Tips & Walkthrough
If you have a King in your hand, play it to an empty corner immediately. This opens up a new pile and gives you more opportunities to move cards from your hand or the main piles.
Gameplays
The goal is to be the first player to empty your hand. You can move entire piles if they fit on another pile (e.g., a Red 7 pile onto a Black 8). Use these moves to reveal cards you can play.

Sun Mar 12 2017 Spacey 02All of a sudden, when I go on the game, you have to set it up all over again. I doesn't retain the game you were on and the setting revert back to what the developer decided is standard!!!

Can be fun but...
Thu Dec 26 2013 bikeusaMoves to fast for me to think if I see a move to make. It's on speed mode If I don't put a finger on one of my cards after I draw it takes off without me. Haven't found the # of players tab so I can reduce the number of players. Starts to get boring when the other players have all kinds of cards and are out before I get to play mine.
