Almost Perfect Game

I put this game in the almost perfect category, it’s one that you can play for years. Yes you could spend money to do certain events and get even better cars. My only critiques are when it comes to older classic cars you don’t put a turbo on a classic car. You would put on a supercharger. Also I’ve now been waiting years for more Tempest races. Had to start a new account because I went from a Google phone to a Apple phone and they won’t let you migrate or merge you account. This game has great graphics and really makes you pay attention to shifting gears. I do think there are some cars that are definitely in the wrong tiers. I think there should be more cars to modify because sometime you are limited to just changing a license plate, but I get it there’s a huge library of cars. Too many cars just sit when there are no new events, maybe we could get another category of showdowns so they can get used again. Anyways I’ll keep playing this game for years to come, it’s keeps me connected to my brothers. I do wish there was a way to set up live races with the people you know, wishful thinking I guess. Thank you so much for a great game, and despite the game being sold many times over no one has wrecked what made this game great in the first place!

Good Game, Pay to Win Is Driving Me Crazy!!!

I’ve been playing this game since 2016 and I took a break up to now because it’s play to win!! It hurts my brain every second a new deal pops in my face, or near impossible missions that take sooo long to complete.... unless you spend your money. Every challenge that pops up you can complete the first part and make a good amount of in-game money, but like always, it is too good to be true. You have to own/purchase this rare or super expensive car, which 9 times out of ten can only be bought with a lot of in game gold which costs like $15. I hate that you have to spend a lot of money just to at least progress/grow in the game naturally. Helpful tip to the devs: Look at what clash of clans did with their game. It does take a lot of work and time to improve and progress in the game, but it’s possible to get to a point without spending money and that the paying part is just to fast track you forward or get you something rare. This game is near impossible to enjoy anymore because you are bombarded with deals/bundles, new challenges that you can earn a lot but you must have a car that you know most people don’t have so you force us to pay. I know this is a business but it ruins the experience for the users. I’m sure clash of clans makes a lot of money still even though they aren’t pay to win and I’m sure if you guys take some inspiration from them, this game could get better. Thanks!

Pay to win

I love this game. I. Love. This. Game. Unfortunately it is pay to win. I love collecting cars and seeing all the classics. I love how you’re able to upgrade the cars, and I love how you’re able to get improved parts to make your car even better. I love the tuning system and all the possibilities of a build you can have on a car. I don’t love how pay to win the game is though. When I first played this game YEARS ago, I absolutely fell in love with it. Unfortunately as time went on I noticed how even though I had fully upgraded cars and the bests parts I could find at the time, it never mattered. All of the events in this game require you to pay $20 for a car, keep in mind I couldn’t even keep track with the amount of events. I’m sure that if I bought every single car for every single event I would have spent hundreds of dollars, and that’s just the cars on their own. What I just said isn’t even the worst part though. In this game there are 5 tiers of cars, tier 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. At least that’s what you would expect. In this game there is an nsx honda. It is a tier 4 car and it can go like from 0-360 miles an hour in 9 seconds. I’ll let you think about that. I have a lot more to say but I think this review is long enough. TLDR: this game is extremely pay to win and unrealistic.

Elite showdowns.

So this game is really good, but there is one thing that really irritates me. In elite showdown you get around 60 trophies for each win, and lose about 20 for each loss. But that is not what irritates me 😅 it’s the fact that I am a tier three car, and they put me up against tier four and five cars. I’m ok with the tier four cars but the Reid five is just completely unfair. There is just no possible way for me to win so I am stuck unless I win a car that could beat tier five, but that is not going to happen for a while. Also I got a notification saying that I won a free viper, but I didn’t so I don’t know what that is about because I did not win one, I and I sometimes get notifications saying that my parts arrived, but they actually have not. But that is the only thing that irritates me. 😅just please please please change the fact that I have to lose. That’s just not fair. ☹️ also one more thing the game will get stuck on the loading screen, but what I’ve been able to do to fix it (and this just started for me today) was make sure my cellular and WiFi was turned on, so hopefully that helps every one on that problem😬 ( I think it has to do with Game Center) and if my first solution doesn’t work, try turning off WiFi and cellular so that way you don’t connect to Game Center and then turn it on when the game starts

Poor Customer Service

I have tried to resolve several issues with the people who put this app out there. Since all I ever get is that they understand my frustration and they are working on fixing things, I felt it was time to write this review. I like playing, but will probably hang it up after this. They promise things like free cars and when you try to get them, the cars are not there or they come up with an excuse about you already having that car. Yes, I purchased it, I did not get it free from you as you advertised. People get duplicate cars sometimes when they purchase them with keys. You allow those people to strip one car down for parts. Why is is different if I purchase a car and then you offer it for free? If you say it is free, the people who play should be able to get it. Lots of problems lately with the game freezing up, missing out on bonus cash and upgrades for cars. You always get the same response... we understand your frustration and we are working on it. Most of the cars you get will not even be able to hit the dyno times that are posted for your car... and you can’t even find out about the problem until you have added enough parts to even get a dyno time. Yes, some cars may do better than the predicted times, but most of them will not. The more I have played, the more disappointed I have become in the customer service. I would not recommend you get this app.

No partial livery color customization for elite cars

This game is great. I’ve been playing since the first CSR but it’s the little things for me that really grind my gears. It’d be nice if we could change the colors of the partial livery wraps. It’s tiring just seeing black and white or grey and white. If you could make it to where we could customize the two or three colors depending on the partial livery wrap that would be a great feature to match the color schemes we are going for on our builds. We don’t want our cars looking like each other with the same color wrap. If these suggestions are added that would be great, thanks! I have been playing this game since it came out and I have watched it grow and evolve. To be honest it was best when it first came out. Now it’s still great dont get me wrong but it changed so much that it’s almost unrecognizable. But it has kind of slowly gotten better. But I don’t think you should have to pay for all of the fast and furious cars some of them are old and have been out and should be able to buy with gold or igc. It’s pretty lame some of the cars aren’t already free by now. The cars from the first 3 movies should be free by now they shouldn’t be so limited it’s been years already. I would’ve rated this game 5 stars at one time. Just another thing to think about. Thanks if you Devs read this I appreciate all the hard work and effort you guys have put in the game. I still play it and have fun.

Game can be a big ripoff

I have been playing this game for almost a year and have spent way too much money on this game. That seems to be their entire objective is to take your money! Support while seeming to be concerned on fixing issues never does they just give you a lame excuse and a story it’s always our team is working on it but have never fixed the numerous problems I’ve had. They have also banned me twice for reasons unknown and will never tell you why! This last time after doing the update they banned me and said one of my cars was tampered or altered and I have NO knowledge of why or how this could have occurred yet support does not care they just end the conversation. The car in question is for one of the main events and because I locked the car in and supposedly can’t use it I cannot complete the event which is an outrageous scam. They pretty much accuse you of cheating which I have never done but it doesn’t matter to them they are the judge, jury & executioner. The recent commercials you have to watch to get gas to race makes the sound go out on my iPad which is concerning that possibly they could be causing issues with the game. There are way too many glitches after their updates and could be why my car is considered tampered with? I’m seriously considering deleting my account as they can’t fix issues and won’t listen to or consider your concerns. I highly recommend you find a game that will support the players and not rip them off. Beware of this scam app!!

Fun game but unfair

The game is fun to pass time with. The challenges are very unfair in my opinion. Showdown races should be matched properly. First of all don’t restrict what car you can use. Then you do restrict the car to be used (in my case a legends car that is maxed to stage 5 parts) but since it is a legends car that I can’t complete because they have app issues with the legends races I can’t get it into my regular garage to be tuned. Then you put me up against their 5 cars running low 10s while I am stuck with my tier 3 car running 17s. There is no way to beat that. I have complained several times about this with nothing happening other than being told we are working on a fix. Here is 100 coins (that does nothing for me to advance). The. They tell me that no further conversations will be had about this issue. That’s cool push me off to the side great customer support. I would be willing to spend money in the game if I had some thought that I might advance in the game. But with they way have have things set up it’s not going to happen. Everything you buy is a gamble. Why would I spend money for parts to a car that I don’t even own in the game. The app designers really need to step it up a lot to make this a more successful app in my opinion. Make it a game that can be beaten. Not a game that you make one step forward and then 10 steps back. I give it a little more time then I will probably delete the game again if they don’t fix some things.
