Sand Loop is pure digital therapy. The way the sand flows through the pipes is genuinely hypnotic, and the sound of the particles hitting the containers is perfectly tuned for relaxation. It reminds me of those old Flash-based sand games but with much higher production values and actual puzzles to solve.
The difficulty is perfectly balanced—it never feels unfair, just challenging enough to keep you engaged. The color-mixing puzzles in the later stages are a great addition, requiring you to think about timing and flow volume rather than just static placement. It’s one of those rare games that actually lowers my heart rate while I’m playing it. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to de-stress.
Satisfying, realistic sand physics
Zen atmosphere with a calming soundtrack
Over 200 levels featuring unique gravitational challenges
Vibrant color schemes and aesthetic level design
No time limits or pressure
Observe the gravity and the angle of the pipes. Small adjustments can prevent the sand from spilling and wasting your limited supply. If the sand is flowing too fast, create a small 'loop' to slow the momentum before it hits a narrow opening.
In later levels, you must mix different colors of sand to match the goal container. This requires precision in timing—releasing one color too early will result in a muddy mix that fails the level. Use the 'Splitter' blocks to manage multiple streams simultaneously.
No, there are no timers. You can take as much time as you need to experiment with the pipe placement.
But at least we could have our own options and it would be like super hard or like once that would like we could make ourselves and then destroy it or have other people do it, but I think that’s the only reason why Would make this game way more fun but only because I would definitely create cool rainbow characters, other than Robocar, Polly and pomni and Pooh just for extra cuteness or like pomni holding all of the characters that I mentioned in this comment as plushy, it would be super cute that it would make me aw and a bunch of other people to
I’ve been playing this game for a while now, and I wanted to wait for an update so I can see if anything could change, but it’s not changing in the way I think is useful. I’ve spent the past four days on a level and I can’t get through it. You have to time your buckets perfectly, not place too many of the same colors down, and the fact the buckets always place in different spots when you have some slots open is irritating. If I was able to get some power ups through watching ads, it probably wouldn’t be that big of a deal. But I am only able to get power ups when I use coins, which you can only get after beating a level. Not to mention, it takes 900 coins to open a new slot, and 1800 coins for 3 power ups. Depending on the difficulty, you can get 25-75 coins per level. I don’t think that is fair with how often I get hard levels, and how hard some of these easy levels can be. I really do enjoy this game, but it sometimes just feels impossible, especially with how you only get 1 life added every 20 minutes.
I really enjoyed this game at first, but then I reached a point where the level is literally impossible without a power up, and even then still seemed impossible to beat. Normally in these kinds games you have the option to watch an ad to get more power ups or slots, but not in this game. The only way is to use coins, and the only way to get more coins is to pay with real money. You earn coins when you complete a level, but once you spend those coins there’s no way to get more until you beat the next level. This means your stuck when you reach an impossible level with no way to progress without spending money. On top of that, each level rewards on average 50 coins. An extra bucket slot is 900 coins and a power up is only available as a 3 pack for 1800 coins. It’s obviously set up to force you to spend money on coins or else quit the game. It seems very exploitative and dishonest, so I am deleting the app.
Game forces you to buy upgrades once you hit the Super Hard difficulty. There is no strategy, timing or any gameplay adjustment you can make to beat some of these levels. Literally, necessary colors are blocked by frozen blocks and ropes where the only option is to pay money on coins so you can scramble the buckets around for a favorable loadout. This wouldn’t be a problem if there were some way to gain upgrades by simply watching ads. I bought the game thinking it was a casual puzzle game, it’s not, it’s a scam hidden behind bright colors and a conveyor belt. These practices are predatory and the designers should be ashamed that they give players the option to buy the game while not giving them any benefit when it comes to obtaining upgrades that are absolutely necessary in beating later levels. I’d get a refund if I could. Give me an option to watch ads to unlock coins at the least!
It’s a fun game. I do play daily. But I’ve been stuck on a level (I believe 490) for what feels like an eternity and I cannot get past it because you took the ability away to watch adds to get the power ups or to keep going after you failed. I cannot pay real money (in this economy? Are you for cereal right now?) I know free to play needs to earn money somehow but this ain’t it. When I’ve been on the same level for weeks now because you took away my ability to watch ads, something’s gotta give. Never have I begged for ads in a game, but please put them back.
It’s fun and addictive but there are some levels you can’t pass without 10 tries to find the one and only solution or without paying for boosters. You’ve got 5 spaces and when the first layer is orange, but the orange is 6 buckets in with no way to get to it… There’s no way to earn anything but 25-50 coins and it takes 900 coins if you run out of space and 1800 coins for boosters. Thats 36 levels to pass in order to keep playing ONE level. You literally can not progress without waiting days at a time for your hearts to refill to try again and again and again for the single right way or paying real money.
I like puzzle games, but my blood pressure can’t stand bugs. I played a level (maybe 50-ish?) and a bucket remained empty despite apparently being the same color as other buckets that filled. For context, I’m a woman and not color blind. If there are two colors THAT close together I will not play anyway. Deleted. Another note: at a certain point after the first couple dozen levels you are forced to watch an ad after every level. When that happens I force quit the game and restart it, because that’s less infuriating than clicking on the multiple tiny X’s.
I like this game on paper. It’s cute and very satisfying when things work, but the monetization is SO AGGRESSIVE. Ads play after every single level, some levels are just straight up impossible without using power ups, which you basically can’t get without opening your wallet. I’d have rather just paid an up front fee for a more fair game tbch. Apparently this is because a lot of these levels were designed around having 7 buckets on the conveyor but then they changed it so you can only have 5. This is even reflected in some of the ads for this game. Bad change, predatory design, disappointing game.
