Heads Up! Netflix Edition is the perfect party game made even better for subscribers. By removing the paywalls for individual decks and offering themed content based on popular Netflix shows (like Stranger Things and Bridgerton), it becomes an essential tool for social gatherings. The app uses the phone’s front camera to record your friends' ridiculous acting and clues, which often results in hilarious replays you can save to your phone.
The gameplay is identical to the classic version—hold the phone to your forehead and guess the word based on your friends' clues—but the variety of decks here is impressive. It’s polished, fast-paced, and genuinely funny. Since it's included in a Netflix subscription, there’s no reason not to have it on your phone for the next time you're hanging out with a group.

Choose a deck and hold the phone to your forehead with the screen facing your friends. They will give you clues, and you must guess the word before the timer runs out.
Gameplays

Missing a bunch
Tue Jul 22 2025 BellaSwan16This game is with considering on how it works but it’s just missing a lot of shows and should add shows that teens talk about too! Like Outer Banks, Riverdale like romance but not a game show romance type thing
Not what it used to be
Mon Oct 10 2022 crookshanks550This game has clearly shifted ownership a few times over the years. This version does not meet the same level of fun I experienced while playing previous versions with larger libraries of decks. Most decks now only have to do with netflix. Appealing for a binge watch streaming buffs maybe? But it would be nice to see some regular decks sprinkled in as well like “hollywood actors””food” “sports” “farm animals” literally anything but a netflix series specific deck. It makes the game impossible to play unless everyone in the group has watched that one specific show. I’d also like to note that decks bought in previous versions of the game no longer exist anywhere. There is no way to redeem purchases. No way to enjoy the really fun party decks like the “adult supervsion” and “ harry potter”. Money wasted, awesome. I used to love whipping out this game while waiting in long lines or at a lull in a party. Now it’s sadly just a one star review&delete kind of situation. Bummer.
No effort but ok?
Fri May 02 2025 ErieSparklesIt’s overall ok but there are so few options and missing many classic and loved shows and movies like Arcane, Black Mirror, and so so many more. Some options are vague too. It just lacks effort. Like they didn’t even try to add classics. Just the easy ones. Also it is very confusing to put pass or go to the next. It doesn’t teach you how. And when we figured out how, it doesn’t work sometimes. I would tilt the phone up, down, left, right, and nothing would happen! No other bugs or malfunctions though.

Mon Oct 10 2022 youyouyouiiiiiiI mean yeah it’s pretty much what you’d expect the decks are fine, but there are an insane amount of bugs and malfunctions. Such as kicking you out of you’re deck while playing a game, not letting you open a deck, etc. So it’s a very meh game in general then it needs to complicate itself by having bugs, it’s not worth getting.

Thu Sep 22 2022 amulet 125Earlier today there was a mouse in my room and I got my sister her name is scout to help me with my mouse and then when a broom I whacked the frick out of that mouse and it escaped and then me and my sister downloaded this game and it turned out we needed a Netflix subscription
