Get back to the garden in this week's update! Lily is ready with new levels and the next part of her story!
- Bug fixes and performance improvements
Lily’s Garden is a fascinating blend of high-stakes narrative drama and solid blast-puzzle mechanics. While the 'match and design' genre is crowded, Lily’s Garden keeps things interesting with a story that feels like a soap opera—complete with mystery, romance, and property disputes. You genuinely want to clear those levels just to see the next cutscene and find out if Lily can actually save her Great Aunt’s estate.
The puzzles themselves are 'blast' style (tapping groups of the same color) rather than 'swap' style, which feels punchy and fast. The difficulty spikes are real, but the game is generous with boosters and events to help you through. The renovation aspect is satisfying, giving you three choices for every piece of furniture or garden feature, allowing you to actually feel like you're 'designing' rather than just clicking buttons. It’s a polished, narrative-heavy puzzler that hooks you with its characters.
Engaging narrative with romance and mystery
Satisfying blast-puzzle mechanics
Extensive garden customization
Frequent seasonal events

Try to create Rockets and Bombs by grouping 5 or more blocks. Combining two power-ups together (like a Rocket and a Flask) clears massive portions of the board in one move.
Every time you finish a renovation task, you'll be given three different design styles. Choose the one that fits your aesthetic, as you can always go back and change it later for a small coin fee.
No, you can save up your stars and complete multiple renovation tasks all at once if you prefer.
Update: I still love the game, but there are some things they really need to change. 1) 900 coins for just 5 more moves??? Really??? That amount is absolutely ridiculous!!! You run out of coins before you know it and have to buy more to continue. And to top that off, the most coins you win per level is maybe 80 something if you’re lucky. They go by the number of moves you have left instead of how well you did on the level. So to spend 900 coins for 5 more moves and only earn 50 coins for that level, you are not earning nearly enough to make up for the 900. It’s just not right. It’s a rip off. 2) The characters really need more outfits!! It gets old seeing them in the same thing all the time. For ex: Whitney! Omg, please make her some outfits! Holly needs more also, even though she is my least favorite character, lol. Cannot stand her! And Regina needs more also. And lastly 3) the packages or specials need to be cheaper. I feel like the developers are just money hungry and don’t really care about their customers or players. I do love the storyline for the most part, and it’s a fun game, but to continue the game, it’s getting way too expensive. So I may delete it if the money factor doesn’t change. Hopefully they read their reviews because they sure don’t listen if you email them directly. Good luck if you play the game! Like I said, it’s a lot of fun, but will cost you lots of money too. Love this game and storyline! So much fun!!
I first downloaded this game in 2020 and was absolutely addicted during Quarantine. I’ve never found a game that I was attached to for this long. Usually games get old and repetitive or have way too many ads and are completely unenjoyable due to this fact. Not with Lily’s Garden. The story line is wonderful, too. It’s almost like a book or movie tied into the game itself. Sometimes I find myself wanting to skip through the scenes to get to the decorating/ gardening quicker but find myself torn because I also want to know what’s going on with Lily! I read some of the reviews and I think anyone who says the levels are too hard or that the company is greedy for asking you to pay for certain services or that you don’t earn enough coins per level is a Karen. The levels are challenging but not unbeatable. Yes, there are packages available for purchase because at the end of the day this is still a company with employees and artists who work hard to bring the game to life for our user/ gamer experience and they need to get paid just like everyone else. Despite their packages offered for money, they ALWAYS have fun tournaments and things going on to be able to earn those packages and more game incentives for FREE. Which I feel is more than reasonable and absolutely amazing of this company to do for its players. The only thing I would like to see more of on the game is decor for the inside of the houses. I know it’s gardening but I just think it would be fun! 💕
I rarely ever write a review, however as i was playing this game I felt like this is a game that is deserving of a 5 star review! I really appreciate a game that is not constantly throwing ads in my face and desperately making the game obscenely difficult so that I’m force to pay them money and still not really get anywhere. I have fallen into this kind of scheme so I’m very leery of games but this one actually lets you become immersed in the storyline and play the game without feeling like you have been had! You can tell this company has thought about the user in this aspect. Of course, they have their offers to purchase helpful items to help you advance in the game, but again, it is not pushy or desperate, it feels more of an option than a necessity, which is so nice and doesn’t make me feel taken advantage of like other games. You can still play for hours and get far in the game even if you are not paying, you just have to be a little more patient. Which is to me a breath of fresh air. This is the kind of game that in the long run I will be happy to pay to find out what happens in the story as I advance in the game, and at the same time feel like I contributed to money well-earned on their part. I have a lot of respect for the way this company works. Many kudos to the developers and writers of this game (if you like this one be sure to play penny and Flo too! Same-same but different!) I hope they keep making more in the future, I am now a loyal fan!!!
I absolutely love this game. I’m been playing on and off for well over a year. The storyline is slow and that’s the only negative for me, but I still love it. I enjoy the characters and the graphics. I have a lot of this type of game, because I enjoy them, but this one is at the top of my list. I think it’s amazing that we can help our teammates beat levels and ask for level help - what a great feature!! It’s fun that I can help teammates pass levels in the 5 thousands when I’m not even close to that level! I do wish that there were reminders on those levels, of how to clear special objects, because if you haven’t encountered them yet in your own gameplay, it’s hard to know how to clear them. The majority of levels are fairly easy to pass if you don’t get stuck trying to do any certain thing, but you HAVE to watch your goals because there’s items within levels that you don’t actually have to clear to beat the level. The game gives lots of lives and stars and I generally don’t run out before I need to stop playing, and then am usually greeted with some amount of unlimited lives when I come back. These developers are BY FAR THE BEST because you do NOT have to watch ads for anything, seriously, there are no forced ads!!! You have the option for double rewards by watching ads if you want! One thing to add, this game is advertised in some of my other games and it’s nothing like the ads, however, I’ve found most of these games are not like the ads. I love this game and can’t wait to see where the story goes!
I downloaded this game thinking it would be like all the others and I would get bored and delete it. This is not the case at all! I love that there is a storyline and block game with some little mini games here and there. I will say the advertisement for the mini games, they were there at the beginning and they just disappeared? The ones that pretty much draw you in to play and are pictured when you read about the app. Other than that I really love it and have been playing for a few years now, I haven’t found a game that I loved like that since candy crush! If you like the typical block games and renovation but also like to have a storyline this is the game for you! Also what I really love is the fact that you don’t have to wait hours for lives to build up, then you play for ten minutes, and the cycle continues (with most other free games) they did pretty well with making lives more available with unlimited lives for time periods or the option to send or request lives from other players. I don’t have to spend money on this game at all to enjoy it and proceed through the levels. I’ve only ever spent a few dollars to get more rewards for the seasonal subscription which was actually worth it to me! Other than the few small things I’ve mentioned it’s a really fun game! I don’t regret downloading this one at all! If your in the fence just do it! I promise it will be worth it 😄
The writer’s in this game do a great job with keeping you interested in the story. I am on level 3665 so I have a good perspective of the game play. This game is solid and not buggy. There are not a bunch of ads in your face every time you complete a level and the amount of gifts they give you to complete each level is numerous. Every time I log in I get at least 1 hour unlimited time and lots of consumables. While you complete the gardening/building, you get chests as well. You also get different types of mini competitions with other players that give you more chests full of stuff even if you do not win. The levels are a mix of challenging and super easy. 900 coins is a lot just to add just 5 extra moves but most of the time you do not need it or you do but it is easy to start over and complete the puzzle a different way. If you try again, the AI will give you some help if you are having to complete it a bunch of times by giving you more options (most games like this are programmed this way so people do not lose interest). I have never felt that I had to pay anything - That is RARE for these type of games. All in all I am happy with this game and I recommend it. I have only taken the time to review two games on here so I think it is worth your time to play it. I will say that there other game, Penny and Flo, I do not care for the story too much. I am on a high level on there as well but the story feels too unrealistic for the characters to be going through and feels a bit gimmicky.
I wrote a review when I first started playing this game and I was brutal in it. In fact, I am not sure if you can change a review but I searched a while for my old review to see if I could figure out how to remove it before writing this one. Up until I started playing this game I was not much of a gamer and I suspect that was the reason for the frustration. It took me a while to truly get the hang of it and be able to move more quickly through the levels. I would get stuck sometimes for a couple of days on one level and I love the story so much I couldn’t wait to find out what was going to happen next. Now I rarely ever get frustrated. I love this game! I tried a few others during my frustrated period thinking I might find one that I enjoyed the storyline of just as much but could move through with more ease. I didn’t find anything that compares. This is the only game I play now. It’s the only one that has been worth sticking with. So, I don’t know if my original review can be removed but to the developers, you most certainly have my permission to remove it. This is an awesome game! I view the levels now as being challenging without being too hard. They have a nice balance of ease and difficulty to keep it challenging without being overly frustrating. I’m not sure if they have been modified or if I have just gotten better. Either way, it works for me now. Also, you might consider coming out with your own merchandise because I would have jumped through my skin if I had won the crocheted Lily doll on Facebook! I would love to have a set of figures or dolls of the characters and would be glad to buy them! ❤️
When I initially began playing this game months ago, I didn’t think I would still be playing on the daily! It was a very welcome distraction during the COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine. Also, about a week ago, I updated my phone from an iPhone 8 Plus to an iPhone 11 Pro Max. During the transfer of data from the old device to the new one, my Lily’s Garden game app did not successfully transfer. After a few days of attempting to remedy the situation myself, I realized I needed some assistance. I wanted to utilize all my options before giving up due to the fact that I was well above Game Level 2,000 and I would have to start all over at Game Level 1. Using the “User Support” link, that can be accessed by clicking on the Gear Icon, I wrote a “Please Help” note to the employees of Lily’s Garden. Within 24 hours, I was contacted by Laura who explained to me the options I could try to transfer the data on the app. I responded by informing her that I had tried all the methods mentioned in her previous response. Within an hour or so, Laura responded and asked me to provide her with the Game ID on my old device and then message her on my new device. In her next response, Laura provided a link, containing the data that I needed transferred, for me to open on my new device. Within 10 minutes, I was able to begin playing Lily’s Garden on my new device! The speedy response, along with making the resolution so simple, was very appreciated! THANK YOU LAURA!!!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE.... OR AT LEAST A BONUS!!!
