New island doesn’t appear on iPad

My iPad stuck to level 1005 while my iPhone 1067 I tried everything to open the new island on my iPad but nothing worked all what appears is " عليك حل باقي المراحل لتكتشف المزيد ." And I already solved everything :( I want to continue playing it with my iPad ! Can you please solve my problem or tell me what to do

I just finished playing few levels of the game. Each level takes few min/sec. the game seems okay, however, TOO many advertisements on each level you have 30 sec add which is sometimes more than the time you spend in the level itself. This is too much indeed. I would highly recommend developers to consider this. Like for example making it every three levels one add. If this remains, people will feel bored with the adds and game rating/interest will drop down. REALY consider this, human time is getting more valuable and moving FASTER. And why should i spend it in watching 30 sec add every 30 sex playing. Simple formula. I know that adds main source of income but do not lose it all. Regards, Ammar

Hi, why when I join the game in the iPad and iPhone in same the same Facebook account it’s not continuous to each other. In my iPhone now level 380 and in my iPhone 116 , why doesn’t change if it’s same account ?

I really like this game but it’s so frustrating how much ads pops literally every 10 seconds! After reading other reviews it seems to be a common issue to many others years back but the developers didn’t consider solving that. I was going to give the game more stars but seeing the developers ignoring a common complaint drove me to give them 2 stars.

Its the best game i have ever played so i had finished level 1134 two months ago and there is no more islands , when are you guys gonna put some new islands plzzz hurry

Ads and None sense

After every level there’s a 30 second Advertisement. If not every level it’s every 2 levels MAX and they’re all 30 seconds. Stupid developers. I force quit and come back. Takes 3 second and you don’t get your money. Also, majority of the upper level words are English that needs to be written in Arabic. Kind of none sense since most of them doesn’t make sense. Garbaaaaage

Ads and solving time

It does not make sense that the Ad is taking from the puzzle time which some Ads we cannot skip and the time passed and we lose a star because of that. Please solve this issue as it was not there before (time shall pause if Ad is on)
