Hello to whoever reads this, I started playing DoubleUCasino daily in 2011 on the second anniversary of duc yes almost since the very beginning! I’ve seen many changes over the years some I liked some I didn’t, however now with the current changes of a majority of the new games being rolled out are “HIGH LIMIT” games is making me want to quit after all these years, it saddens me to even think about it but I’m being squeezed out by the more expensive newer games and the older games are not paying out like they used to, I have bought many coin packages and won quite a few jackpots through the years but with the inflation and cost of everything going up this game is not a necessity, in order to keep my budget under control I’ll probably delete the app and keep playing the other online games I play which are much much more affordable, I know I’m not the only one feeling the pinch I have a feeling you will lose quite a good percentage of customers if you keep trending like this, not everyone that plays have a disposable income. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to say what’s on my mind, my wish is that you take to heart what I’ve said and address my concerns.

Loved DUC until recent changes

I absolutely love the games. Best of any other online casinos to date. It is just such a shame developers have chosen to make playing the games cost so much. You are forced to spin High instead of the lower bets. You can no longer choose how much you want to bet… the more chips you have, the more you are forced to bet. ie. I bought $200 worth of chips giving me almost a billion chips. I could bet $16K per spin, but if I wanted to increase my bet, the next option was $400K instead of $24K per spin. Before the recent change in rules, I could spin in increments of $16K, 24K, 32k, $48, ect…. You used to be able to change rooms/machines in a game that seemed to be going flat or not paying. Now, you are put in a room/machine and your stuck. You cannot choose a different machine. Leaving and going back to the game will not change the room/machine. I could go on and on… yes, I’m still playing the games, NO, I’m not spending money in this casino anymore. I used to average spending $200/month, sometimes more. I am currently looking into other casinos. It’s really sad because I’m 74 and my older sister and I used to spend hours on the phone playing. It WAS great fun.

Update please

I have been playing for many years , diligently almost every day, and seen many changes and I have yet to be upgraded even to bronze and I still only get 500,000 for help. My husband, on the other hand, is gold and gets all kinds of things I don’t and he plays here and there. I can’t understand why I haven’t seen a change in so long. Also, these collecting card games, come on. The win amounts are ridiculous, not even worth playing. They were great before although toward the end it was almost impossible to get new cards and then when you’re close, the game ends. AND, What happened to the classic reel games???? You took the 7 away on the side and all those games are gone. Those were the best games to make money on and the funnest. I can’t understand why you would get rid of all those games, I have been playing them for years and I started the trend of leaving your big wins on so everyone could see what you got. It was great fun. We are so disappointed you did that and now it’s almost a chore to try to win something on the other games.

New hire?

I had rated this game 5 stars, but it appears the developers must have hired a new “starve them out, make them buy” personnel. Very quickly the changes became apparent. Cut the Friday jackpots from 5000 winners to 2500…changes the daily bonuses from each starting at 30 chips to ONE chip (seriously??) and further down the line you have to spend ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY MILLION chips to be rewarded 100 chips?? And the Helios wheel is so obviously rigged to land on the lowest amount 9 times out of 10 (Gotta love THOSE odds, right?) What happened, DoubleU? Who convinced you having disappointed / frustrated players would increase your profits? Let’s take a very popular game and take away the things that made it popular…my playing time is 1/3 of what it was before, and I no longer feel like I enjoyed my experience afterward (even when I lost) like I used to feel. The fun has dimmed. I doubt I’m the only sad player out here with these drastic changes. Whoever works there that thinks these are great ideas is just greedy and out of touch with the fans that loved your game. People who can’t afford to buy chips are still valuable to you in terms of traffic on your site. Please don’t undervalue us and drive us away. You’ve still got the best games out there. I’m getting tired of feeling so disappointed each day. Sigh.

I agree with cemetery lover...

Game is beautifully designed, but winning is another story. There are ample opportunities to score dollars through bonus spins, league play, and the mystery box.. however, after playing this game for literally months and months on end, I have not once hit a natural jackpot on any of the machines in this game (and I have played on most every machine at one point or the other). It’s a bit frustrating to play over and over and never really come close to a natural jackpot. I understand the concept of luck but, like real casino machines, some could stand to be “looser”. I find myself retreating to other games recently simply because my efforts have proven largely fruitless. And I also agree that access to Mega and Grand machines is extremely difficult. Not sure how this can be remedied, but having access to only 10 or so machines at a time limits play, especially on newer machines. There seems to be a reasonable number of people winning jackpots (apparently with smaller bets as well). Just hasn’t happened for me after soooooooo much play... I’m ready to move on to something else. UPDATE: Received same canned response from developer as pretty much everyone else here who has left a review. If you can’t take the time to write a short, personalized response, then I won’t waste time and money on your product. Delete.....

Tightest slots of all sites

I’ve played on this site for several years but getting so fed up with several things now that I’m thinking of deleting it. It has the best graphics of any I’ve played on but also are the tightest slots I’ve ever played on. Plus the sign in bonuses are a joke, the ‘daily’ one i get maybe 2 times a week. So much for ‘daily’! Other sites pay more in a bonus in one sign in than you get with DUC in over a week. DUC is only in it for the money you spend with them. Not to let you have a reasonably fun time. I don’t expect to win every spin but come on, over a 100 spins with very few wins & for less than you bet the majority of the time. The newest changes have only made it less enjoyable. Less sign in bonus & seems like the slots are even tighter if that’s possible. Before the change you could at least pick a different slot in the same game to try & maybe it would hit a little better, not now, no choice to go to a different slot. The answer to most of the reviews I’ve seen does not address the problem, keep playing your luck may change? Just might as well tell the truth, nothing is going to change the tightness of the slots because we want your money!!!!

Game has gone downhill

This used to be my favorite game to play on my phone during the day when I had free time. While I like some of the new ways each game has changed, I do find that I dislike the overall changes more so than the ones I do like. I find it very irritating that you can not download all of the games because they claim I need to free up storage space - well I was able to have all the games and play them all with all the storage space that I currently have and I do not like that within the individual games there is no longer the choice of level of play or the bet amount you want to play- it’s now one game and only one level of play and the same with bet size- it might be all well and good for the game developers for its another way to eat up points and I order to continue playing this APP you’ll need to buy points (coins) in order to do so. So I will use up my points (coins) then I will be deleting this APP like I have done with so many others that basically gouge you for money, real money in order to play a game that gives you no real money in return- sad for I’ve been playing this APP since at least 2015. So bye, bye WU Casino it was fun all these years I will miss you

I have reviewed this app before

The last time I reviewed this app I gave it 4 stars, this time only giving 3. I am echoing many of the other reviews by saying the payouts are lower and less often. Everyone likes to win, there’s no doubt but no one likes to lose either. They give you chances to win free coins by giving free spins, bonus wheel, mystery box and joining clubs but never enough to play for any length of time. I have never purchased any coins because they’re, well, worthless. At least at a real casino, your money has a chance to win real money. Don’t fall victim to these casino apps, if you need to buy coins to keep playing you may have a problem. Pay attention to the app developers responses and see how many are exactly the same, they hear but don’t listen. On the plus side, they don’t use pop ups during your play, only when you run out of coins, which is often. Good variety of games, need more video poker choices though.(Only 3 so far) There are lots of slot apps to choose from, this is one of the least annoying in my opinion. See for yourself but don’t waste your money paying for coins, these are supposed to be “free” casino slot machines.
