Great game but having sudden problem. Help please
Thu Jul 25 2024 EllFalkHi I got on my game today and my electricity plant and recycler were all the way back to 0 upgrades. It’s making me pay for them all over again half my town still doesn’t have power. Most of my other buildings are still upgraded to what they were. Why did my levels paid disappear? Please help. Hi I really like this game for the most part. No forced ads but you can watch as many as you like for bonuses. I love that there’s a whole community to keep running. The only thing that bothers me is the streets that have completed buildings should actually be clean but it’s beginning to seem like it never will.

Tue Jan 14 2025 sunnyeb23This game was super disappointing. I was really enjoying it and looking forward to playing. But my upgrade amounts on building keeps glitching. I have never had over $10B at once and somehow all my buildings are up to almost $100B per upgrade. Not sure how that’s possible because the last time I went in to upgrade them, it was in the hundred millions. Because of this I can’t progress at all in the game. As others have said, the offline earnings is pathetic. I’ll be offline for an hour and when I go back in, I’ve made as much as I would make in the game in one minute (not an exaggeration, it’s that bad I checked) - my earnings per minute are more than I made in over an hour offline. You also do lose all your gem upgrades each time you level up, and there is almost no way to get gems without buying them (I will not be doing that, but seems to be the only way) so it’s just a waste of time. I’ve been stuck this way for a couple days now and I’m done. I’m bored, every time I come back to the game, I still can’t do anything. The developers don’t seem to care to fix it as people have made the same complaints on here for over a year (that they’ve responded to), so clearly they won’t be making this game good anytime soon. Unfortunately, it will be getting deleted for me, which is sad because I was actually really enjoying it. Like some other guy said, there is a difference between idle and a waste of time, this is the latter.
Boring
Sun Sep 22 2024 Nyx857I really don’t get why this game has so many positive reviews. I’ve been playing thinking that once I got that first row of houses cleared out it would uncover the fogged areas, but no. Apparently now I’m just supposed to keep upgrading everything forever and just doing the same repetitive tasks over and over again with no further clearing of the map until I complete the stupid tasks and then it takes away all my upgrades and money to clear the fog? I don’t see a point to this other than to frustrate and make people purchase items. And when “upgrading” it doesn’t really do much of anything even adding 100 levels. Are there even level caps? It doesn’t tell you so they could theoretically have you upgrade forever but certain areas will always hold you back like the composter. Also, I’ve noticed a sudden color change in the buttons. They used to be green and now the green ones give you more money but play a video. There’s a difference between idle and a waste of time, this is the latter.
Stuck at water municipality
Thu Jul 17 2025 Bmad313The game is fun for an average incremental game, with a few annoyances. #1 is I’m stuck at the water municipality being locked. I have missions to get workers for it but there is a yellow lock symbol with no direction on how to unlock it. #2 I’ve written support days ago and still no response. Ideally respond, but maybe give me an automated email confirming I’ve sent a support request, or give me an estimated response time or something. #3 being that while you don’t get ads randomly thrown at you, you do have to watch quite a few. They are often not “full length” ads since you can skip after 5-10 seconds so better but still not great. Without the water municipality I am forced to use gems to skip the missions to continue my progress in rank 4. Probably will delete the game if there is no update or response from support.
Don’t even bother
Thu Aug 01 2024 MrOBrianThe devs don’t respond to reviews here, and they obviously don’t play their own game because once you progress far enough, you will be completely stuck, unable to progress at all, due to people waiting in line to drop off trash while blocking the trucks, and all upgrades are far too expensive to get anything to get moving. The active goal for me right now it to collect 35k tons of trash. With only a couple drones and helicopters able to do anything, that has been taking a very, very long time (several weeks) and the game keeps wanting me to tap on the goal, which doesn’t do anything but it is very insistent about it needing to be tapped, and will continuously display an annoying animation until it’s tapped. At the rate of progress I’m seeing in this game, it’ll probably take me a year or more just to complete the next goal. Meanwhile the town is covered in garbage and nobody can move to do anything about it.
Bugs lots of bugs
Mon May 27 2024 Z1X5Helicopters and drones make no money anywhere on the map zero, nothing from picking up trash dropping it off or completing rounds, waste of money. Trucks glitch together. Trash dump could use better upgrades. Also offline time/ money is way off one of my houses makes over 1 million while I’m playing but I’m offline for the max 2 hours only to come back to just get 12k when I have 9 buildings making over a million each? Not to mention all the other buildings and trucks makin money. The math ain’t mathing there. Got to tier 3 on progression and I feel like it’s gonna plateau once everything is unlocked. Also gems spent on anything in previous levels just gets lost with the progression nothing carries over makes it pointless to waste the gems or even use them at all.
Your not listening to the players
Wed Sep 04 2024 Gator Hator6969Trucks use to move fairly fast. The last 2 updates have slowed them to a snails pace even if they are maxed out on speed. Get rid of the useless city workers. They are slower than molasses in January. Even if you click on the 2x worker speed for 20 minutes it only works on the workers that are on screen at the time you click it and once they return to the building they come out of they reset back to snail speed. Replace them with a street sweeper truck that can actually clean the streets up. I have everything maxed out for income and I can’t afford to hire any more workers. 4aa for a single worker is outrageous. Again we need the ability to sell off trucks we don’t use or you need to increase the amount of trash produced. I have 7 trucks running to the landfill. Every single garbage truck can only bring in 1 ton of trash because it’s not being generated fast enough. Every single item you purchase with earned income needs its pricing adjusted. 10aa for 0.1 ton capacity is ridiculous. Maybe these issues are resolved with prestige number 4 but since it won’t give the option to me even though everything has been completed for months I’m about to just delete the game and find something else.
Don’t even bother

I’m writing this only to help people not waste their times downloading and playing this game at all or trying to write to the creators of the game. So, not only is there a ridiculous amount of glitches and bugs, but it’s pointless to play. The in game gems are worthless, you get stuck quick, etc. But The creators don’t even try to care or be genuine when you let them know here. They start with the whole, I understand your frustration with (they repeat whatever you complained about) and then they promise to look into one other thing you mention in your complaint (when we know they won’t). Then they say they appreciate the feedback to help them or whatever. Every single comment from them is that exact format and so many issues in the reviews but yet, they haven’t bothered to fix even one of the issues all this time. I wouldn’t be surprised if this one gets it too lol Creators, you really should listen to the people playing your game and make it actually playable. Look how many people have legitimate issues with the game. Don't make games if you’re not going to care about making them worth playing at all.
