Your game is so cool and I love it but I think you can make a game it’s called merge foot or feet I don’t know just do one of those but do merge foot or Feet2 do then I’m so glad because I used to have one but I passed it so make it a little harder like it was so easy I was able to do it so much just do it so almost all of them are slow but some of them are not so I love it bye

Bad Customer Service

I loved playing this game. I ended up purchasing an autumn VIP pass yesterday morning 10/9 for $9.99 as there were 20+ days left in the event at that time. The pass would get me more prizes. When I logged back on the same evening the event was suddenly over and a new Halloween event started. I contacted customer service and they refuse to refund me the $9.99 I spent and I used their pass for less than 12 hours not the expected 20+ days. I even asked if they would transfer the pass to the new event and they refused. I regret ever spending money on this game and do not recommend anyone else to do so. If there are any issues they will do nothing to help out their customers. Here’s to hoping Apple will help me get a refund or I may have to escalate the issue. Also did not see a way to contact the company from the game creators website.

Starts out fun, but…

Really like this game. it’s mindless and doesn’t have ads(unless you want to watch for bonus stuff). I wish there was an option to watch an ad for more lightening bolts. that seems useful. Anyway. when the game starts, it’s fairly easier to fill orders. As it progresses, just a little bit.. customers have these insane orders that take so much to fill for barely any coins. I get games like this are designed and set up to make you feel like you need to spend money but wow. it’s a bit ridiculous. they have “daily deals” for $20???? that’s absolutely crazy to spend on a game. do better. i really would like to keep playing this game but the more it progresses the more annoyed i get. i dont want to spend $20 a day to have an enjoyable game experience.

Disappointing

The game was fun at first, and I loved it. But after the first few rooms, it changed. You can only pick one decor options unless you’re willing to spend diamonds or watch an add to unlock the other two. In the end, the room looks weird and doesn’t match at all. There are also tons of adds and it’s hard to play for 5 minutes without getting frustrated. I’ve also seen other games with the same room designs, so it wasn’t fun when you knew what to expect. This game definitely has room for improvements.

Fine but things happen.

It’s a great game. But it just stops on a level for 1 month and I have been on here for 2 months and I’m on level two. My friend had this game and it just turns to ice it’s not my phone on everything else it doesn’t only this game. But it’s a very fun game. If you mind There maybe less levels so if wanted add some more levels. That’s all I have hope everything goes alright with this game!😜😕

Sad to have finished

There were a few small complaints I could make about this game but, especially now that I’ve finished that last level it appears, I am very sad to be uninstalling and searching for a replacement :/ please make more levels! I don’t even play everyday and I finished in like less than 6 months lol

Waiting…

I really like this game, but it takes way to long to earn the lightening bolts that allow you to actually play! It’s fun and easy to learn, but if unless you want to pay money in order to play, plan to spend A LOT of time waiting! My suggestion, increase the number of lightening bolts earned in 2 minutes and/or require fewer matches to earn coins AND allow more than 100 lightening bolts to accumulate. This would make the game so much more fun!

Ads for Perks

I really like this game, but it takes a long time to earn energy, and for a long time, there was no way to watch ads to be able to earn items or more energy. When they added the ability to watch ads for perks, I started playing again more. But I noticed yesterday that they have now removed that feature again. I probably won’t be playing as much now.
