to make women look filthy and disposable is a disgusting practice and we are supposed to accept without question? Do you ever ask yourself why something like this is attractive to you? Why does throwing a woman and children bruised, bloodied and battered into the snow have any redeeming qualities to it? This is one of the problems of our society; we are often so involved in our own lives that we can't even SEE the suffering of others. Are we that selfish that we don't think about how someone feels if you yell at her for doing her job for *minimum wage* because your coffee is cold? Have some pride in yourselves! Don't give in to trash like this. This company says that "never our intention to demean or mistreat any group, and we hold the utmost respect for all individuals," But that is exactly what they have done here for the sake of entertainment (or their wallets, more than likely). Do you think that this is acceptable as a game or as advertising? If you do, than what I have said here won't matter to you. If you do NOT think that this is acceptable, then by all means, boycott the game and do what I have done here. PROTEST IN WRITING! Vote for better people, make yourselves heard and stop letting companies run roughshod over our society, our policies and our laws.
