Rainbow Six Mobile is a technical achievement that brings the core 'Siege' experience to the palm of your hand without losing the soul of the franchise. The tension of holding a corner as a defender or the thrill of a coordinated breach as an attacker is fully present here. Ubisoft has done an excellent job shrinking the complex maps and operator mechanics to fit the mobile format while maintaining a high level of tactical depth.
From a competitive standpoint, the game is surprisingly tight. The touch controls are highly customizable, and the addition of a 'visual sound' indicator helps compensate for mobile play environments. The destructible environments—the hallmark of R6—work beautifully, allowing for the same creative strategies found on console and PC. While the operator unlock grind is present, the gameplay itself is so satisfying and strategic that it sets a new bar for tactical shooters on mobile devices.
Authentic Rainbow Six experience
Fully destructible environments
Customizable mobile controls
Iconic maps like Bank and Border
As an attacker, use your drones to scout out the enemy's location before entering. Use specialized gadgets like demolition charges to create new lines of sight and surprise the defenders.
Choose from a roster of highly trained operators, each with their own unique gadget and weapon. Team composition is vital—make sure you have a mix of utility, intel, and firepower.
The focus is primarily on 5v5 multiplayer, though there are training modes to practice with different operators and gadgets.
Thank you so much he soft for all the skins. I love how smoothly the game is. I love the audio and how we can all hear each other. I really appreciate all the time and effort effort you guys put into this and I would love to see where it goes in the future, just please don’t change too much and I always stick to the core of Rainbow Six. Always is a team based game. with a lot of options in and out of whatever map you’re playing in if there was anything I would change. It would be the premium battle pass if anything maybe do a support you be soft button and for the amount you would pay on the premium battle pass you could pay to get exclusive skins. I think too much on the battle pass tarnishes the simplicity of just getting through it! Thanks love you guys! PS controller mobile and council players are pretty equal doesn’t matter if you’re on a mouse in a keyboard it matters what your budget is please keep the game the way it is at least with the settings
This game has a lot of potential, but there are a few issues and features that should be addressed and considered. To begin, I first played Tom Clancy’s: Rainbow Six Siege on a console, I am no longer able to due so because I no longer have the console, which I miss because Rainbow Siege was the only thing I played, due to how much I enjoyed it. Therefore, there are a few features that I miss, one of them being the character selection when you join a game, I feel as this is a key feature left out. Another thing, voice chat doesn’t seem to work, at least when using Bluetooth headphones. It turns on perfectly fine, but it doesn’t go through the headphones which means when the voice chat is turned on, all sound is cut off, I’m guessing it goes through the speakers, but I don’t see why it shouldn’t be able to go through my headphones, even when the headphones option is selected. Lastly, it would be amazing if Bluetooth keyboards could be connected to the game, it would made it much more easier to play on mobile and less aggravating then having so many buttons on the screen. I completely understand that the game is still in development, and I am excited for the future updates on what this game can become on mobile (although I hope to get a computer or console in order to have a better experience). Please take my notes and suggestions into consideration.
Great game but there’s some problems: operators ARENT balanced really at all. Dokebbi is OP, if you turn auto shoot on her DMR basically becomes full auto which is just OP. Smokes smoke isn’t see through, and it’s not the normal like yellowish color it’s a solid green. DRONES ARE OP, dead people can fully drone like MOVE THE DRONE AROUND WHILE DEAD. It’s crazy OP, as well as the drone pings, if you red ping someone they don’t just get red pinged. They get fully marked through walls, it’s like FULL wall hacks at points. I’m using a iPhone XR at the time of reviewing, so that could VERY WELL be the problem here. But I have had many stutters, frame drops, lag spikes etc. although the fact that this game is playable on the iPhoneXR is VERY good, it shows Ubisoft actually locked in and optimized this game to the maximum levels. There’s also some weird random stuff, like reinforcing a wall is crazy FAST like fast, fast. You also can’t choose your own operator, you get to choose preferred operators. And can’t change mid game. So team comps can be VERY hard to coordinate, especially if you’re solo queueing. Progression is nicely paced, it feels very natural. The overall aim system is very well made. If I could I would give this game a 4.5/5.0 but I can’t so 4 it is.
In all honesty this game is okay. It’s not terrible, but definitely not what I expected after years of waiting for it to finally come on mobile in the US. The graphics are good I’ll give them that. But the actual gameplay feels limited. You can’t select operators the same way you can on console/pc which already takes a big part of what makes siege feels like siege. The main menu is decent, but being forced to grind through a bunch of boot camp just to unlock other modes gets annoying fast. It makes the game feel more restricted than it should be. And all honestly it makes me think back to “Area F2” the siege clone that existed well before the mobile version of siege came out. That game was actually really good. Yeah, it was clearly inspired by siege, but it generally felt CLOSER to real siege gameplay than this does. It basically was siege, buffet name so it wouldn’t get shut down as fast. Then Ubisoft hit them with the cease & desist which made a lot of players mad. Fast forward to now, the official mobile version finally drops, and just doesn’t live up to what people were expecting. After playing something like Area F2, this feels watered down. Overall: Good graphics, okay gameplay, but not the siege mobile experience many of us waited for.
Rainbow Six Siege Mobile brings the classic tactical shooter experience to phones, and while it definitely captures the core idea of the original game, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. The game stays true to its roots with 5v5 attacker vs defender gameplay, where strategy, teamwork, and operator abilities matter more than just aim. Matches are shorter and more fast-paced, which fits mobile really well, and the destructible environments and gadgets still add that unique “Siege” feel. Visually, the game looks solid for mobile. The maps are recognizable, and the graphics are decent, even if they’re not as detailed as console or PC versions. Controls are customizable, which helps, but they can feel a bit crowded on screen, especially during intense moments. However, the game does have some downsides. The gameplay can feel limited compared to the original, especially with things like operator selection and progression systems. Some players also experience lag or clunky movement, which can ruin the experience. Another issue is that teamwork is still very important, but harder to coordinate on mobile, especially if you’re playing solo. Without good communication, matches can feel frustrating instead of strategic. Overall, Rainbow Six Siege Mobile is a good attempt at bringing a complex tactical shooter to mobile. It’s fun and has potential, but it still needs improvements to fully match the depth and smoothness of the original game.
no upside down rappelling (a core mechanic of siege) no weapon/tactical variety for operators, you just have one primary, one secondary, if an operator has a smoke grenade or barbed wire you cant change it to something way more useful as of writing this review (dokkaebi had a smoke grenade until ubisoft themselves switched it to a flash in an update), stuck on low fidelity graphics which makes it a challenge to see enemy operators in some areas either close or at range, absurd wait times after making 7500 renown which is also the maximum amount of renown one can make in that week forcing you to either wait several days or spend real world money on the ingame premium currency (the wait time for renown is 5 days now, it was 7 days) which means it takes weeks if not a month of playing to barely get enough to buy a single higher tier operator if you don’t spend actual cash (higher tier operators are 30,000 renown, lower tiers are 15,000 as of writing this review) while iv had fun and a few laughs, siege mobile feels like a watered down version of the actual thing on PC/Console..with that being said please do not do what warzone mobile did and kill off support for older devices as well as hyper focus on weapon and character cosmetics over actual gameplay
Hit boxes don’t exist half your shots don’t register even if they hit and you see blood you won’t get a hit marker. Half the operators are broken bandits smg doesn’t more damage than it should and paired with its fire rate it’s beyond unfair even if you shoot first he kills you in a second he needs to be nerfed into the ground already. Cavieras shotgun is broken has double the range of any of the shotguns and its fire rate allows it to be a massive advantage no matter where you are. Matchmaking is broken it’s not even or fair for a billion dollar game company that updates their pc and console versions daily you think they would be able to make matchmaking fair, every game I get teammates that are worse than bots and an enemy team that hasn’t left the basement since the game dropped. And for some reason all the operators are overpriced on renown and when I open packs I get some dog obsidian currency fo skins that would take months to get unless you pay actual money instead of renown I can use to get new operators like the original game. Hearing is also broken I know it’s a movil game but weather I use a headset or my phones speakers they sound like they’re in the complete opposite direction and repealing audio is also broke because you can’t hear anyone repel until your dead it has nothing to do with audio if my phone is completely within the game. This game has to have a massive overhaul and update on every aspect of it nerfing operators, fixing hit boxes and actually making the audio realistic. Again for a BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY Ubisoft/sony really know how to make a broken game and they won’t do anything to fix it as long as they get all the micro transactions pouring in.
They need to shut this game down this is a bad game? Too many buttons and customising to worry about and it doesn’t matter how good you place these controls there’s just too many that it feels very overwhelming? In fact I know that all mmo games are trash and they will never be as good or ever come close to single- player,offline,free-roam and a very customisable game experience like the games that I play? This game will not last sad but true, gaming for multiplayer has been around but game developers and other people who update games to much downgrade and degrade these could have been great games? They should have had a game mode like in Rainbow Six Siege console version where you can have the option to play against bots? As this is missing on the mobile side of gaming so sad and frustrating because people need to learn more of the maps and operators and get a better feel for this game? Real talk 🗣️ I wanted to love this game but I am not going to support a toxic/stale environment/players/game/a degrading game and etc, they left me no choice to decide on the future of gaming is single-player games and always will be from back then to nowadays to in the future because that is my true happiness.
