Been playing lavish casino for a couple of months I’ve put in thousands of dollars their process is the same as this one, but there’s slots are tight and they’re very hard to get along with online and answer straight up questions when I actually hit a grand jackpot they’ve yet to pay and they say they have to go through their data even when I sent them screenshots nobody videotapes their wins on their phone. They refused to pay. It’s been over 45 days. I will no longer recommend playing with lavish casino this is the first day that I played with jackpots I feel like I’m at the casino, bouncing around to different games and hitting the jackpot or bonuses much quicker. It’s a fun online site game, especially when you’re winning just completed the redemption process. I will follow up on the ease, convenience and speed of payment. The only negative that I can see so far is the 5% charge maybe that’s why lavish refuses to pay the grand jackpot cause they only collect one percent service charge. But they don’t give as many loyalty points or coins as jackpots. After more than just one day, I will recommend an invite friends.

At first, I really liked this game then they started being a little glitches here and there that things would mess up and typically when you go to the support team, they help you however, my last encounter with them, they asked me to provide proof and I did as always, they condescendingly said the same exact thing, but in a different way in a different format I gave them multiple opportunities just to correct the mistake and fix the problem. It was nothing that major. I informed them. that what they were doing, was scamming me theft and essentially fraud. I hate being that person that has to take things to this level, but if people don’t get held accountable for their actions, then they feel they can do it let’s say to 20,000 other people just imagine this five dollars from 20,000 people a day. intellectually I would think that if someone came to my support team while I know that my business is taking from people. and that person came to me with just a very what I would be considered a mild challenge. I would like to keep my customers always happy first thing in sales customers always right. So next I just strongly advise screenshot every single time you buy something. Pay attention to the Lil parts of language in their support team responses on all honesty. I just wouldn’t play the game it’s not worth a headache. I give this a one 0.5–10 and that 0.5 is only because I have redeemed money before and it took a few days to get it. just do your research. There’s many more apps out there way better than this one.

This app is 100% legit a lot people are just impatient when it comes to winnings and being paid but I have no worries a lot of it is just because they probably got scammed on fake apps before and just think they are all the same but they aren’t this app and a few others I think are all same creator s they aren’t like the others this app is 100% real and they do pay usually within hours or the next day it says 3 days but I’ve never waited that long on any of em in fact some have instant payouts and I think soon they all will be that way but they really have a nice platform easy to navigate and lots of ways to earn free sc plus they got the best games better than a lot of this big online casinos I find these games more enjoyable so and I am a trusted verifiable reviewer on trustpilot but not everybody uses that so wanted to stick it here rest asssure your gaming is fair and secure and it does payout just do if might take a week or so to get to really having a feel for everything bug after that you wont be able to put it down I love these games !

Not getting refunded!

As much as I absolutely love this app and trust me, I tell you this app pays it gives you good returns back on the money that you make biggest problem I have is my laws changed in my state! Overnight after depositing about $130 about two days before two days later I woke up and the laws had changed that I can no longer redeem money because of my state that I was in now I understand, but when you take away the opportunity for me to be refunded the money that I put in because the laws changed overnight doesn’t mean that I should have to lose money that I put in expecting to play and either win or lose point is that I put that money in two days prior not knowing that it was two days I was going to end up not being able to redeem money anymore, the fact that I reached out to the company and they haven’t reached back out to me to give me back my money that I funded. I think that it’s wrong to do that. I hope that they reach out to me now that I’m posting this on the review because again I love the game. I wish I could play. I’m going to end up traveling to another state in order to actually play the game but until then I’d like to be refunded the money that I put in when that happens people should be refunded the funds that they put in within the 30 days I believe!

So I’ve received two redemptions from this one already I didn’t have to put a whole bunch of money into it to get them. one was for $90 and the other was like 120 and I noticed that the $90 one came into my account quicker(about 12 hrs) than the 120 redemption (about 24hrs) did. Now I’m currently waiting on a third redemption that was initiated at $500 almost 24 hours ago, though I’m only going to get 475 of it(more on the fees further down in my review) due to the fees for cashing out… I will update this post once I get this cash out. We’ll see if they actually send that out now that it’s a bigger amount. Now the only issue I really have with this game in this app is that the fees to cash out are kind of annoying $90-paid $4.50 $120-paid $6 $500-paying 25 I mean, I get that you guys probably have processing fees and stuff like that, but are you guys filing these on taxes like because is that considered taxes that I’m paying on this or do I still have to pay taxes on that as well because if that’s the case that you guys are charging too much. As I said earlier in my review, I will update this review after I get my next red redemption which I initiated it at 3:49 AM so we will see. As far as the games go, they all seem to play pretty far from the ones I’ve played. I prefer the shooting games like little fish games or whatever you wanna call them jackpot shooter is my favorite as well as any of the slots by playson

I accidentally purchased the wrong amount and immediately reached out to customer service for a refund this was on 12/27. They froze the account so I can’t play at all and they could do an investigation to see IF they can refund you the money. They told me the process should take 3-7 days (made sure they don’t mean business days) it’s day 9 now and there has been no update all they keep telling me is that they forwarded it to the relevant team and they will let me know when they get a response on day 5 they started saying they escalated the issue. But still nothing, no word, no movement, constant denials for a supervisor just dodging and thanking me for my patience also they did not/don’t offer a way to get charged to your Apple account like I thought I was doing when I selected Apple Pay and used my Apple cash balance to pay so Apple can not help me with the refund since it doesn’t show in their transactions in my account history I just get told to reach out to Goldman Sachs which I can not call as I work during their business hours… thought this game was fun until now waiting over a week and still don’t even know if I’m going to get a refund!? RIDICULOUS

These reviews with positive feedback are fake. I have screenshots from during the game to where it is all rigged and a scam to take your money. No one wins. No one wins any money so if they’re saying they are, they are not correct. They are false. They are fake reviews to help jackpot. Go scam you. I have put thousands in this game. I have spent thousands of times no jackpots no free spins no bonus games. Nothing you all your balance does is decline all these people saying they win. They are not true people they are not winning on Jackpot Go. I have screenshots. I have screen record recordings of me playing that if I did hit a free spin 8-16 free spins and win absolutely zero or $.16 when you contact them they say it’s a numbers Ater that it’s fair it’s been tested and that is not true. The game is rigged. For the only ones to make money or them do not put no money in Jackpot Go. These positive reviews are fake. I have played this game for a while. That way I could leave a positive review a true. Review and it is come the time for me to leave my and Jackpot Go is a scam Edit spent 300 today and the biggest win I got was five dollars. It’s rigged and it’s a scam players beware.

I was in the middle of playing a triple bonus round on three fortune trees with winnings of close to $450 when the game crashed. When I got back into the game, the winnings were not there. I contacted Customer Support through the chat in the game, which was the only way to do so, and they continuously denied having any record of my wins. It didn’t matter who they talked to. I doubt they even had anybody really investigated. Long and short of it is they stole almost $450 from me. Do not put any money into this game. You have been warned. Update: I’m constantly messaging with what I assume is just a bot because it keeps telling me they have no record of any spins on Three Fortune Trees before August, and asking me to provide the games I was playing so they can further help with their investigation. I keep telling them It was Three Fortune Trees, and that the whole game crashed in the middle of my triple bonus play, and I could not get back in for months. They will not even provide a real person to look into this, so I’m calling it fraud. I’ve contacted my State Attorneys Office now.
