I only wanted to buy one product the Keiki app, and after I login to pay and they misled me buy more products such as puzzles and worksheets and I never know they are not included in the purchase I made. And I didn’t authorized the next payments but they can charge from me just because I authorized the first payment, be careful, and the customer service answers are tricky too, they won’t answer you directly when you ask to cancel the subscription and wants to get the full refunds back. They will says sorry to see you go and your subscriptions are cancelled and you might think you get refunds, but they never says it, they will bring you to the next page, says they want to offer you a life free plan, and stop answer your emails. I submitted a new email and then a different agent finally reply me directly says the payment is non-refundable! Can you believe it, you never used the product and buy few hours ago and you can’t get refund back when you feel you have been treated. And they will tell you their policy says that all purchases are non refundable and this is how they designed the purchase progress and confusing their customers and makes them pay multiple times!

Thu Nov 11 2021 Allisonadair7Response to Kiki I canceled the subscription that was the first thing I did prior to my 7 day free trial after I canceled you kept charging me so telling me to do something I did is redundant I said I canceled it charged me after that over 15 times in one day I had 15 charges of $7.99 in ONE DAY FOR SANE APP I CANCELED IT THREW MY PHONE I DIDNT JUST DELET MY APP ITS 2021 I’m not brand new I know how to delete apps versus cancel. I had over 30 charges in a two month period I have my bank records to show. I had to do a charge back for $240 when your app charges daily there’s a problem. please contact me you keep charging my account. I have over 15 charges I had to cancel my credit card then you start taking it from my Apple Pay. You charged me 3 times $7.99 in one day. Your app didn’t even work I canceled the trial the next day and 2 months later still getting charged. When you try and contact this company it directs you to the app. I’ve gotten nowhere and just when I thought it was over $7.99 more out of my Apple Pay. STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!!!! Calling state’s attorneys office next. This is how serious this has become. It’s fraudulent at this point. Please contact me as I have tried to contact your company for help for months.
Scam App! Stay away!
Mon Jul 17 2023 .Iris.123I’ve sent multiple emails and still no resolution to my issue. I paid for a year’s subscription but when I went to the app it wasn’t showing as paid. I signed out and signed back in and it didn’t fix my issue. I tried logging into the app on a different device and not only did it not appeared as paid but the account I had set up for my kid was also gone and I was back at step 1 in the second device. I emailed support and they asked for a screenshot or video of my issue. I sent both! The video showing I was signed in and still didn’t have access to my paid account. I just received back a generic email giving me instructions on how to sign in. I emailed back saying that I was signed in and if I wasn’t going to be able to access my paid subscription then I wanted a refund and to cancel everything. After that I NEVER received any reply. I sent a separate email to support as well as a follow up on the original email thread with no reply. At this point I just was a refund and to cancel reoccurring payment as well as cancel the account. Horrible customer service/support. I should’ve listen to the negative reviews on here.

Mon May 12 2025 LaGaHa2025While it is a good app and my daughter did enjoy using it especially the matching card game, may I add only at the age of early two, I am highly disappointed in the communication (the overuse of automated created email responses) and the constant withdrawal of funds. I was charged twice in less than a weeks’ time for this app, to only be told that I couldn’t receive a refund because of the policy. I could never get a response clarifying why I continue to be charged multiple times even after I had turned off the automatic payments. This is certainly something that I highly suggest is fixed immediately in order to continue to serve your customers. I would really like to utilize the service however, I cannot afford to have multiple payments come out at multiple times a month. I have literally spent over $100 in less than one month for this app which is absolutely crazy. Again my daughter is only two which means she isn’t using it as frequently as I would expect or like, which also means that it’s a high waste of money.
First impression
Wed Feb 04 2026 MichaeliaCampI purchased a plan for a discounted rate as a first time user of the app. We haven’t gotten through our first week yet, but my 3 year old was able to catch on quickly to the games and app activities even though she’s never engaged in any type of tablet type game before. Some of the worksheets for week one were a little advanced for where she’s at with writing skills but you can always adjust the activities based on your toddler’s pace and learning level. I have read negative reviews about misconceptions about payments and I did receive an unexpected charge for $1 in addition to the subscription I paid for which I didn’t understand but definitely not a huge issue since it was just a dollar but concerned this may be a sign of the some of the problems other parents had with getting unexpected charges. Hoping that’s not the case and can update my review once I have more time to see how it goes!
They scam you! Watch your bank account!

After contacting them, they said it was for a puzzle app as well that I never agreed to pay for. No where was I prompted to pay again. I contacted them again asking about the additional charge and they explained that it included a puzzle app. I asked for a refund since I did not agree to pay double, but now they are ignoring my emails. How can you respond to two emails within a few hours but ignore the additional 4 emails I sent and it’s been a week? The reason I downloaded this app was because of an ad I saw on Instagram saying it would help my child’s language and speech. After downloading the app, I didn’t see anything helpful that would assist my child in the speech department. I contacted customer service and they told me I could adjust the settings to cater more to language/speech delays. But the only thing I can adjust is his age. This app is a rip off. Don’t go off the reviews through the App Store. Search them online. They are a bunch of frauds.
