Absolute favorite!

This is the perfect merge game! It is by far the game I go into the most throughout the day! Keep up the great work! Update - I am truly amazed by every update from the developers. The game somehow gets even better! I’ve been playing for a couple months now and still can’t get enough! This game is so fun on top of everything being so perfectly balanced! I am obsessed with the way the events / tournaments are planned! Most merge games have 2 events going on at once that start and end at the same time but then have a few days of a single, boring event. This game has events starting at different times and many at once, so I’m always excited to go in!

Ads Not Working Properly

I have been playing this game for about a year and have spent money on it many of time! It is a very enjoyable merge game and I appreciate the features it does have. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it and I have to rate it lower. It has a terrible ad problem. I used to be able to watch ads anytime I wanted to, but for the past month or so I have been unable to watch any. I have tried reporting the problem, but I was unable to get in contact with anyone. I am a non-European player, so all they say on their FAQ Page is that I need to fix my network. I have tried multiple times on many different networks, but I still am unable to view any to get rewards. I have tried contacting them about the issue as well, but all I get back is an automated robot telling me the same information of it being my network that is the issue. I have not seen any improvement for over a month, so I hope posting a review will get them to notice and fix the problem for non-European players.

It’s a really fun game but with some oddities

Let me just start off by saying this is a really fun casual game and I play it all the time. Pros: Game is fun and the graphics are bright and colorful Gameplay is addictive and easy to understand Lots of game modes to fill in your time Energy is easy to come by with the raffle, watch an ad, or completing objectives Rewards come pretty frequently if you’re willing to watch an ad (which the length is pretty random sometimes 5sec to almost a minute) Improvements: I would like to be able to remove a warehouse when the place it upgrades is at 5 stars. Those extra 4 spaces would go a long way. I currently have 5 stars with the beach and hotel so those warehouses are pretty useless I would like the hud changed to, all the offers for energy packs, paid rewards, and the like really cramp the viewing space up. I can’t afford them so I help the developers out by frequently watching ads. Also some of the paid islands are odd. Even if I wanted to purchase the $10 island for the space, 8 of those spaces don’t have an actual reward. Just a gift that I would need to pay for on top of the island purchase. Last the puzzle aspect is pretty barebones. 15 keys is laughable when the next plot of land costs thousands Fun game. I’d give it a 4.2 out of 5.

Fix your problem with the ads

I personally don’t have a problem watching ads to get free items because the Flippin game is addicting. The problem I’m experiencing is the ads are well over a minute with no way to exit it at 30 seconds and then after the full ad is done you have to wait an additional 12 to 15 seconds staring at the screen before the x pops up in the corner. Even after that X in the corner pops up the app sometimes will freeze up and you would have wasted a whole minute and a half of life on an ad and ended without the reward. Another complaint I have about the ads is there are times that I am listening to music and I don’t want to hear the ad that I’m watching so I would appreciate it if all the ads came with the option to mute so I didn’t have to listen to them. the game is great but the ads make it Super frustrating to continue on.

Glitches

There’s a major glitch with a lucky raffle lately. Multiple times I have chosen lucky raffle, awarded 100 points. Go to continue mining and it says I have no points. Other glitches include things that I earned and we’re gone when I came back the next time I open the game. Also, it seems the only way you can really advance is if you spend a lot of money! It said it was a free game and I’m taking it at its word and only using the free portion. But it’s beginning to be really boring and I’m not really sure how I can ever advance from where I am without putting money into it. It’s not really a free game if you can’t advance without buying stuff. Updated to add that I received a response saying you updated us about the changes to the lucky raffle via the in app email. Ummm, bonuses what you’re talking about. No email In the game that I’m aware of. Maybe you can just include this email that was shared, in your response?

Went from great to okay

I’ve been doing playing this game for about 10 months now. It started out as a great casual game to play to relax. They are constantly making “updates” to the game that are not value added and the game is becoming less and less enjoyable to play. The latest update took away energy opportunities at a absurd level. For example I used to be able to watch ads from balloons several times a day for 30 energy each. Along with that they had 14 different times throughout the day to watch videos to earn energy, that opportunity had been decreased to 3 lousy chances. The gift energy chances went from all energy opportunities to a mixture of diamonds (small amount, not worth much) and small energy prizes. This game is less and less enjoyable. I’ll be looking for a replacement soon.

Purchased items not being

It’s a fun game and I’ve spent over $100 on the in app purchases, and didn’t have a problem until today. Three times I purchased energy and not any of it was credited to my purchases. Then every time I would receive a reward when the floating bubbles containing the rewards appeared on the screen, and I clicked on it, nothing would be credited, no rewards and no purchased items. I’d shut the app down, reset my phone, reopen the app and try to play again, and all the rewards and the bubble was gone. And then when the seasonal items exited it asked me if I wanted to trade it in for energy and I clicked confirm but no energy was credited to my account. This happened six times with my six expired items. I have screen shots. I did contact customer service and they said to check my inbox for 800 energy but my inbox is empty. I had expected better after I’d spent so much money.

The game is okay aside from a major glitch

The game itself is okay. I feel like the time to recharge energy takes far too long and I dislike how slow and difficult it is to obtain seeds for plants, especially when they die so quickly. That aside, the biggest problem I have is, after completing a merge for coins, usually a ballon with the next coin appears and allows me to obtain it after watching an ad. The game freezes after the ad about 50-75% of the time forcing me to hard restart the app and lose the item I watched the ad for. This has happened to me countless times and is extremely frustrating. The amount of items I did not receive cost me time and resources in the game that I need to make up for the lost items. It’s happening so frequently now that it’s starting to ruin the gaming experience for me.
