Food Gang is a blast for anyone who likes their action games with a side of silliness. The character designs are hilarious—there's something inherently funny about an angry piece of broccoli with a shotgun. The matches are short and sweet, making it perfect for a quick break.
The controls are tight, which is vital for a brawler. Jumping and shooting feel responsive. However, as you climb higher in the ranks, you might encounter some players who have significantly higher stats due to the upgrade system, which can feel a bit unbalanced. But if you're just looking for a fun, colorful, and chaotic fighter that doesn't take itself too seriously, Food Gang serves up a great time.

Each food character plays differently. The Tomato has a machine gun for range, while the Banana is faster and better for close-up hits. Learn the cooldowns of your special skills to time your attacks when the enemy is vulnerable.

Even though it kicks you out of the game if you don’t have connection, when I don’t play for like a second or two, the “players” stop and resume. If this game is offline please try to make it online if that is not possible that’s ok. I also ask for a 3v3 in this game and a change to the rarity of getting a new fighter. It should be easier to get a new fighter if it is less rare like the rare type brawlers, while epics are more rare. It should be rares 5% and epics 1% or something like that. Let’s talk friends in this game. Friends are people you can choose to play with in gaming or people you can play with. You should probably add that and a chat system for strategy with these wonderful characters. I would also ask for different game modes like capture the flag, game mode with 1 life, and an objective game like collecting things from a point in the middle of the map like salt or candy. Overall this is a great simple game but I feel like it is lacking only a little things but is still lacking something. P.S pls add emotes because why not. It’s not able to allow you to curse or make chat problems and you can express your emotion and it is interesting unlike other games where the only thing you can do is spin.
Pretty hard to beat in my opinion
Thu Feb 12 2026 The highway KingDefinitely a game you should pick up if you have the chance (subscription is worth the price too) Plenty of fighters to mess around with, and the upgrades may the journey down the trophy road worthwhile not many games. Have the sort of quality definitely something you should pick up if you happen to come across it P.S. don’t know if anyone is going to read this, but I was going to write this up anyway just in case people are having the same problem as I So essentially whenever I try to get the stuff such as my weekly missions and my daily prizes, I can’t get to it because when I press it nothing happens and it’s very irritating. I don’t know if anyone else is having the same problem, but just in case I was going to write this up.
Great concept
Wed May 20 2020 IsaacLR11This really is an impressive game. I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my thoughts. The concept of this game is so simple, yet perfect. Quick, intense action, one click away, with a wide selection of brawlers to fight with. I like the concept of the VIP pass, but I think there should be more for F2P players. (For example, you also shouldn’t have to watch ads for chests. You should be given the chest, THEN have the chance to watch an ad, to speed up the opening time) also, I WISH THERE WAS A LEADERBOARD. I’m a competitive player when it comes to mobile games. I thrive to climb the ranks, but to also climb the leaderboards. Also, a leaderboard gives us a perspective as to how well we are doing, compared to the best. Overall, I LOVE this game so far. Let’s hope they keep it updated and fresh
Why did you abandon this?
Thu Jun 12 2025 sleepyheadxxdTo be honest this had potential. It’s a really good game but has a lot of bugs and problems. First of all the ads are annoying. Why do we have to watch ads for fridges? Another thing is that it’s hard to get fighters. All the boxes have a 1% chance of unlocking a new fighter and it’s pretty irritating. I unlocked Igor and two other characters and they’re really fun. I’m not sure why you guys abandoned this game because it had potential. I alas I think you should make this online. The bots literally dodge every one of your attacks and it’s super annoying. We also need some new fighters and unique features. 14 is not enough if I’m being honest. All I’m saying is that you shouldn’t have left this game to die.

Tue Mar 02 2021 Shmooks78I already reviewed this game with a five star rating. I said it’s not easy or hard, it’s in the middle (so it’s perfect for everyone). Buuuuuuuuuuuut someone named vvviiilll333 gave it a bad review saying something like “I play Frag Pro Shooter and I am the best at the game and no one can beat me. But Food Gang is too hard and impossible to beat!”. The thing is that Frag is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT GAME! It works and plays differently. Frag is more like TF2 or Fortnite while Food Gang is more like a team based shooting version of any possible Super Smash Bros. game. In fact, if you like Smash Bros., you’ll probably love Food Gang and be great at it. Vvviiilll333 kept rambling about how it’s so hard even though it’s not. I think vvviiilll333 just didn’t want to admit they were bad at the game.
Good but not balanced

The game is not balanced, in this game you unlock “fighters” which are all food some you shouldn’t bother others well let’s take nori for example. Nori Is the best character in the game they are a melee food but way to fast and has a dash ability and can teleport plus he can heal by dishing out damage which I already told you nori is the best at that. Then there’s jack. Jack is a pumpkin with a chainsaw. So another melee guy. He does a ton of damage if you never played this game I know what your thinking “why don’t you just stay away from him.” Well A:the maps are small and B: his attacks has a slow ability. And there’s also Walter but this review is too long. Now don’t get me wrong I love this game and the good out ways the bad just a couple of nerfs is what I’m asking for.

Sun Feb 05 2023 nostalgic game dudeComing from the creators of birdy trip, coco crab, and bloop go, we have food gang. I can honestly say that I am impressed with this game. The physics are fun, the animation is cute and funny, and the 3D graphics are well done. I’m pretty sure this game is not really online (even though it says it is) that’s fine though, I don’t mind playing with bots. Certain characters also feel overpowered, as mentioned by another reviewer. (eg. Igor and the pumpkin). I also would really like to see more updates in the future, it seems like the devs have kind of deserted it, but I see amazing potential here. Maybe add a avacado, or a piece of cake character? That would be nice. Overall great game. I hope you devs decide to take this somewhere in the future!
Casual Fun with some issues
Sat Dec 16 2023 eudntjsiieifndDon’t get me wrong, this game is pretty fun when you’re bored. But there are a few issues that make it hard to take seriously. The first is balance. There’s just a couple characters in this game that are so good that there’s no reason to play other characters (Namely Jack and Nori). Another is the bots. It’s pretty easy to tell that none of the people that you play are real, but my main issue is that the game still doesn’t let you play without Wi-Fi. Also, this might just be my imagination, but the bots seem to do more damage than me even when the same character is being used? Anyways, this game is great fun, but it’s got a few issues to be worked out before I can give it 5 stars.
