Fun App but I don’t understand everything

The app is fun, but I keep getting these gift cards with no explanation how to use them in English and they always disappear. Some help would be nice but their tech support doesn’t allow this question to be answered.

The game developers follow unethical practices toward players by forcing them to buy in-game currency. The game is flooded with ads encouraging purchases, in addition to forcing players to join voice chat rooms that are often strictly for adults — not even suitable for teenagers, despite the game being labeled as 16+. These voice rooms have become a tool for spreading immoral content, inappropriate conversations, and relationship-seeking behavior. When you lose, the game forces you to enter these rooms, participate in conversations, or listen to explicit content in order to earn coins requiring you to stay for at least 5 minutes with your microphone on! You end up trapped in an endless loop. When you start winning repeatedly, you suddenly begin losing for no logical reason. What’s even more ridiculous is that in a Baloot game, even if you and your partner win, your money can still be deducted. I have documented proof of this farce it is clearly a scam. Do not download this game. Do not buy coins. Look for a game that respects players and their feelings. Honestly, the developer who built this game is sick and deserves no support at all. They deliberately ruin your mood for no reason.

Unfair Device Ban Despite Full Support – Don’t Waste Your Time!

I was one of the first people to download this game when it launched, and I’ve supported it heavily — both with my time and money. I spent a lot inside the game and played regularly. But suddenly, I got banned without any warning or explanation! The reason? Just a very normal message in the chat — nothing offensive or inappropriate. Yet I was instantly banned, not only from my account, but they even banned my entire device! I can’t create a new account, I can’t even access the game anymore — all without a single warning. Worse than that? I contacted customer support multiple times, and they completely ignored me. No response, no explanation. And I’ve seen many other players go through the same thing — random bans for unclear reasons, with no chance to appeal. The game idea is great, but the way it’s managed is terrible. If you’re considering trying it, think twice. You could lose your time, money, and access — and be treated like you never mattered. Advice from someone who’s been through it: Stay away. A game that bans loyal players and their devices without any communication is not worth your time.

I first enjoyed playing this game but then I realized that this isn’t the same as the board game, the cards you’re getting isn’t random. It’s actually algorithmic and you can easily predict what’s going to happen! I think that users who spend more money on this game you’ll get more “luck”. I have no idea what the game dev coded the algorithm s of the cards and the odds of getting these specific cards. I swear to god that I’ll make a jackaro mobile game that is actually not depending on pay to win and prediction like this…

The game is really great and the improvements made in the last update are really nice, but the swap cards option in the middle of the game made it boring and not fair, as someone can keep swapping to get what he need to finish or kill you, it just doesn’t feel fair anymore!!!!
