Bought app and it also acted like we didn’t buy it

We purchased the app the $26 came out of our account and it keeps blocking us out as if we never paid it and it’s asking us to pay it again. Pretty upsetting because it got its money and it’s not letting my son play the games and it’s trying to charge us again I read the reviewsafter I bought this and I see this is actually a problem for this app so I will be talking to Apple to get my money back because this is a waste

I purchased the month, thank god not the year, and it keeps crashing and not letting my daughter play anything... super frustrating and if I could give 0 stars I would!

Worst app

My daughter played this game and then when I paid for the full version it’s suddenly acted like I didn’t even pay for it after a week or two so I recommend you do not download this app

No sound

Paid for the yearly subscription and there is no sound even when it says there is and it’s on. No sound at all

App crashes

I purchased the full version for my daughters iPad and the app crashed when you try to open it. Not worth the money I paid.
