365 day streak — a retrospective

Today marks the day I reach my 365 day medal streak on Cut The Rope Daily, so I thought I would share some of my experiences with this game. I've been playing the game since a little after its initial launch, and I've been having a lot of fun with it during a really challenging last year of my life. Being a Cut The Rope fan since the early 2010's, this game truly brings me back to the original days of ZeptoLab's innovative and original puzzle design. I genuinely miss the times when games didn't have ads or pop ups, so I'm really glad that ZeptoLab had the opportunity to work with Netflix Games to bring the series back to its golden years without having to monetize or add intrusive pay to win mechanics. In a way, Cut The Rope Daily feels new and nostalgic at the same time, and this game means a whole heck of a lot to me, reminding me of my childhood. I play the new puzzles every day at night and I'm excited for the future of this game. I would love to see more opportunities to get additional streak shields, which are a rare item only obtainable on holidays, since I've come very close to losing my streak when there are days I cannot play the game. Regardless, I've been having a lot of fun with the game. Keep up the great work, ZeptoLab team!

Game not working

This is my favorite game ever! I play it daily and unfortunately the past 2 days it will not load. When I put my signin details in it says your Netflix account needs to be updated. I have been on the phone with Netflix multiple times and tried every troubleshooting step and uninstalling the app reinstalling and resetting passwords. My account is up to date and I have premium so I definitely can play the game. I’ve downloaded other games and they work fine but this one will not. I have an almost 300 day streak that I am losing now. Please help me! Is there a reason why I can’t play this game anymore?!

I LOVE this game!

Everyday I’m excited for a new level to play, continuously adding features is nice too! I switched to iPhone recently and all my progress carried over as soon as I signed in. There was a hiccup a bit back where it unlocked levels through the next month or so, it was pretty tough to not play through them all and it was fixed quickly. I was also looking forward to the Apple Arcade cut the rope but it just doesn’t scratch the itch like this does or hook me the same as previous installments. Keep up the excellent work!!!

A great game and a great way to access the game!

Idk if you can get this without Netflix, but with it, you can get a fun game with good puzzles without any ads or in-game purchases! More games need to be like this. Ads are what stopped me from playing the other Cut-the-Rope games, and this has NONE!

Great game but with a few flaws

I love all of the updates this game has gotten with the different designs for objects instead of just one costume for Om-Nom like in the previous update. But I have one complaint, I want the feature to add my own events to the calendar so we can keep track of important events like a normal calendar would, also I want there to be a feature to look at past events from past days.

Love this game!!!

Such a great problem-solving game! Visually stunning as well as cute. Only have one issue, losing streaks because it will skip to the new day at like 7pm & it’s not available to do until then, so if I haven’t complete that day’s puzzle I lose the streak. Frustrates my minor OCD! Otherwise I looove this game and will not rest until I have every star on every level. Keep em coming! Never a dull puzzle. :))

Where is the update?

Waiting to play the May 1 game, but it’s saying to check for an update, which the last one was a month ago. Otherwise, I think the game is pretty fun and is just the right level of challenging. Though I don’t like the streak thing, and think a day’s puzzle should not expire before 10 pm.

Netflix error - streak lost!

There is currently a Netflix error that has not been resolved and if it is not solved by tomorrow, I will lose my streak since the game only has a limited number of streak shields (there is a max cap) that are hard to get (you only get 1-2 per month). I am so close to a 300 day streak. If I lose my streak I will stop playing the game. I hope this incident will bring attention to the developers on how important streak shields are - if I could trade my hints for shields I would.
