love that if I don’t know the answer to a clue, I can turn to Word tips to teach me something new. Being forced tp give up just causes a feeling of incompetence. I can’t even look it up if I don’t know enough to do so! Two complaints : I love Spelling Bee but clues that just restate the NYT clue is not helpful; wish I could find answers in Wordtips for puzzles other than just todays puzzle. I live on the west coast which means I don’t get support past 9 pm pst.

Best app to help with word games. Need help finding a word? Look no further this app Helps Big time. I highly recommend it. I’ve only used it 2 days so far, and I’m impressed and happy. No more handing the game to my wife. ( I’m not sponsored nor a bot for writing this ) just a normal person. Thanks Wordtips app !!!!

Letters Inaccurate

I don’t mind ads so that’s not a concern. But on the Wordle option, I put in my “bad” letters and do a search and a ton of those words have my bad letters in it. Thought it was a fluke, since I used it twice in two different wordle games. Thought maybe it wasn’t clearing or something. But no, after closing out of the app, it still does it a lot. Not just sporadically. Today was my first time using it for several days and it again was giving me words with my bad letters. So it’s not much use for the Wordle Solver part. I haven’t tried it for any others.

I have used Wordfinder for several months with knowledge that they were data mining for use. I found the program very helpful in assisting word games. HOWEVER- Now the program is forcing unwanted ads that can’t be closed without shutting down the program. That ads don’t time out - they just interrupt your use of the software. They have a solution - pay them $1.50 per month (AUTO RENEWAL). I can tolerate some ads that can be closed after a mandatory watch time but ads that can’t be closed (at least by this reviewer) should be outlawed.

Expand Dictionary

The dictionary on this app needs some serious expanding. If this is supposed to help you to find words with a certain amount of letters or with specific letters your search results miss several common words. Also I agree with others in that there are too many ads. You already have banner ads why do we need to see so many pop up ads too?

Not as good as I thought

I was intrigued by the board solver feature, and frankly that’s what separates it from most, but it is extremely inconsistent in not being able to get results. A message “An results getting error occurred. Please select another screenshot to get the best movies for your position” (and no the grammatical errors are not mine 😉). It’s almost as if it’s intentional to get more views of ads so they can get paid for the advertisements, and when it does work it is 50/50 whether or not the words are properly placed.

The word solving works great and I enjoy using it for many different applications. I have used this app for quite a while and the excessive ads and the length they have become ( multiple windows and clicks) is getting extreme. I understand the need for revenue, but these ads feel like they are getting out of hand.

Some bugs, listed below, but otherwise works well.

Three things: 1) sometimes, when an ad pops up, it locks up the app. I have to reset the app to continue. 2) Are there plans to set up board solvers for other apps? 3) When I tried setting up a submission of feedback, the app shut down. Seems like a real problem.
