You aren't the manager; you're the one firing the manager because they lost a local derby.
The balance of finances, stadium upgrades, and fan happiness is delicate and addictive. Seeing your team rise from the bottom of the non-league pyramid to the Champions League is immensely rewarding. It’s presented in a clean, menu-based interface that works perfectly for mobile. It doesn't need flashy graphics because the story you build for your club happens in your head.

Fri Jun 28 2024 Toffee54Good game, but extremely frustrating to play. 40 years in and yet to touch the glory of “The Prem.” It also seems that your team is unable to win away even against poor sides, but always seem to win at home consistently. However, despite these difficulties, this game offers everything a football fan desires. Realistic finance management, facility upgrades, and a plethora of game scenarios. Good game, but can be great with some additions like visual match simulations and the ability to manually scout potential transfers.

Fri Feb 14 2020 UnfeelingDuckI am about 60 seasons in so far. I spent money on the big stadium ($3.99). I have bought the 50 mil investment 4 times ($2.99 each). I have been in Premier League for about 20 seasons. I have had a 99 overall team for the last 10. In the last 10 season I have won the title exactly one time. I am the favorite to win the title every single year. I cannot win more then one trophy any given year. This game no matter how much you spend or grind will still cheat you out of easy wins. I waited to write a review because I thought maybe I was getting unlucky. I can now confirm that they purposely never let you win it all because they hope you will spend more real money. Really sad they have it programmed to constantly cheat you. If you almost are at a title it will almost without fail injure your top players. It’s insane the amount of times I’m about to go for a cup title or league title and some of my top players all start getting hurt. When I’m 7th in the league with 20 games left my team will go on a tear, get me close to winning the title then all my guys are out. It’s way beyond a coincidence now and it makes me sick they have it literally programmed in the game to cheat you.
Good basic management sim, needs some work though
Mon Jul 02 2018 AmoebamanI like the business simulation side of the game, but there needs to be a bit more detail. Like, there is no notification in the game play by play when one of your players picks up a yellow card. It would also be helpful to dictate to the manager that he plays certain guys in specific games. For example, after the season result has been confirmed, I want to play all my young players for the experience. Or if I'm at the top of my table and I am playing the lowest rated team, I want to be able to rest some of my top players. Also, there needs to be more regarding injuries. Options like choosing whether a player rehabs or gets surgery. Just a little more detail and it would be perfect.
Awesome game, but I have some ideas
Sat Apr 11 2020 JayDayz1717Love the game, have yet to make it to the Prem but that’s the challenge of the game I guess right? Had some ideas though. If you could customize the stadium with a couple different options for “Stands” that way your stadium is a little more unique and not so generic. I also think it would be cool if you could be more involved as an owner: -pick players injury recovery program -marketing plans to get more fans in the gate -add in real world type scandals for the players that you now have to deal with, rather than “Indiscipline Reported” - upgrade nutrition plans for players -better training programs to grow players The ultimate dream would be to see the game happen, with small little players on a field, playing out the sim, just feel it would add the ultimate sense of involvement to the game, like you’re actually the owner, in the stands, cheering your team on. Great game, lots of fun for a football fan.

Football chairman pro is exactly the right depth for a game played on the go, while still having enough depth to keep you coming back for more. The new update makes it lightning quick to play, which really adds to the addictive feel.

Sun Jun 11 2023 Brisk SlaysI have been playing this game for years and I’m still not bored of it. I’ve spent a lot of money on IAP’s, but you absolutely don’t have to. Now that I’ve gotten good at the transfer market, I’ve been in the prem for 30 season and I’m making profits of $80,000,000 per season. This game is so good and worth every penny. I hope the sequel comes out soon!

Fri Jan 19 2018 Tasmith4I will go into the game and spend a load money on a transfers for players. Then I play a game and I lose 3-0 to the team below me. Who we recently beat earlier in the season. My supporters complain that the merchandise sales are slow, so I go and upgrade them and I get no customers. The decisions you make in this game have absolutely no impact on your success. You can’t organize your squad. You can even tell your manager to play this player or that player. Although I do realize that is not the job of the chairman. Just wish the game was more dynamic. Definitely not work the $2.99.
Great simple game

Adding a little more details to transfers, in-game events, and historical stats is something I’d like to see added in the future. I’d also like to see a feature where you can make a player a club legend. Just a feature that will display your favorite players (and their stats) that have played at your club previously.
