Nearly The Perfect Merge Game

I really enjoy playing Tasty Travels. I haven’t spent a dime, and I can end up playing for hours because of the multitude of bonus games to earn extra energy and gems to trade in. The board itself doesn’t get cluttered with spawners because after every few levels they’re deactivated. Also unlike a lot of merge games, the spawners don’t go dead after just a couple of uses and when it does go down it’s only a few seconds or minutes rather than hours. There are NO annoying ads disrupting game play period! The graphics are great and I appreciate the represented diversity. With all that being said, my only critique is the lack of an interactive element. When you earn coins you’re simply building up various structures and it’s on to the next rather there being a business to custom decorate, an island mystery to solve, or a freezing family to save. This missing piece makes it difficult to maintain interest if you’re not purely about just wanting to level up and want something to entertain you on the ride. I’ve been looking out for other merge games by this company because they almost have the perfect formula for my ideal merge game.

I am happy that the customer support seems to have taken action on my complaints and my suggestion to look into issues with playing this game on the ipad! There have been some significant improvement. Less forced exiting of the game and the ads are no longer broken so I can get rewards and energy from them. The game is now playable! Only took one day which is great because I was going to just delete the game seeing as it wasn’t working for me. I am glad I didn’t have to, as aside from the glitches and what not, its quite a fun game. I added the two stars for the promptness and significance of improvement. Hoping they keep coming so I can add more. Thanks team! Original 1 star review: Im having the same problem some others are with the game exiting especially when trying to watch ads to get energy ect., it just exits or leaves me stuck in the ad without getting the reward. Abysmal functioning, was fun until the constant glitching. And supports suggestions were useless. Two thumbs way down. Such a shame cause the game itself was pretty good. IMPORTANT NOTE! I noticed that someone else who noted the same problems I was having also has the 9th gen ipad. Maybe this game works better on the phone, but I dont like playing on my phone. I have too many apps on my iphone that are necessary for important tasks. No games allowed there.

The Developers will NOT allow you to continue to gain/add Energy⚡️ to your existing Energy⚡️number if it’s a significant amount. For example I’m at 233 Energy⚡️ points at 7 am but here it’s 10:30 am with NO change to my points. If the amount is low then the game will add new Energy⚡️every 2 minutes. It doesn’t matter if you pay for the Energy⚡️, you stored extra Energy⚡️in the Inventory section or by NOT paying via leveling up with each task, they will NOT start that countdown to add additional Energy⚡️. Before the update, I’m sure the Developers stole energy. Either way they want you to pay. The game is fun and addictive so you will run through your Energy⚡️very quickly and very easily so I don’t see the issue with still adding additional Energy⚡️ even with the 2 minute countdown per new addition. You have to be very strategic when it comes to getting and keeping your Magenta colored gems💎more so than your Energy⚡️. No matter how tempting it is to utilize your gems to pay for higher level merge objects. Save the gems/rack up to purchase energy mainly via the blue treasure chest. The developers are very stingy with building tools as well, but it is easy to accumulate coins/money to pay for the bills more so than energy and gyms. Eventually, you’ll start catching on to which objects will be utilized in different task to level up to win prizes and things. So you’ll store those in inventory.

To many pop ups and extreme latency plus deceptive game play

I think we all came here to this game from an advertisement which is fine however I am strongly disappointed with the gameplay over all with this game in order to get any type of gameplay it takes two minutes for one lightning bolt to show up you essentially have to wait over an hour to have a fully reload game and if not you have to spend money. I am disappointed with all of the pop-ups that appear immediately as you open the game you cannot even get to a decent game play until you exit out of everything which is crazy I spent more time trying to clear that out then actually playing then I don’t mind advertisements if I want something free but the game crashes out about 70% of the time even when you try to go to the help section to report this it’s difficult to report. Then the game that brought me here in the advertisement only goes up to 10 levels and then it goes away it’s not worth it and I know the advertisers will probably reply with a generic response saying we’re sorry that we don’t meet your standards then do better stop all of the pop-ups allow us to click on it when we want to if we don’t wanna participate in the crazy games that you have in play I should be able to do that Don’t reply with an arbitrary message of we will do better in contacts because I’ve already tried

Very entertaining, but…

The game is very entertaining. I’ve been playing it almost every day because it helps me relax with my anxiety. My only problems with the game is how little energy you get daily compared to what the challenges require. It’s nearly impossible to complete all challenges with 100 energy even if you earn more (like 10-20 per challenge) and almost always requires you to spend gems or real money to get more. It’s fun while it lasts (like 10 mins). Another inconvenience is how the item boxes always give you items for the order that gives the least amount of coins or sometimes specifically completes orders that only give construction workers and honestly that’s uncool because it does not help with the challenges. Also, what happened to the merge part of the game? It was entirely removed. Bring the merge back, fix the item boxes, and update the energy system! (Higher FREE DAILY limit like 200/ or ability to upgrade maximum free daily energy storage with gems or something to that affect/ energy easier to acquire from challenges/ more energy in chests/ many many many opportunities for improvement!!!)

Need to fix it. To many glitches and the game keeps freezing and when’s it not doing that the app just keeps closing and crashing. In a 5 minute period the game crashed and had to reload it more than times. Spent more time having to reload the game. It’s ridiculous. No point in having a game downloaded if your only gonna get to play a few seconds then crash and does it constantly. Doesn’t look like the problem is being fixed or addressed. If it anything it’s getting. Try to contact support game crashes. Try to watch an ad the game crashes. It’s either freezing up or crashing. When events are going on you can’t really do them especially if they are timed and lose rewards also between all the time the app freezes and crashes and gotta load it back up. Update the game and still have problems freezing and crashing. Seems like it’s worse now. Load up the game 5 seconds later crashes. Seriously can’t do anything without crashing every little bit. It’s annoying and ridiculous. Can’t contact support because it crashes before you can do anything. Addicting game but it’s been nothing but hassle having to reload the game over and over and missing out on timed items and timed events due freezing and crashing of the game.

I want to love this game, I DO love it for about 45 seconds and then it is completely and utterly pointless. This is nothing but a gross, shameless money grab. The greed of the developers is unparalleled. It is physically impossible to complete tasks or challenges when you sometimes have to do OVER TWO THOUSAND MERGES for one single pitiful item that reaps no reward. It is so unbelievably frustrating, it should not take 2-3 business days to complete ONE SINGLE ITEM out of 50 for a challenge, there is next to no hope of earning rewards, there is no way to have any meaningful playing time since you are only given up to 100 energy and that gets you literally nowhere. The only way to have any meaningful play would be to spend OVER TWENTY DOLLARS PER DAY. PER. FREAKING. DAY. Also if you do manage to gain any rewards and have energy exceeding 100 then you stop accumulating the one single energy point every 2 minutes! That is outrageous. Shame on this developer for making this game so unplayable. And let’s face it- even if you do spend a profoundly stupid amount of real money to be able to play, they way the have the spawn era structured there is little to no chance of spawning the correct items to compete tasks. You could easily burn through thousands of spawns and have absolutely nothing to show for it.

Went to play this game before heading to bed. A cartoon popup in game redirected me out of the app to unknown website which I immediately shutdown the tab. No other apps have force me off their app and takes me online to some unknown site! Ever since the popup came up it will take my money to pay for higher merges but started making my earned items including workmen and building materials disappear into thin air as if I didn’t make them!!! Creepy, weird, bizarre and downright creepy exploitive and extortionist. Even as I filled out their electronic complaint, It literally automatically generated a message at the same time I sent it. I have the screenshots to prove it. Then it stopped chatting all together. I’m going to seek help from Apple and the State Attorney General if this isn’t rectified in a few days. It took real money immediately but isn’t taking away items and redirecting and not restoring the missing items that have been paid with real cash. You have to start over collecting the items to merge up which means spending more money just to be ripped off. Makes me very angry. One should be able to give ZERO STARS for this fraudulent behavior.
