The BEST casino app

This is by far the VERY BEST slot app I’ve played. Have tried many but this one is the best. UNFORTUNATELY it looks like I will have to delete it. For a year maybe more the pays have been reasonable and I haven’t had to buy much extra. However, lately the pays and bonuses have dropped off dramatically. I am having to purchase coins far more often than ever before. It’s now becoming cost prohibitive. Not sure what or why this has happened but it is absolutely noticeable that the wind have fallen off. Too bad because it’s incredibly fun and the variety of slots outstanding. I will definitely miss playing this app.

BEWARE

First Id like to say a fun slot to play. HOWEVER The BEWARE part to players is the apps MAX bet(5 billion) is EXTREMELY close to spin button on smartphone. If your not paying close attention, and double tap the spin button you will by mistake bet 5 billion coins WAY to easily. I had a great hit & got balance up to 13 billion. Was finishing out their daily challenge with liking 5 wins in a roll to complete their daily challenge. Was hitting the spin button double tapping & accidentally hit the max bet twice.(yes, twice) Explained to app support I was betting 2 million double tapping to try to finish out the 5 wins in a row & my game play would show that it is unusual to go from 2 million bet to a 5 billion bet as games show app play history. Requested a simple credit of the 10 billion. They decided to credit me 2.5 billion. As this is pretend coins & not real money disappointed with the not full refund into account. So, players need to watch the max bet button being way to close to the spin button. They need to either move the max button far away from the spin button or do away completely with the max button. If they played the app on a smart phone they would see what I’m saying is the straight up truth & is as obvious as the nose on my face

Unhappy

I see many many people are seeing the same as myself and several family members, this game has great graphics, BUT, is a complete rip off! I have no problem purchasing coins, as I have way too many times. Once I started purchasing coins, they went so quickly I was stunned. I will not be buying anymore, nor will I recommend this app to anyone as I previously had. It use to be somewhat fair, but that changed dramatically as I purchased more coins. Hardly any bonuses or scatter pays and if by chance you actually did win anything, it disappeared quickly. Look all I ask for is fairness. This game to me, is very manipulated! You see a winning spin, and poof it’s gone, not that the spin stops, it just disappears! Very sad as you don’t even payout anything real. I understand that you’re trying to make money, but honestly, you won’t do it by being dishonest, as your customers see what’s happening, they’ll leave and tell their friends to do the same. I recommend you re-evaluate your priorities. Paying customers or none!

Worse odds than playing in Vegas

I’ve probably dumped thousands of dollars into this game and I urge you not to do the same. The odds of winning are horrible. Of course you’ll hit a good one here and there but that is very short lived. The slots are fun, but it’s all risk and no reward, go play real slots that cost about the same but come with the chance of winning real money. To give you an idea of how these things generally go, I’ve purchased $25 worth of credit 2 times today which gave me $500 million each time. The first time I was betting 2.5 million a spin, lasted about 15 minutes. The second time I bet 5 million a spin, lasted under 10 minutes. Go pay and play a different game, this one is not it. Update, $50 more dollars today for 1 billion credits @ 5 mil a spin, broke again in 15 minutes. It’s my fault I keep going back, just warning you others to stay away.

So here are my thoughts... I have played this game for a long time and have complained about not winning before but it didn’t seem to matter (got a lame response back). I have now gone over two weeks not winning anything even after checking in multiple times a day and playing different slots. It gets super old and frustrating. I can win one day and play for a long time and then go several days without a single win. The slots are cool but the creators don’t seem to want you to win and they blow off negative reviews. The game is focused on you spending money which gets annoying. I would spend money if I had better odds and didn’t get tricked or conned into it all the time. It gets super old... maybe I need to delete the game again. Just thought the odds would get better by now.

Coins per 1 hour

I love this slot game. But I am afraid I have to delete once my coins run out because I can’t afford to buy anymore coins and the bonuses don’t give a lot. This is my favorite maybe I’d you give out more bonuses and make daily collect every hour so they can actually play more. This is why people are leaving you take so muck and give so little. And you now don’t even get many bonuses or coins. Like I said once I run out of coins I am gone. These times are very hard because of Covid19 that nobody can afford to buy. But this keeps us busy due to the quarantine. You want more people to play give out more money and more bonuses. Thank you in advance. Yes

Don’t get greedy

I’ve spent about $100 on these credits and the games are so tight that it’s gone in minutes. I do bet 50M, but getting 2B and you would THINK I could hit some big pots that would keep my credits up... but that’s not happening. There’s no reason to be that greedy, if you don’t change it I will delete; and I will do it, I’ve seen me do it with other ones. Then you get nothing, zip, zilch.. so you should think about your strategy here, others are saying the same thing. Loosen them up, people have fun, buy more credit.. your current tactics are going to screw you in the end Don’t insult people’s intelligence, these games play off an algorithm in which you set the payout percentages... otherwise I guess there wouldn’t be a need for a gaming commission... too bad it doesn’t extend to these games

Poor odds! Don’t bother downloading

Graphics are great and nice selection of games but however the odds of winning and building up chips is impossible. I am level 132 so I have been playing awhile. I have seen the responses from this app saying we can contact customer support but what for, to get a generic standard response? I won’t waste my time doing this and instead will choose to leave my review, so future players will can choose if they want to waste their time on this app. Most wins are under your bet amount, if you get a good decent win, the machine stops paying. The huge jackpots you see, I doubt if anyone wins them except for the mini jackpot. Yes, I know it is random odds but however, the odds of you winning is set low and bonus games are rare. Here’s a tip for you app developers:if you want loyal paying customers you have to let them win more. I am not saying they have to continually win but at least have better odds than a REAL casino that pays out real money. See, I don’t have a problem purchasing chips but if an app seems to take advantage, I delete a game.
