We have fixed some bugs and made minor improvements to enhance your Mahjong experience!
Mahjong Club is one of the most serene and well-executed tile-matching games on the market. It takes the classic Solitaire Mahjong formula and enhances it with over 5,000 beautiful board layouts. What makes this version stand out is the atmosphere; the backgrounds are stunning landscapes from around the world, and the soundtrack is incredibly calming.
The difficulty curve is well-managed. Early levels are simple, helping you learn the symbols, but the 'Hard' boards require genuine strategy to avoid running out of moves. The 'Club' feature adds a social element, allowing you to team up with other players to earn rewards together. It’s a polished, bug-free experience that is perfect for winding down at the end of the day.
Over 5,000 free board designs
Beautiful travel-themed backgrounds
No-timer mode for relaxation
Social club and chat features
Always look for matches that unlock the most 'blocked' tiles. Clearing the top layers first is usually the best strategy.
Don't be afraid to use a shuffle if you get stuck; however, try to save them for the very end of difficult 5-star boards.
Tap two identical, free tiles to remove them. Tiles are 'free' if they aren't covered and have at least one side open.
Work with your club members to clear boards and earn collective chests filled with boosters.
Most levels are untimed to allow for a relaxing experience, but some special challenges may include a clock.
I am having a problem lately with the app shutting down after a short amount of playing time. It has just started doing this about a week ago. Screen goes entirely black and I usually have to restart phone to get it back. Any suggestions? This is my last resort for an answer as to why my account has been disabled. I played in the morning and when I returned later in the day I was really ticked off that I was at level one. All my accumulated wisdom, rewards, stats etc were wiped away. And then I get a message I was thrown out of the club I was in. I tried emailing twice to the supposed support it I have not heard anything or even an explanation as to how this could have happened. I am extremely disappointed in your support system. I would and someone acknowledging and correcting this issue.
Mahjong Club one of a very few games where you can join and be a part of an international team. Sounds like the perfect opportunity to get to know something about these other countries. However, it loses its appeal quickly when you find out you’re being charged more than many of the other players on your same team. Throughout the week, sales are offered to help your team get a jump on other teams. It quickly loses its appeal when different players from certain countries are categorized as having more money, so the cost for the same sale is surprisingly much more expensive because that country makes more money than so-called 3rd world countries. Add to it that not all of the players on the same team play all of the same games. The developers were obviously smooth talkers and good closers, and they managed to get the start-up capital they needed. INVESTORS, take heed, recheck the numbers the developers gave you, because this game is soon to see the inside of a dumper. I’d tell you about the numerous other things wrong with this game but that’s not my job. If you’re looking for something to offset capital gains made in other endeavors, stick with this one. On the other hand, if you were hoping to make a windfall, get out now! You have been warned.
I hope there is someone that can help!! I love your game but nowhere did it say if you pay for no ads, you lose the ability to have any more challenges, weekly puzzles and earn M’s and other features. It’s all gone now. I put thru a previous review, never asked for my money back and then suddenly, got the chance to play one challenge. Once that was done, no more. Keep the money but Please return my ability to play All the challenges, puzzles and contests. I’ve sent multiple requests to support and nobody responds. Where can I go for help?! Thank you!! Petunia18
The game can be fun, but goes offline every week with server issues. It’s frustrating to be in the midst of a tournament and can’t play and don’t know when the system will come up again or if it’s the entire system or just the server that your data is on. Multiple teammates have had their game crash and lost their data when they reloaded the game. You don’t get a response from the developers when you report issues. I’ve reported that the new “zinnia” crown looks like lilies and they all look the same. It got fixed last week, but it’s back to lilies this week. I wasn’t able to earn the first puzzle of 2025 because the system that records how many puzzle pieces I collected froze. Others got that puzzle, so that problem did not affect everyone. There are just so many bugs. We love the game, but are beyond frustrated with the flaws. If it doesn’t get better soon, several users are on the verge of giving up.
Update not only are ads popping up constantly now an ad for Temu comes up and no matter what you click on it takes you to their website which is ridiculous. This takes it to a new level of harassment no matter if we use the ad free we still should have the option of deciding if we want to go to them actual website. Temu has become very aggressive with their advertising and just for that reason I would never use them! So please it’s bad enough the ads are so long but we still should be able to decide if we want to use the ads!! I play this game everyday but in the last month ads have started popping up repeatedly while I’m playing and it is so frustrating! I’m okay with the ads that come up after each game but this is too much I hope you correct this because it’s no longer relaxing and I just stop playing. I gave you three stars for this reason.
For those of you complaining about all the ads, pay to get rid of them. The company is not charging a fortune, and it makes all the difference. I also found the game more enjoyable playing on a larger screen. In this case, my iPad. That said, I’m not pleased with the recent “improvements”. The flashlight is worthless. The statistics at the beginning of each puzzle are worthless, considering the rules governing the game. Trying to contact the company is impossible. The website is outdated and the comment section doesn’t work. I ended up emailing the company directly, but I have not received a response. For a game so popular, it’s a pity those in charge don’t seem to see what’s coming down the pipe. Based on the conversation conversations in the club, I belong to, many are talking about quitting and deleting. Remember: bad news spreads faster than good news.
I don’t know what happened but the banner ads keep popping up now all the time. Not the ads you watch for items or for the beginning of levels. It doesn’t matter if I’m playing a level or watching an ad but they will pop up from the bottom banner taking over the whole screen. Some close fast, some will stay going until you tap on the ad and hit the x. But it is really making it difficult to play at all. I don’t like having to close an ad twenty times during a level while trying to tap on a tile. I have always enjoyed this game but now it’s almost impossible to play without getting so frustrated by the banner ad popping up every two seconds. I want to keep enjoying the game but if this continues I will just uninstall the game.
I love this version of online mahjong, which offers lots of interaction between players if you join a strong team, lots of variations for getting points, weekly competitions/tournaments, etc. But the app itself is definitely inferior developmentally/support-wise. Game hangs up on ads, screen blinks out/kicks you out halfway through a game level repeatedly so that you have to start over again, tournament results which used to take minutes to come through are now still not available twelve hours later. I've heard from my team's members around the world that all have the same problems, so it's not just me! There are definitely technical support and developmental issues across the board. Very sad, as this is the best version of online mahjong that I've played.
