LOVE THIS GAME!!!!

UPDATE: I absolutely freaked out when I noticed there was a new update out for Fish Tycoon!!! I’m actually thrilled to say that I was wrong about the developers - they clearly HAVEN’T given up on this game! Not only have they updated the original Fish Tycoon, but they also just released Fish Tycoon 2! I can’t wait any longer - gotta go check it out! FIRST REVIEW: This app is REALLY cool, and was one of the first fish breeding games around. And it has SO MUCH potential!!! Unfortunately the developers clearly gave up on it some years ago, which really bummed me out. Because of that, you can only have a max of 3 tanks (which isn't anywhere near enough room), the decoration choices are very limited, and there have been no updates & no new content (or new fish!) added since 2011... I REALLY wish the developers would start working on this again because it's different than all the other breeding games out there!

This Game is Awesome.

To the dweeb that “knows a ton of people”, go ahead and tell them not to get the game. Fish Tycoon is a fun time killer/patience game. It’s not something you can just blow through and it takes practice to get it right. I failed several times when I got it back in 2010, but here I am in 2019 and I have rediscovered my love for it. I never managed to find all 7 magic fish before so here’s to hoping I can do it now! Take the time to try this out, because if you like a challenge and a game that makes you try new things then Fish Tycoon is right for you.

Great app

I purchased everything you need in the game and breed rare fish I sell from $55-$88. I thought that the game was short but I 'm still selling fish making money I can't spend on anything. One of the best apps to buy but I would like a bigger and better version made with more tanks, a way to upgrade your store or even open other stores in other locations where you can exchange inventory, hire staff etc.

Not impressed at all

I use to play this game on the computer and I loved it. But the app is awful and a waste of time and money which I didn't know until after I bought it 😡. The fish die way to fast it is completely not realistic and they get sick way to fast. I care for my fish all the time but it really doesn't seem to mater. And I hate the fact that you can't set your own price for the fish if it is even 10 dollars over the fair price people in the fish shop will not buy them, that's so stupid, it is my shop and I should be able to sell the fish at any price. So until you all fix this game I will not give it a better rating and I will tell everyone I know not to buy it. And trust me I know a lot of people.

I have this on the computer too but I beat that version. I would say that the wait is too long, I know the time travel glitch though so it's not a problem. This game is a great time killer. And for all of those amateurs who say their fish die too fast, you are probably breeding really unstable hybrids in low level Enviroment. As for the blurry graphics, I think this is one of those games more meant for an iPad, but I like it on my regular iPhone anyway.

I have loved this game for years. I finally deleted virtual families 2 after lots of money (I mean a lot) and now it’s unplayable due to ads....beginning middle......crash. And same with the new pay-to-play fish tycoon. Lots of money there too. But I’m truly happy that you at LDW are still supporting this original Fish Tycoon. I truly LOVE this game. And I’m done playing pay-to-play from any developer.

You should buy it now before its $1.99 again!!! This is the best fish game in the world!! Not only do you raise your fish, but you have a fish shop where you can sell your fish too! So all you people that are asking why there hasn't been an update, it's because it's already as good as it can be!! It's gonna be hard making this game better than it already is!!! 😉

FIX IT ALREADY!!!

2 stars for customer support and graphics. The retina display is standard now and has been for nearly 2 years. Is it going to take another year and a half for an update? The location of the start over button should be placed in the options menu. It's current location makes it too easy to accidentally start over. *Don't waste your money on this game until the developers do something for your money. You're probably be disappointed if you do!
