Amazing still can’t describe properly 😎

As my title line says, and it’s not me blowing smoke just to sound good either - but Hard Rock Neverland Casino has got to be one of the very few Quality sites around! I’ve seen many similar sites, but taking into consideration there are Never any problems & I’ve seemingly talked with most people here and ALL are extremely kind, even compassionate and understanding which then is how I CAN conclude that Hard Rock is like no other. If there was some way to ‘wager’ life …. Well, I’d put my down saying so. (I hope it’ll help any/every to try…. You will not be disappointed whatsoever! A++++

Worth Downloading BUT Will Delete

Updated review March 10: I’m gonna delete this app. I’ve joined many clans and nobody plays or is active. I’m the only one who plays in whatever clan I joined, so it hasn’t been fun. Feel like I’m wasting my time. Besides, the win ratio is poor. You can get free chips with suitcases but it won’t last but only a few minutes. Updated review: I lowered my rating. I was winning decently at one point UNTIL I BET MAX. I wanted to test the slots to see if it’s rigged like most other casino apps when you raise your bets high. Sure enough, NOT once did I get the bonus wheel at max bet nor did I have any big wins. It doesn’t surprise me. I wouldn’t spend real money on something like this. Nice variety of slots with many ways to play. This app provides a full social platform including the option to join or create a “clan” (club). It locks up sometimes while navigating to different areas of the game. Decent startup coins ( but mine didn’t last but only an hour or so). Wish they loosen the win ratio.

The challenges?

I find myself liking 80% Of the games. The challenges however are a not always fun. I spend my time trying to complete a daily challenge. Then the next challenge is to level up 10 to 20 times. It’s rather deflating. I just spent my free time to get closer to complete the daily challenge and now I get level up 10 to 20 more times to complete one more part of the daily challenge? I have to stop and call it a day. I can’t give that much time to playing a game. This is supposed to be fun and stress relieving. Its definitely not fun to see I just wasted my time in trying to complete a game or a challenge that will require way more time than is fun to complete. The long level up challenges and mega million wins zap the Energy out of me. I have to stay away from playing to let my disappointment fad. I like the games and I have made purchases. Some of these challenges and game goals are taking away from the fun.

Awesome games and overall setup but....

Update: April 18- It just keeps getting worse! Now They have added things like - “Wow” in the hourly bonus cases instead of coins or emojis instead of coins. Are you kidding! The daily bonus wheel never goes over $625K. I am playing other casino games and having much more fun. See ya Neverland. You are not even worth 1 star. This Casino would be my favorite due to the quality of games and the layout of maps, clans, etc. However, the main flaw and the reason I would recommend most other casino apps is the seriously low free chips offered. The lowest bet on most machines is $25K and most hourly bonuses are $25K to 100K. You get a couple of spins unless you get really lucky. Sometimes they will give you a higher hourly bonus (not often) or you get chips from your clan. It’s hard to really enjoy if you can’t really play — unless you spend money. Which is the reason for the low free chips offered.

Scam

It was Valentine’s Day and the game gave special. I bought the credit for my mom. It said special $3.99 for 60 million coins. However, it did not honor it. I did not know they have already given because the account did not show. I contacted customer support. I was told 8.9 million was given to my mom account. I told them the special said 60 million coin. This was the exact reason why I bought because it gave a lot more. The support asked for proof: a screenshot for the special. Who in the world would have took screenshot of that. The support did not give me the coins nor refund. It is such a scam. They offered a Valentine’s discount pack, $3.99 for 60 million coins. I bought this as a Valentine’s gift for a friend who frequently played, emphasis on past tense. However, despite the offer of 60 million, only 8.9 million was given to their account. I went to the support menu and asked why I didn’t get full credit for the coins. They got back to me, saying credits were already deposited, and asked for a screenshot of the 60 million credit pack. They won’t do anything unless you have screenshots. Who the heck takes a screenshot before they make in game purchases? Do you take pictures of the prices while grocery shopping? If there’s a problem in game, do they expect you to screen record every session? The game lies, the ‘support’ doesn’t support, and in the end it’s us that gets scammed for it.

Happy with variety of games but a lot of things can be fixed for better experience.

I was reading the reviews and have had many of these different situations happen to me. I love the different variety of games. I also have wasted tons of coins not winning anything. But also, have won a lot when betting a lot. I buy ALOT of coins but they go very fast. I don’t like the feature where they up your bet without your permission. I’ve lost billions and billions of coins that way. They do always ask for screenshots so if the situation fits, snap a pic. Just to be safe. U can always delete the picture later. They don’t offer enough FREE play coins. THey need to fix that. They will lose a lot of players if they don’t.

Rigged.

The game is clearly rigged. Once you spend real money, you get less/smaller wins, they want you to dump money on them. Out of 130K spins, I’ve only won on 30K spins. Over 100K spins where they just took my coins. I thought these games were for fun? Where’s the fun in always losing? They have bot accounts with hundred billion coins making it seem like anyone can win that much. Clans rarely work together and it’s always the same teams on top. Journey missions are a scam and difficult to complete due to low payout, they even give you nag pop ups asking if you want to skip the level by paying real money… Pretty scummy, almost like they are making fun of you for not being able to clear the level, then slap you in the face by asking if you want to buy a level skip… skip this game, it’s not worth it.

I love being lied to!!

Oh no wait, I don’t. And that is exactly what this app is all about- telling you things that are not true! They put out an advertisement saying, win real money - 1st place prize of $25,000 US Dollars! 2nd place prize of $10,000 US Dollars! No purchase necessary sweepstakes! Okay, cool, I like to enter contests. So I go and download the app, only I can’t figure out how to enter the sweepstakes they lured me with. Finally I go back to their page in the App Store and see at the very bottom of their description: -This game does not offer real money gambling or an opportunity to win real money or prizes. So apparently their ‘first place prize of $25,000 US Dollars ‘ really meant ‘no opportunity to win real money or prizes’ and their ‘second place prize of $10,000 US Dollars’ really meant ‘no opportunity to win real money or prizes, idiot!’
