Color Blast: Block Shooter is pure 'brain candy.' It doesn't ask much of you, but the feedback loop is incredibly rewarding. The way the blocks explode into little pixel pops is visually stunning, and the sound design is top-notch—it really does feel like a playable ASMR video.
I appreciate that it’s fully playable offline, making it a perfect companion for flights or commutes. Wed Feb 25 2026 bahphooey**UPDATE** Thanks to the quick action of the developer, I’m no longer stuck!! Stuck on 43 because of pillar glitch, says I failed level when I still have plenty of plays just because I didn’t break all pillars in first move. Please fix and I will update review.
Automatically ends levels when I can still win
Wed Feb 25 2026 baileyyrenaeI enjoy this game but I am frustrated with the fact that on many different levels, I strategize with the colors I use before I am out of options, but I somehow get the automatic out of options prompt where it tells me that I have to spend 600 coins to knocked down a pillar in order to continue, however I know I could knock down the pillar if it would just let me use two more colors that were available in my queue. My game shouldn’t be over, yet it won’t let me continue. Meanwhile, on some level levels when I am out of options and I’m waiting for that pop-up so I can just spend 600 coins to knock down the pillars, it never appears and I am out of options and have to exit out of the app and reopen it in order to start over. If this were to be fixed, I would be much less annoyed with the game.

Sat Dec 20 2025 Heyshay07This I’ve had been my favorite block shooter game. After level 200 all the pictures get repetitive, sometimes even playing the same one next. At level 400 they add some fun new things like the dragons. I don’t spend real money on the games and to this point I’ve been able to pass levels with no problems. Now I’m stuck without spending money so I’m done with the game, but it’s been a lot of fun.
Too may ads
Wed Feb 25 2026 dsx968The game is fun but there are way too many ads. In between levels there’s up to 6 screens of ads to close before the next level. There’s also no bonus items given after the initial 4 at the very beginning. Would be nice to get bonus items to help itch the harder levels without having to spend money. I’m on level 380 and it seems designed to need power ups in order to complete.
Bug on level 40
Mon Nov 03 2025 hoseokandmin97I wish I could go further but unfortunately there seems to be a bug on level 40 where it gives extra shooters for colors that don’t seem to be there so the level doesn’t complete. I love the game but I can’t go any further because of this hopefully this gets fixed so I can come back and continue
Ad scam

They play two ads at the same time so when you are done with one ad it automatically takes you to another and if you try to close the ad with the X in the corner, it opens up the website for the ad even if you didn’t want to open the ad link. This is abusive and deceptive. There is no way to get rid of the ads without paying so this is really a pay-to-play game. I deleted at level 36 because I just couldn’t take it anymore. It’s not worth it. Do not download.
I'm addicted
Sat Jan 10 2026 Kpock@822I have such a love/hate relationship with this game. It is very challenging, which I like. But today at least 7 times, three games had frozen or the icons just sit and shake. This had happened in the middle of level. So I've lost because I have to clear three entire game and let it reload. I thought they did bug fixes???
Scam
Thu Feb 26 2026 ShannonyoudontknowI really enjoyed this game until about level 400. It started saying the pillars were blocking progress, but they were clearly not. I get the feeling this has little to do with “glitching” and everything to do with a greedy scamming developer. I feel like an idiot for paying to try to save levels. Don’t do it! You can spend money to gain a tool and it will IMMEDIATELY tell you that you’ve still lost the level. It seems intentional. Im going to delete this game now.
