There was this version of Dopewars with clans and schools/classes. You should get that source-code and turn it into an app!!!!!!! That would be great. This Dopewars is great the full feel of the original. It also has seeds, which let you replay the same scenario over and over till you get it correct !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really can’t say anything negative about this game. And that is UNICORN LEVEL in game terms!!!! All other games have some MAJOR issues. This one doesn’t, if more people played there would be more scores, but that aside you can be at the top of any tier, you just need to find the right seed!!!! Really great game!!!
I used to play this game ages ago in PC. Back then it was a bit rough, but it was really fun. Now, the game is just a polished drug simulator that will net you millions in a day, just to kill you from infection the very next day. Chasing cops away with a water pistol never felt good before, but it sure does now. The only downside to the game is the RNG. Sometimes the prices will dip and you won’t be able to make a profit, or you will get in an fight you can’t win early. That doesn’t take away from the fun though. This game is priced well below it’s fun factor. It’s addictive, funny, and most importantly: Fun to play.
This is the definitive remake of the classic Beermat version. A near perfect port with some quality of life improvements. Not only is it a keepsake for the preservation of a timeless original, but it is an invaluable learning vehicle for commodities trading and risk management (not to mention ridiculous fun). Do yourself a favor and pick it up. The support/dev is super friendly and puts a lot of thought into the project.
The game is ok but it offers nothing. The game lacks an element of reward. As soon as you get past the first few days of paying back your loan the game has no challenge. You click buy then travel then sell. With the occasional interaction with cops that you can’t loose as long as you keep your health full and you have the max lvl weapon and ammo which you can get on average around day 15-30. So after day 30 the game is pointless. If you want a challenge only play with the minimum number of days enabled the down side to this is each game will be only a few minutes long then you start over and repeat.
They used to label these themself now we have to change them And unfortunately whatever label they are they never change from Their range of value or depreciations So you’ll have to change them all insivually and it’s hard to keep it as a surprise because you know what you’re labeling and how they will rise and fall- it quickly becomes predictable but for $1 I’m okay with it - they def could use an improvement in the unpredictability of the rise and fall of each drug(s)
I guess they recently did an up date that ruined it I’ve had the app a few years and it was awesome, just like the old pc game after you rename everything. Anyway opened it today got a message about the update and everything different, everything went back to the goofy names they choose the user interface is all screwed up now. I did try to give it a chance but by day 4 I couldn’t stand it so it’s now deleted…. When you fix what’s not broken you’ll probably break!!! I’m pretty sure my old review was 5 star, but this app is garbage now thank you.
It’s not so much a bad game. In ways it’s much richer than the og game. Thematically tho, I’m a little baffled. In some ways it seems like it’s trying to appeal to a younger audience what with the jokey weapons, but then you’re randomly looting a corpse on a subway. It’s WILDLY inconsistent that way. Also, it really messed me up going from N to N+ and the value of the strains flipped but they were still on the bottom and idek, it made my brain itch. Anyway, good build of a familiar game. I’m just not entirely sure who this is for.
The fact that you can actually change the items that you sell and you can input your own text as to what the game will pop up as for the explanation why the prices dip or hike, really improves this game. I enjoy all of the open ended options you left the end user with.
