Good App But Not Greatee

3 1/2 actually. Last week I would have given a 4 at least, but I’ve been on downward spiral and nothing seems to work to break it. I feel like they are trying to force me into buying coins. I don’t like someone trying to force me into anything! If I buy (which Seldom I admit), it’s because I want to..:..not because I’m forced. Down from a 5 to a 3 to a 1 in about 5 months, that’s quite a feat. I was really enjoying the game, but I figured it was going to be trouble later, because at first I could barely loss. Now if they had a section to buy a win, I still couldn’t win! I haven’t bothered to buy coins, I’m disabled and on a very fixed income, so the amount I can afford to buy wouldn’t help. I’ve saved up more than that and it it gets drained away, if I bet big or small. And I’ve gone to FB for extra coins-had no luck there either. So I guess I’m not supposed to play. I’ll wait until tomorrow, then I’m deleting it if I don’t win my party present. So sorry this turned out to be another “honey moon” game. And it didn’t have to be. All those big wins we got at the beginning wasn’t necessary, if you had given us nice steady wins & losses over a longer length of of time, I probably would have been a customer for a long time. You have good games, nice graphics and I never had any trouble with the game play. Thanks for the memories, they leave a bitter taste in my mouth & mind

Disappointing

This app used to be my favorite casino game to play. I don’t know what’s happened over time but it’s no longer fun to play when you can’t get any bonuses, no big wins and end up losing all of winnings faster than you win anything. The games are great games but it feels impossible to win anymore. Every update says your making improvements and making it more fun for the players. I keep hoping to find truth in this and therefore keep playing giving you the benefit of the doubt. At one point I had over a billion coins. Now I can’t keep it over a hundred million. I’m very sad bc I feel like I’m going to have to delete this app soon. I can’t afford to keep buying coins and not seeing any payoffs in return large enough to keep me interested or keep me wanting to play. It’s not fun when you play a game for hours and don’t hit one bonus or large win in all that time. Also, the prizes for getting “big wins” really aren’t worth much. Come on guys, start giving back to your loyal players who have been with you for the long haul and faithful, daily players. I don’t mind buying coins once in awhile but when I have to buy more than I’m winning, I might as well be spending my money on a real casino app where I have a chance to win real money back. This is suppose to be for fun. Where’s the fun??? What happened to the fun and excitement of this app that made it the best free casino app at one time?? Disappointed is all I can say.

UPDATE: Apple refunded my money so they agreed that this was fraudulent. So if you purchased coins and feel ripped off, complain to Apple because you won’t get anywhere with this greedy developer I received an answer from your tech desk about the problem below. Apparently you had the “up to” 138.4 billion coins in the prestige chest incorrectly displayed for over 3 weeks until you did an update 6 days ago, then it changed down to 1.34 billion. This meant people like me were fraudulently lured into purchasing the new honey pass with a false sense of possibly winning a lot of coins after completing the various challenges. You should give people their money back or give them the coins. If not, at a minimum, you need to get reported to the app stores that allow you to commit such crimes. Hopefully you will post this…doing a screen shot just in case! ************** Thought this would different. Bought the honey pass and made it all the way to the PRESTIGE CHEST! Played lots of games I didn’t like just to earn the diamonds, but I made it. I was excited with the possibility of winning up to 138.4 billion coins! I never had 100 billion on this game, but it seemed hopeful. What did I get? 1.34 billion. Are you freaking kidding me? You made it possible if I get 1000 more diamonds to open a second PRESTIGE CHEST, but I won’t even try. When my coins are gone, so am I. Shame on you and your greed.

Waste of time really.

In 2013, you could actually play this game, the classic slots, every slot. The minimum bet was 7.50, and went up from there. Whoever owns it, are the worst businessmen I’ve ever seen. I just now redownloaded, to see if it’d been sold, or changed. I got a 4 bonus rounds, without one big win, and 3 of them wasn’t big enough to even cover my bet. When you reach a certain amount of money, the slots start paying out nothing, to get you back to zero. —- Take a lesson from candy crush. I beat their whole game, without buying anything, yet somehow their game made almost a trillion dollars. Probably because they were honest with their game, and didn’t cheat people, so players were willing to buy something now and then. Phantom is so greedy, they constantly change their game, trying to make a quick buck, that in spite of the game’s popularity, you never hear a word about its income, because it’s so low, compared to other “honest games. And don’t give me that “we’re tryna make it like real casinos”, because you’re not. I lived in Biloxi, MS for 6 years. I know how a slot machine works, and pays out. Do you seriously think people are going to pay to play a game, when y’all constantly fix it to never win? And if you do win, y’all take it back immediately, as if it were real money. Don’t ever open a real casino, because you’ll get shut down in most countries.

This App Has Gone Downhill

I have played Jackpot Casino for years. However, during the last year, it has really gone downhill. They are always giving new incentives, but they are worse. It is impossible to win. I would buy the honey pass at the end of each month and last month spent $49 on the super honey pass. However, the more money you spend the worse the payout seem to be. If you play at level 15, you can only earn their bonuses by playing at level 16. So you up your bed and you play at level 16, the next time you are required to play at level 17 & so on. The bigger your bet, the more you lose. I think it’s time to find another casino app. It really is too bad because this game used to be a lot of fun! I received your response & it is basically the same blanket response you give to every other person complaining about how Jackpot Party has gone downhill. In reading your reviews, 90% of them are BAD reviews, how it’s impossible to win or ever get ahead in the game, how you rarely get bonus games & when you do they pay next to nothing, buying coins & losing them in just a few days because games never pay, etc. Take a hint from all these bad reviews and make some changes to your games. It used to be fun - make some changes or you are going to lose your loyal players!! I will NEVER buys coins again unless improvements are made!

Scam, Ripoff, and Scam, and Ripoff

I’ll start with good, this app has some of the best slots of all the slot games apps. If not for that, I’d give them negative stars if I could. The bad: 1) if you purchase tokens, it’s a 50/50 chance that you will get them. 2) algorithm seems to be set to where once you’ve reached a certain amount of tokens, instead of winning bets, you start losing your tokens fast. I lost 150B tokens in under 30 minutes, but before that, it took me days to get to that amount. 3) App is geared towards forcing players to buy their tokens and products in order to play all the upgraded slots, and to keep up with bonuses. The best slots make you bet a minimum of $1M-$50M, but depending on your level, if you want to win bonuses and rewards, you have to bet $100M-$500M in order to qualify for the bonus. If you win a bonus or reward on a $50M-$500M bet challenge, you could win $20M in tokens, or you could win $100M, but it’s never an amount that justifies competing in the challenge. 4) The tokens are insanely expensive and a waste of money buying. The $150B I lost in 30 minutes, if I were to buy them back, it’d cost me $250 in real money just to amuse myself with a fake slots game. I could go to the casino with that and actually win real money…. I could go on, but just stay away from this game. If you’re bored, go to Dubai; it’s cheaper!

Whatever you do—do not purchase tokens. This is an app that mimics slot machines which means that this is not a game of skill. It is a game where the players are relying on the people that developed and run the game to be honest to make it a game of random chance—to where this random chance is fair to the players. Read the reviews—there is a theme here. The moment you purchase tokens—the game programs you to lose. Real casinos have gaming commissions and oversight boars that ensure that players have fair play. Video games are not subject to any kind of oversight—which is a big problem in this case—because they are taking real money from players—and effectively are just ensuring that they will have a losing result. There is not even a random chance of you winning. The App Store should not even allow this kind of scam to be on their platform as they are ripping people off. The game has little to no customer service available to players—which is terrible because the game glitches and screws players away from the rare wins on an uncommon basis. They also arbitrarily change the minimum bet requirements for the games—which is also a scam—because you might like a machine—buy tokens to play it—and the next day that machine costs 5x more to play. The only way I can describe this app is greed and criminal

Scam to make you spend money

When you first download the game you get free coins. You will win a lot. Them Then the wins slow way down. You have challenges to complete to get prizes. But they set the goals so high, you CANNOT reach them without buying coins. Like spin 1500 times at 15 billion coins to move on to the next task. 20-30 dead spins in a row. If you’re lucky enough to get a bonus round, you will appx 5% of your bet if that much. Stay away from this game. Do not give them your money. Play CHUMBA instead of you can in your state. At least you win real money. Your response is basically an auto response. We know that you’re supposed to use a random number generator to determine wins and losses. Everyone knows that. But the statistics of having 37 deadpans out of 50 spins just doesn’t add up. The math is not math. And then you all did a promotion with carnival for free cruises. The winners were supposed to be announced on August 5 however, nothing has been said. So I know you had several people spending money to earn more ships and for what because there’s been no winners. Once again Still think it’s a scam or an a ploy to have people spend money. You have bets set so high that people cannot complete tasks without buying coins. You all give coin bonuses for a 300 million but the lowest bet is 15 billion. Make it make sense.
