Enjoyed the game but …. **Updated**

First: Fun game. Second: I’ve had two different profiles. 1st one I ended up with “most dishonorable” and thought it was I had a loosing record. I would quit the game/app after the game was over and looked at the opponents map to learn how players were setting up .. I’d quit then because the ads that auto play. Restart the game and play another round. Third: after ending up with most dishonorable it would be almost impossible to match with another player for a game. I deleted the profile then restarted another. This time I did the same as far as playing but I didn’t quit the game after viewing the maps I would let the ads play then get into another game. Now I’m “Most Honorable” status. So it looks like you will get penalized as if you left during the game without surrendering even though you finished the game and only quit before the ads play. I get the ads in a free playing game and agree with paying to remove ads if that is what you want. The developers deserve revenue for their work. Just FYI to new players from what I’ve experienced as info. If you enjoy the game but don’t want to purchase in-app content, let the ads play after the game and don’t quit the app and restart to bypass the ads as it will penalize you and as you get more penalized it will be harder to match players and play the game going forward.

Wow.

Look dude. I downloaded the the app, waited. Once it was done, clicked on the app you know to play it. Popped up glitch right back out. Didn't even see the main menu. That's how fast it was. So I clicked it again. Are you ready? Popped up glitch right back out I tried to do this multiple times, this app just don't even open! And don't even get me started on the wifi or internet bc I live literally in town pay my bills and and everything. I have wifi and internet, and a good one to! So don't even get me started on that. Soooo, I don't know what you want me to do? I'm not even going to give it a stare bc if I can't even open the app before it glitches out I can't rate this app! I mean if the app glitches right back out before I can even see anything after I click on it I can't rate it! Like I got nothing, when I click you know what I see! Ok so I click on it and as soon as I click on a gray screen quickly pops then closes right back, that's all I'm getting from this app. So I can't rate it if I'm getting nothing from this app, sorry. Wish I could rate it better. Bc I see all these other saying how good it is! Never gets boring! It's addictive! You guys did great! I love it! Great time killer!. And than here I'm thinking wow ok let me try it can't wait it must be good let's do this. And than the app does not even open. If I'm being honest I'm kinda bummed. But, I'm getting nothing from the App so. Can't even rate it.

Don’t support this company

The game is pretty fun but the advertisements are all for an app where young girls dance around without much clothing. Not what I want my 3 and 5 year old to see when we are sitting around on the couch. Looked up what the app was to see if I was misunderstanding and it is exactly what it seems like, a video chat that encourages kids to strip for strangers. Developers of fleet battle need to get a grip on their advertisers and not help promote this haven for predators. Response to developer: First of all, you and I have never talked via email. This is our first interaction but the folks who grew up playing battleship are now to the parenting age so the idea that only one person would take issue with the advertisement is a little naive. If there are “thousands and thousands of ad campaigns” I would think you would be more concerned that this ad is appearing so frequently in your game and not at all in other similar games (probably good information for a developer) Just because the ad isn’t pornographic doesn’t mean it Isn’t suggestive and inappropriate. I don’t have the name of the app but I am sure you can easily find that out if you truly don’t already know. You’re correct, I did have a responsibility too, which I took seriously. I deleted the app and warned others via a review (which I would gladly change if you are sincere and follow up with Apple)

Stop the stall players

U guys do a great job at making sure no one cheats so with that being said ,can u do something about the people who use the stall tactic basically what it is, is that they will find about 2 or 3 of your ships an then let the clock run down too 1 then hit your ship an let the clock run back down too 1 an just keep repeating this process which makes for a very long match the point of this tactic is too get the player too quit because we all know facing the computer is much easier than a human opponent its like a guaranteed win they usually will do this if they get mad because you’re beating them by a mile, or find their patrol boat, or just because they want an easy win I never quit when they do this because I’m not going to give them the satisfaction but man this makes for an extremely long match I never write reviews but this one of my favorite games

So far so good! Reminds me of my childhood

When I was in my younger years I always wanted to play battleships the board game. And I was scrolling down the App Store I saw fleet battle. I was like ok, I checked the pictures of the game and immediately saw it was my favorite board game set up so I was extremely excited. I check the reviews some had 1 stars so I read through them and I jumped right into the app. Immediately I felt in love. Love at first sight, it is a 3D battleships game that you can Customize ships and get new modified ones! It does a lot of game modes and offline so if your on a plane it will work (I hope I haven’t been on a plane in a bit) Now everyone’s least favorite ads, don’t worry ads won’t frustrate you to much. All in all I have no complaints it’s just one rule…have fun. Don’t let the other 1 star reviews put down this masterpiece of a game. (Note to devs, Thank you for bringing back my childhood)

The best app out there.

First off. I really love battle ship. Like, love it. But most of my friends won’t play me anymore Bc I always win ;) So I originally downloaded it to play my brother as a fun way to keep in touch with him. My only criticism is that I can’t close the app while playing. I completely understand why you can’t do this if you’re playing a live game w/ someone online but it would be really cool if I could play my bro back and fourth w/ the ability to close out the app after each play. We have busy and somewhat opposite schedules and it makes it really hard to make sure we both stay on screen for the whole game. No sure if this is even possible as I haven't found any app that does this. Otherwise, 10/10 rad game. And I don’t see any *pornographic* *predatory* ads ;) (all adds are predatory but not in the way it was used here.)

Great Fun & Support!

My sister and I love doing what I’d call Family games together . This is a great game that allows us to play fast fun games without having to set up the board game version ( getting lazy in my old age). It has cool different ships and colors for the ships plus ranks you go up the more you play. It also doesn’t cost to play ( Being retired that’s another nice feature) although eventually we will probably pay to have ads removed. Recently , at Christmas , we ran into a bug where my sister lost one hundred battles and the free ship after ten days of ten battles a day with me. She tried it again for another ten days and it happened again. The support department was very nice and responsive In fixing the problem. We can’t thank them enough for their help. We both highly recommend this game .

Why the change about playing dishonorable opponents?

You USED TO give us a choice to play a dishonorable match or not. Now we HAVE to play dishonorable whether we want to or not! Why? Why did you change this? When this first happened I closed down the game without even starting the match, and you lowered MY rating from most-honorable to honorable! So you punish me for not wanting to play cheaters and whatever is dishonorable about them. This game is loaded with cheaters. For example, one of my last few games I was about to win, I chose a wrong tile but that left me knowing what my last move should be to win. The opponent then went straight to the last 3 of my ships he hadn’t hit at all, one after another, bam bam bam without a miss or even any hesitation. He’d been floundering around to keep his most-honorable status. But with me having 1 more move he “found” and sunk all 3 of mine as fast as the game accepted hits. I wrote “cheater” to him. He didn’t deny it.
