Adds support for latest devices and OS versions. Minor bug fixes.
Crazy 8s is the quintessential family card game, and this mobile version handles it perfectly. It's fast, colorful, and captures the chaotic energy of a real-life game. The rules are simple enough for anyone to jump in, but the strategic use of 'Skip' and 'Draw Two' cards keeps things interesting.
The AI characters have distinct 'personalities'—some play very aggressively, while others are more cautious—which makes the single-player mode surprisingly engaging. The animations are snappy, and the UI is clear, so you never accidentally play the wrong card. If you're looking for a digital version of the game that everyone knows and loves, this is the definitive choice.
Classic gameplay with customizable rules
Vibrant graphics and smooth animations
Challenging AI opponents with different skill levels
Statistics tracking to see your win streaks
Universal app for iPhone and iPad
Don't use your '8' (Wild Card) the moment you get stuck. If you have cards of different suits, try to save the 8 for the end of the game. It’s your 'get out of jail free' card when you're down to your last few cards and have no other matches.
Use 'Draw Two' cards when you see an opponent is low on cards. This forces them to pick up more, preventing them from winning and giving you more time to clear your own hand.
Yes, the settings menu allows you to toggle rules like 'Draw Two' stacking and whether 8s can be played on any card.
I like this game, two issues that must be fixed in next update. One, settings does not remember you turned music and sound effects off the next time you play after closing the app. Two, many times if you lead first it lets you play two cards instead of one (I know this is to my advantage but it’s not fair play). Thanks for reading!
I love to play Crazy Eights, This game pairs you to 3 computer opponents who pretty much know's every card you have, every color , number etc. IIt's frustrating when you are this close to winning, the computer player will play a card that you don't have So by the time you go through the 3 cards you have to take and (not so suprised ) another computer player wins. Of course it's realistic to have the other players win , but 90% of the time. It gets old really fast
There is a flaw in the game. When the user plays the skip a person card, often the computer person to be skipped ignores it and plays anyway.
