Within the last couple of days, the screen is stuck on one image! No buttons work! Very frustrating

Level 116 freezes the game because it is impossible to free the last red car. I was rather addicted to this game, now I’ll probably delete it.

Why can’t this level be finished? I get down to 2 red cards and there’s no way to get the last one out of the garage. The game then locks up and you can’t go any further.
