Unique forms of pitchers

I would like to start off by saying that this is probably one of the most realistic game I’ve played pertaining to baseball that I’ve seen on a mobile device. Though, as I’ve played this game for about a year, it has come to my attention that there seems to be a lack of a graphics update for the pitchers. It just gets repetitive every time I face a pitcher that has the same windup as the other guy that I already faced. I don’t know if getting down the unique forms of pitchers is a difficult task to do or it is just a longer process, but I really hope to see more improvement of the pitchers in upcoming updates. Besides that, another cool thing maybe can be added to this game is the “tunneling effect” where the pitches overlay each other. The idea is that two different pitches fly down the same trajectory long enough to look nearly identical through the point when a hitter must decide whether, or not, to swing. For example if I throw and fastball in game and then the next pitch is a curveball and they both overlap, it should make the batter more likely to swing at the pitch. To finish, I sincerely hope that the unique forms of the players will be added or focused on more in the future updates of this game. This is definitely one of the better games I’ve played for baseball and I usually focus on how realistic the game is.

What can make this game A LOT better?

This is really the best baseball game on the mobile platform. Yet it still has very little features missing which isn’t really a big problem, but if they were added, then it would sure make it a much cooler game for people to enjoy. What I would really love in this game are the instant replays. It would sure give people time to record last play in which they thought they were pretty awesome. Another feature I would love are home team fan reactions. For the home team, when their team makes does a strike out or makes a play against the opposing team, the home fans would have a positive reaction. But if the away team does the same thing against the home team, then the home fans will do a negative reaction. Oh yeah and make the home fans loud too. One more feature in which I don’t know if this game even has, are a batting cursor. That would give a pretty good challenge for me in the game. There IS a problem with the fans chanting the away team at the home team ballpark/stadium, for example im playing as the Atlanta Braves at Citizens Bank Park. When im supposed to hear “let’s go Phillies” instead I hear “let’s go Braves” that’s how I knew something was wrong. And that’s pretty but it. Other than all those features, this game is awesome, and I’m not forcing you add these features in which can take some time to do so.

Great game, few tweaks needed

first of all, coming from 9 innings23, the gameplay and graphics are MILES better so awesome job! here are some things that need improvement 1. league stats. this is a simulation game. realistic stats in league mode adds to the experience. unrealistic stats break that immersion. in my league mode there are 15 batters hitting over .380 avg and top HR hitters hitting +80 HRs in a season. even the best starting pitchers have +5.00 ERA. needs to be tweaked. the league stats in 9innings23 were so realistic it’s weird to see you guys fumble it now. 2. speaking of league mode, users want to experience a realistic 162 game season. why are we gated from doing that by having to beat the shortened league 7-8 times which take both time and resources? not to mention the first 162 game league available isn’t recommended until your team has +90 overall? really? you need to bring the option to choose number of games for the season like 9innings23. 3. minor complaint. during the replay of HR, it always cuts away or ends right before showing where the ball landed. we want to see exactly how far the ball went and where it landed, show it to us during replay. went a bit long but it’s only because this game is so good and has potential to be the best mobile baseball game EVER. hope to see these fixes soon.

Need more San Francisco Giants Players

First off, this is the best baseball game I’ve ever played on my iphone. The real life athletic movements from homerun trot, pitchers pointing up to a fly ball, middle infields correct double play techniques like flip or power feed, to jumping and snagging a line drive. Pitchers delivery mechanics to swing and misses by the batter at curve ball or slider. The multiple camera angles and the list goes on. I would’ve definitely given 5 stars if we were able to create a player and develop our player up the rankings and become an mlb legend hall of fame player. Commentator should say a bit more comments or bring up some more stats or accolades. Also, more players added to team rosters. For example: the San Francisco Giants. Where’s Will Clark, Barry Bonds, Jeff Kent, Buster Posey, Madison Bumgarner, Tim Lincecum, Pablo Sandoval, Joe Panik, Edgar Renteria, Matt Williams, Hunter Pence, Barry Zito, Sergio Romo, Tim Hudson, Jake Peavy, Javier Lopez, Rob Nen, Marco Scutero. These are all player that should be included for the Giants roster. If not, can I get an explanation why these players aren’t included on your game? At least Buster Posey, Madison Bumgarner, Tim Lincecum, Pablo Sandoval, Will Clark, Hunter Pence, Barry Bonds & Barry Zito. If these players were added then this game is for sure 5 stars. Until then, it’s 4 stars to me and any other SF Giants fans out there playing this game

Game Style

Everything is completely amazing the quality of the players the way they move the reality of the game it looks super real the game is like an MLB the show on the phone it’s a great game I love it. The batting qualities are great and so are the pitching but I do have some things, I feel like for the pitching there should be like a meter or pulse type of pitching so it has more interaction with the game I feel like just aiming and putting it there is a bit annoying and kind of tiring because it’s too simple. I also feel like there should be a fielding method added, like you control where the players throw the ball atleast because there are a lot of runs that can be prevented but they don’t do them so maybe a control of where to throw the ball would be great and even a meter of accuracy would be even better aswell as controlling the runners that would be amazing too those little qualities to make the game a bit more exciting and enjoyable would be amazing because I love the game but after a while it becomes way to simple and it needs a bit more spice more aspects of the game that are just missing. And even a costume player would be super cool and have them play in your team would be nice too maybe even like a road to the show style of play would be amazing. But overall it’s a very good game with great game qualities it just becomes a bit tiring because of the simplicity.

Pretty please add PSI in the game

I love everything about this game from the new legends and icons getting added. The stats are amazing and gameplay is fantastic. I just wish I was able to have the ability to have a psi mode like in the show. I wish I was able to control where my bat is gonna hit and be able to not rely on covering the whole surface area. I love the game don’t get me wrong just wish that was added to the game. It would make it a lot more challenging and plus you would have two modes to choose from hitting. PSI and Zone hitting. Another thing I wish for this game is being able to have customizable bats that would be sick. Also having a button where you can tell the runners to keep going instead of doing stuff on there own. I see this feature in every other baseball game but this one. Everything else is amazing in this game but really wish you can add these things. I overall think it would bring more players and be able for players to have more skill.

Needs tons of fine tuning

I think this game has tons of potential. The rosters are deep, many gameplay options, beautiful graphics. It’s among the best MLB baseball games easy. That said, it needs serious improvements. Player advancing is way too tiered. There’s training, upgrading (which is near impossible past level 5-6), potential, and the original ranking (which I don’t think can be altered at all). Getting a player up a few points takes tons of resources and luck (w upgrading). There are a variety of types of cards- prime, impact, signatures, live- but the prime and impact can be HORRIBLY low. I got an impact and prime for my selected team who are hot trash and won’t even play. The signatures are supposed to be top tier but it’s completely unclear why. The leveling up seems like there’s more potential but it takes even longer so what’s the trade off? Finally, the AI is terrible. The announcers are wrong so often, the simulating is wildly inconsistent, and when I do highlight mode, it will drop me into a big spot such as to pitch when opposition has bases loaded and one out. I’ll get the first out and it will go back to simulating and allow 5 runs. Why did it not keep me in this crucial moment longer? Again, I think there is depth and potential for this game, over the next few months, to really be amazing. But it is seriously flawed atm.

Good game but multiple issues

This is a fun game however it has many issues and starting off with the pay to win areas of this game the packs in order to upgrade your team cost around $20-$50 with the signature card packs coming in at around $80 just to get one guaranteed and the only other way to get signature cards is to craft them, but this action takes multiple weeks in order to accomplish with you not even getting the card you want half the time and along with this the live match has multiple issues within not being fairly balanced, and you going up against opponents that are way better than you because they have all the signature cards were as you don’t, along with this, you can have the same score rating book go up against skies that have a better overall rating to do by like up to 20 or even more and that’s like insanely common and you can’t do anything against them, but lose and lose and lose, they need to make it to where you faced people based on their overall not the score. my opinion on whether you should play this game or not is yes but try to push for them to fix their problems.
