Kids deserve more time to play for free
Fri May 26 2023 IeieieiwiwI must say I always played budge games but always after a few minutes deleted the game because of how little they let you play for free. I understand that it’s profit but the prices are not very reasonable. I’m not a little kid anymore but weirdly still like strawberry shortcake, Care Bears , my little pony, and hello kitty. And the only good games made for them are from budge. But after only a couple minutes it is necessary to buy something from them to keep playing. And if not necessary then it’s just not fun. I just think it’s better for kids to have way longer game plays without needing to buy something. For being “kid friendly” have kid friendly prices and let kids play longer for free. But without that you have great games!
The subscription is confusing but the app is good

We only had the free week trial and were looking at the subscription costs and noticed they’re different prices per monthly choice. One Month membership is $4.99, $6.99, $7.99 or $9.99 and it does this for 3 month memberships, 6 month membership and yearly membership, they’re all different prices for the same membership. The subscription portion of Apple ID doesn’t explain what is the difference, so I checked the app information page and that also had no information. So we shall not be renewing the subscription unless we can see what makes the choices different. Per the app information page no matter the subscription you unlock everything, so why the different prices? Hopefully this can be explained, but for now we’re cancelling. Update: I have reached out to your company in three different ways (review, email and fb messenger) on all the day of this review and this is the only response I’ve given. I’ve honestly given up and just won’t use your service. Which is a shame because the tiny human loves it. Dropped to one star because the company is a mess and can’t even respond to inquiries.

Wed Jan 15 2025 SwimmerZ6For the past few years, I wanted to play this, but for some reason it’s telling me to purchase a subscription again I tried pressing restore purchase and yes, I did put in the numbers, but even after I did that it said there was nothing found. I have a subscription. Do not make my mom pay another $10 also by the way, my mom or my dad is not writing this review. It’s just me who by the way is 8 1/2 years old. As of January 2025, so can you please just let me restore my purchase if you can that would be great OK bye! P.S. when I was like four years old or something I love this game so please give me my subscription back and maybe while you’re at it maybe instead of it being $10 per month maybe just a one time payment because I can’t find a single good mobile game by the way is there an Apple Arcade port of this because I have a subscription for that

Tue Oct 01 2019 Parent1999I received an email that my son downloaded this program and I was charged seven dollars for it and the subscription was going to renew in one month… At first I was upset my son for downloading without clearing it by me, especially for seven dollars a month. I Followed the Apple email that was the receipt for the billing, and it made me login which was strange, but I did. The email was malware. When I Logged in I knew I had been hacked. I closed everything and went into a trusted Apple site and this app has never been downloaded on any of our devices. I searched for it in the App Store And when you touch it it starts downloading immediately, I couldn’t stop the download and I had to force my device off. On the trusted Apple website it said spammers have started creating billing emails that make people follow the links Because they feel they have been wrongfully charged or overcharged. The email really looked like it was from Apple. Please do not get complacent, never follow a link from an email no matter how legit it looks!
Needs a change

So a couple of years ago I downloaded this app and my parents said it was this amazing game with learning, coloring, and TV show characters. Until the game was finished downloading and we saw you had to purchase everything until you could actually play anything on the game and my parents angrily bought it and then I could FINALLY play the game. I have downloaded and seen my friends download so many games like this one, WHERE YOU HAVE TO PAY 😡!!! But that’s not all, a month or two later I go grab my device and get on the game, BUT IT SAYS I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN!!! Now of course I was little and didn’t understand that money doesn’t grow on trees, so I went to my mom and asked her to help. She didn’t look very happy. She said “No I’m not paying for this if it keeps on asking me to!” Then she deleted the app. BEFORE YOU GET THE APP PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!!! Thank you for reading. 😁😁😁
budge world is the best! The only app on the go!!!
Sat Sep 16 2023 finekidsI love budge world,but the most important thing is it works offline, It has no ads. none zero zilch nada, and it’s fun,entertaining, and not boring. THIS IS TRUE!!! +it’s the only budge app that does not have bluey. I’ve playing since 5, but stopped playing when I turned 8! I still love the app. If you want this app download it NOW! I’ve been watching caillou on PBS KIDS since 2013 when they aired reruns until 2020-and Cartoon Network as part of the cartoonito block until 2022-lately. And I noticed that the show was also on peacock as 1 hour long episodes and they had the best show ever. So I’m glad to see that the show in 3-d. and the games
No Free Trial and Deceptive Fees
Thu May 24 2018 lynch936Our 5 year old begged for this app, so we downloaded it last night using the 7 day free trial. A credit card is required for the trial. She played last night and seemed to enjoy the games. This morning when she tried to open the app, it kept freezing and after uninstalling and reinstalling the app as a last resort, we were required to pay the monthly subscription fee listed as $6.99 in order to access the app. Our free trial still should have had 6 days left. Anyway, we agreed to the $6.99 subscription fee and ended up being charged more than double that amount. Bottom line, although the activities in the app looked like fun, the charges are outrageous and appear to over charge monthly fees based on our experience as well as on others reviews, so we canceled our subscription and will not download another app by the developers in the future.

Thu May 30 2024 MacylbaFirst off, I’m talking about all of the Budge World games. There’s a TON of them. They all have the majority of the content behind a paywall. This would be fine if the paywall was a one time purchase, but each separate game has its OWN subscription. So I thought it would be fine, we bought the main Budge World app and the Bluey app and subscribed to both. Well both games are FULL of ads (literally an ad after nearly every “turn”) that prompt your child to download a totally different game with the same paywall nonsense. So my kid is wanting to download 57 different applications that she’s seeing amazing catchy previews for, and then wants to purchase the additional subscription (I don’t, but why??) We are deleting all the budge world games off our devices. Not worth the money, meltdowns, headaches or mom guilt over $6.99 per month.
