Great, but could be better.

This game is great and you should totally download it, but the game has two quirks I don’t like.1 is that you can only use your super ability ONCE for the whole game! The second problem is that by chapter 4 quest 6 it becomes impossible even with my best troop, the armored wolf rider! Also, the giant characters on the other team are to powerful with splash and knock back, so even if you use your super it only does a fraction of its health, meanwhile I can one shot it with my giant troops.

Fun concept, Major bugs

This game looks fun but needs some work. The balance is not good, the wolf rider is so much better than any other unit, and the ranged units have a tenth of the health of similarly leveled melee units, making them get one shot by literally everything. They should have like half the health of their melee counterparts. The one-time unit gears are really bad, as they spawn once and die quickly. Those gears should be changed so only one of the special units can be on the screen at one time, it should refresh once they die. One time I was using wolf riders and they pushed an enemy off the track and onto my gears. It then walked offscreen and I couldn’t finish the round. If you get the right luck you can lag out the game without even watching any ads, you just need two or more unit gears and a multiplier gear, plus a couple 8 gears.

First day playing, no problems yet.

Sunday, May 25, 2025, From 9:45 to 9:53 PM I think the game is amazing, I downloaded the game a couple hours ago it is a fun game but reading other reviews makes me nervous to see whether my progress will be reset. I am giving it a 3 star for now because I am on an old apple I phone 6 or 7 I forgot, so when I get way to powerful and I get up to a lot of units spawning per second. It lags, really bad. It is literally suffering from your own success. Which is a bad problem. But if that problem gets fixed and in the morning when I wake up my progress is saved then I will bump my rating up to a 4 or 5 star review eventually thank you for your time. Sincerely, A middle school student.

Great in concept, but needs work

The gear model for this game is clever and fun to work with. I really enjoyed this game for the first couple of days. I quickly worked my way to a point though that the only way to have success was to watch ads to unlock better options. I’ve played that way for a few more days and now I’m deleting the app. The players are grossly out of balance. My character does 2k damage but requires three attacks to take out the basic foot soldier. In comparison, that same soldier for me has less than 500 hp. To counter, I focus on enlarging my heroes, but they are still killed in one strike by the CP. Until the skills and talents are mathematically balanced, the game is unplayable beyond level 5 imo.

Too many ads

The game is really fun, a good time killer, but as you progress there are way way way too many ad unlocks. I understand that you’ve got to pay your people, but putting frozen gears on the map unlocked only by ads or round selection gears as ad unlock only is really annoying. I bought the mid-tier ad ticket option (I think it was 50) but as I progressed it seemed like I was getting fed even more ad blocked items! I would love to be able to get a pass or something that would permanently remove ads or not have so many ads locked items pop up in the game. Hopefully you take the $8 I gave you and make a game that’s not just a money grab.

Soundtrack is excellent and the game is fun

There’s really no reason for a game like this to have two songs that hit so hard but it does. The game mechanics are interesting for tower defense game and it doesn’t overly bash you with ads like a lot of other games do. There are of course ads, but not as many as I’ve seen and you get to choose if you want to watch more ads for small benefits. It’s a fun game and I found myself playing it a lot lately.

Astonishing, but..

This game is amazing. it has serious potential, but the two glaring problems with the game are this; the energy system, and the progress lost glitch. Whenever you swipe out of the app for a moment to answer a text for example, you lose all progress in the current level. I’ve lost many good runs to this flaw and it makes the game unplayable. The energy system is more of a nitpick, i hate energy systems in games. You’re going to restrict my progress to real world time? and the only way i can get around it is to pay you? interesting tactic. the game would be better if this feature was reworked, or removed from the game completely. although the gameplay loss glitch should be your priority. EDIT: a few weeks later. Farther in the game now and it’s simply unplayable. once you unlock certain gears your army becomes 100x more powerful than anything you’re facing, so much so that your raw manpower alone lags the game to an astonishing 2 frames per second. unplayable to say the least, one star.

Very fun game, However

The gameplay itself is very fun and satisfying. However there are two major downsides right now: 1) Massive frame drop from too many units. To win you want to outnumber the enemy. To do that you upgrade gears to produce more units. It becomes downright unplayable if you produce too many units, the frame drops to 1-2 frames per second once you hit 7-8 units per second. 2) switching away from the app, to check a message or something, resets your progress on whatever level you were on. Therefor you have to commit wholly to one level without switching tabs otherwise you risk resetting back to as if you never started that level. Should these issues be resolved, I will change my review, but as it stands I can’t recommend it. Update: Since posting my review, I was on level 6-2. I logged back in after a day of not playing by and had all my progress reset back to 1-1, no upgrades, as if I downloaded the game for the first time. Don’t waste your time with this garbage.
