This coloring app is absolutely beautiful and one of my favorites. I have tried over at least 50 if not more coloring apps and this one is at the top of the list. The pictures are absolutely beautiful and what’s even better is not only are the pictures better than a lot of other apps but unlike those apps that charge way too much money to play, this one is completely free with access to everything. There are ads but they only pop up before you start a picture and after your finished and that doesn’t even happen every time. They are also the kind of ads that you can X out off after several seconds so you never have to watch a full one. Absolutely recommend this app. It’s a rare gem in a see of average coloring apps that make you pay for full access.
I’ve had this app for three days and have colored SO MANY pictures. I love it! The pictures are beautiful and complex. There is creepy stuff like zombies, bloody nurses, Jason, and Chucky. And there’s weird cute stuff like witches, fairies, and voodoo dolls. The color spots are highlighted with a bright color so they’re easy to find. The next color is automatically selected and there’s setting to change it if you don’t like it. There are ads to skip before and after your picture but that’s pretty typically, (I also have Happy Color and it does the same thing). There’s new pictures added everyday. Definitely worth a download if you like this weird stuff!
I am loving it so far. Pictures are great with amazing colors not those weird ugly ones in some of the other coloring apps. I did several pictures without seeing an ad so it’s not ad saturated yet but I’m sure it will happen. When that happens I will uninstall because ads on these games have gotten out of hand. The ads haven’t been bad so far with this one. The only reason I did not give 5 stars are because some pieces are so tiny they are impossible to find without clicking thousands of times to find it or eventually watch an ad for a clue. You start with 3 free clues but I can see that quickly ending with these tiny pieces making it impossible to complete without using a clue.
I have tried a few coloring apps, and although I love the artwork here, the app doesn’t really color like the other apps. Portions of the screen highlight immediately so you’re really kind of whackamole-ing your way through the images. I painted an image that had two black cats, and they were treated as entirely one color, even though they had patches of blue or purple highlights. Those highlights filled in automatically. I would rather have more colors to paint myself. I may try it again at a later date. There’s not a lot of art apps that cater to darker images for coloring, and again, the images are stellar…but coloring them isn’t really fun.
This app used to have coloring pages of animals, now it’s just dark scary stuff. It still has good pages, if you scroll down far enough in the “New” category, you can still find animals, you can also find happy pages in the Daily section. The Daily pictures are still beautiful at the time of this writing, however that might change with the direction that this app is going. There’s a category called “Beauty”, in that category I see no beauty only darkness. Developers, please bring back the good happy pages that this app once had. Make a new app for the macabre coloring pages instead of changing a good coloring app that this app once was. Until this app changes back to what it was, which I don’t know if it will, I would recommend looking for a different coloring app.
I absolutely LOVED this app! I’ve had it for quite a while and I found it very relaxing. However, that has changed dramatically. In the last month and a half there has been a “pop up” ad that makes my phone beep really loud 3 times, even though my volume on the game is turned off, and a notification is sent saying “Scanning your phone”! After doing some digging, there is absolutely nothing you or anyone can do! I have tried numerous times to stop this. Nothing works. FYI I KNOW it’s this app and only this app. It never happens with anything else I’m on. Trust me, it’s really loud when it beeps! Very similar to actual emergency warnings like Amber alerts. It’s not worth it. I will be deleting this app and trying something else.
This app very clearly and egregiously uses AI. I colored 3 different “pieces” and here is what I noticed. Lighting: The “Artist”forgot where the lighting was mid “drawing” and created an entirely new one without looking at the previous light source they started. The Art: This apps “Art works” have a problem with constantly. In all of the one I colored the trace template doesn’t match at all. For example the template shows very prominent earrings. One is colored in it’s an odd mess of earring pieces and hair while the other seems to be earring pieces and skin for some reason. I could right a ten page essay about this but I feel it’s very clear what I’m implying. If you like art and don’t want to loose brain cells trying to figure out what you’re coloring do not download this app!
The app is okay. The color assignments seem very sloppy. For example, when coloring a leaf, you click on it and it colors an odd shaped rectangle on the leaf that doesn’t even make sense for what you’re doing. You color another part of the leaf and it colors the entire section. You color another part and it’s a tiny sliver. The color boundaries do not make much sense. It seems to be put together haphazardl. There is also an ad banner that goes across the screen that’s very intrusive and takes away from the coloring experience. I really want to give this a 5 star as the actual artwork is cool and the colors are vibrant. However, the implementation and monetization of the app leaves a lot to be desired.
