Mecharashi Special Version 2.0 [Aftermath]: Now Live!
[New Limited S-Grade Pilot] Rosa: Judgment
Anniversary-Limited S-Grade Pilot "Dawn of Awakening - Rosa: Judgment" Arrives! Rosa: Judgment was once the Valkyrie of the UNCS. War cast her into slumber. Now, war calls her from that sleep once more. Rosa: Judgment is a Tactician pilot armed with Cutters, raising her Awakening Level mid-battle to push her firepower higher and higher.
[New Limited S-Grade ST] Erinys
XR-03-E Erinys. A Medium ST jointly developed by UNCS and Obsidian. Nominally the successor to "XR-Rebirth" and "XR-Judgment," its customization philosophy remains singular in purpose: to serve the transformed Rosa Diaz alone. Erinys boasts powerful damage amplification, bringing intense pressure to enemies across the battlefield.
[New S-Grade Pilot] Paloma
New S-Grade Sniper Pilot "Strange Science - Paloma" Arrives! Paloma is an elite pilot of the Reversion Squad, and an elusive mechanical expert in neuromedicine and bionic mechanics. Paloma is a Sniper pilot with a unique range advantage, able to hold her position while securing positional superiority for damage output.
[New S-Grade ST] Alicorn
HR-675 Alicorn. Developed by Horizon, this Heavy ST is currently deployed in only a few units of the Dawnstar League Armored Forces. With both firepower and protection, it is a clear testament to Horizon's deep technical mastery of sniper-type STs.
[New Gameplay]

Mecharashi is a dream come true for fans of Front Mission or Armored Core. It’s a tactical RPG that actually understands what makes mecha games great: the customization. Spending time in the hangar, swapping out a heavy shoulder cannon for a high-mobility thruster, feels meaningful. The impact of your choices is immediately felt on the battlefield. The visuals are stunning, with a gritty, industrial aesthetic that makes these giant robots feel heavy and powerful.
The combat system is where the game truly shines. The ability to target specific limbs adds a layer of strategy that most turn-based RPGs lack. There's a dark, political story at the center of the game that keeps you engaged between missions, though the translation can be a bit hit-or-miss at times. It is a 'gacha' game at its core, but the tactical depth is so high that you can clear most content with smart play rather than just high-rarity units. It's easily one of the best strategy games on mobile right now.
Modular Mecha Customization
Gritty Sci-Fi Storyline
Strategic Component Targeting
High-Quality 3D Graphics
In Mecharashi, you can target specific parts of an enemy mech. Taking out the weapon arm early can completely neutralize a threat before they can fire a shot.
Always balance your squad with a mix of long-range snipers and heavy-duty melee mechs. Use your tankier units to draw fire while your snipers disable enemy legs.
Yes, Mecharashi is free-to-play with optional in-app purchases for new pilots and parts.
When i tell you the graphics in this game a so freaking good, i dont even know how they implement your actual created and customized mech into the movie like videos in the storyline. This is game is literally the best gacha game i ever played in my life, even some of the blue tier characters are op if you know how to use them and every customization with weapons and mech parts that you can mix match actually feel awesome while using when it all comes together. Even the daily rewards are awesome. Please bring this game to console or at least make plans to make another game with this one in mind i would love this on my tv with a controller. If this was like a open world, looter, gacha, mixed in with turn based mode combat i would happily pay 100 dollars on a game like this on console and feel like it was a steal. Still cant get over the fact that you can see your own mech in the scenes like howw??
I’m a sucker for tile-map, turn-based strategy games. I was prepared to be disappointed going, but it left a good impression with both the voice-acting and the game itself. Rates and economy are both pretty genorous compared to other gachas I’ve played, along with the sweep functions. My only complaint is the character models being to stiff in both dialogue and character profile, barely and animation for most, if not all. The character designs, however, along the designs of the mechs; are amazing. I love the mech customization and the parts you get with them. I can see myself playing this for a while. 🤙🏾 TLDR: Good voice-acting and designs for both the characters and their mechs, comfortable rates and economy, I just hope for better animation in future updates.
Wish it were possible to up the chances of getting a completely new Pilot after you get the pilots upgrade badge signet thing fully upgraded so you don’t just get old pilots after you already have a fully upgraded one so that the chances of getting new characters goes up especially crossover characters… as I definitely want to have all 3 of the Eva characters but I am drowning in repeating pilots I have already gotten and when will I get enough copies of Asuka to get her fully upgraded let alone actually getting rei and then getting copies of her as well to fully upgrade her…shinji is slightly easier but still a pain 50 or so pulls before you can get another part of his mech or a copy of him….50 pulls each time.. when you hardly get handed 10 per story line… and similar thing with the mechs I want to get Asuka’s and Rei’s Mechs soon…
Been playing this for about a month now. For a mobile gacha game it actually plays pretty decently. The progression feels pretty good and not too grindy in terms of power scaling. I do think that having to complete challenges to upgrade the permit/battle pass level does make it a little frustrating at times. Customization and mix matching parts can still have some viable results. The story can be interesting, though I noticed that the voice acted bits seem to taper off around the 4th or 5th chapters of the stories. It would be nice if the game had spoken dialog all the way through. I do with there was a little more mid/end game content. Maybe an unpopular opinion, but having clan options with some level of clan activity could be pretty nice and shore up the available content. There is already a co-op mode available, so expanding on that idea more seems like it could be doable.
Long review below, short version “ download and decide for yourself, but this game is GREAT!” Been playing for about a month or 2 now and had no idea what to expect with this game. If you’ve ever enjoyed turn based RPGs or specifically the Front Mission games, this is a MUST PLAY. The campaign is really good, the side content is fun and a good mix of easy and challenging missions. There’s a bit of a slow down on the campaign as you need to complete enough daily and permanent quests to progress but worst case that’s a day or 2 of waiting and completing challenges. It actually helps so you have time to farm mats to level up your mechs. I can’t recommend this game enough, I’ve been loving it! Thank you to the devs! Best mobile game I’ve played in a long time!
The story is exciting which is weird in a gacha game because I personally only play them to get 5 star characters but here I actually enjoy the story mode and I love the starter characters that they gave you for free each with their own story that is actually interesting! My fav is grant always drinking booze whoever came up with his design should get a rise! and gameplay wise is nor too easy or too hard it has a perfect balance with a complex strategy not any mecha goes to every pilot and not any pilot can equip every weapon, love it! and the cutscenes always leave me stunned and the edge of my seat! definitely this game is a keeper!
I played since launch and here are my thoughts. You can’t speedrun as a f2p player and are gated via resources you need to power up mecha. Events that gave us a free mech may not appear for newcomers, I.e. Blazer, but don’t quote me on that. Sometimes, it will take a week of so to get enough resources to level up and strengthen mechs. The art is okay, and I initally got into it because it had been dubbed like Nikke. English sounds boring imo so switching it to Chinese made it better, but the voice acting ends around Chap 5. You get pulls… but not that much and with my luck, you may need to pity pull that may or may not work in your favor. So worst case is like 120 pulls kapoof. I think if players want to get stronger fast, take out the caps on dailies and let them make the choice whether to use stamina or not. As of now, it’s like grind each day to level up little my little. Maybe take on a fight, but lose and you just wasted a time. I’m not even at endgame where others have voiced how difficult some parts of the game can get so for now I give it a solid 2 Events are too hard, so hard they will change the leveling, come on, we are not the first group of players, 1 star. Everything is a grind here and it takes time to build out mechs. Time isn’t was new players have to try these events with weaker mechs.
Update: they added more stuff to do while you wait for permit upgrades. It’s not as bad, but they might want to smooth out the curve around chapter V. The game is like gacha Front Mission, and pretty cool. But they gate the story missions / level cap / pilot level / etc / etc / etc, by battle pass progression. And the balance is off, so you pretty much have to quit the game at Chapter V. I am not even sure spending money on IAP would even help. I was on a good one week enjoyment, but now I am pretty sure the only way to see new content would be to login and collect a drip of daily currency for a few weeks until I have enough XP to raise my “permit level”. Ah well.
